I searched literally every tile distributor on the island and was ready to settle until my husband sent me this LAST place, Tile Warehouse! I FELL MADLY IN LOVE with the walldisplay from Pratt & Larson! I immediately knew I found my place. Their selections were unique, their service was professional, and the end result was everything I'd dreamt of and so much more! I get compliments from everyone who steps through our door. I've always done natural stone in the showers, and pretty much everywhere, but THIS was fun!!!! I was lucky enough to work with Lauralily, who's since moved to the mainland, but I'm sure you'll be in good hands no matter who helps you

We visited the store and met Jason who was friendly and courteous. He listened to our requirements and was very knowledgeable when he made recommendations on the tile that best suited our needs. You'll also know immediately if they have the tile in stock to fulfill your project requirements. I paid for the material over the phone and immediately received the receipts and other documents via e-mail. Painless and top-notch service. I would not hesitate doing business with this company again.

The showroom manager(lofty title) I believe his name is Ramses, threw a total tantrum over me(a customer) wearing a bandana instead of the "allowed" kind of preferred facial garb. Saying I "have to" use their designated mask or leave(I was in the middle of a transaction). Then proceeded to use me as example to why he is superior to all "his employees".I do know the owner and he would never accept the level of rudeness over this minor detail. It's not that I have a problem with masks because I was wearing one, aren't we all just trying to "do our part". It's the way he talked down to me and belittled everyone in "how showroom" that was super awkward and embarrassing for everyone present.Gonna have to work on your customer service skills Ramses. I think you take your job as a supplier to elite contractors a little a it too seriously...Plus if it was a year ago, I would completely understand but people are really sick of this time warp over masks, especially with vaccines out to keep you all safe so the level of seriousness he corrected me with on top of all the false science floating around was uncalled for and enough to turn my stomach.Whatever creative ways you guys gotta come up with to discriminate against white people!

I walked in here to peruse tiles for our bathroom remodel. My wandering and lost countenance (I have no construction experience and was the only small Asian chick among muscly contractors in the showroom) prompted Darby to help me immediately. He listened to my needs, showed me the wide selection of tiles they have in stock, and helped me narrow it down to what I wanted. Then he gave me the time and space needed to make a decision. Once we decided on the tiles we wanted, Darby arranged for our contractor to pick it up from the warehouse. The tiles and grout are very easy to clean. Darby's passion for the trade made the whole process the simple and enjoyable. I love love love how our bathroom turned out!

I visited about 6 different tile/marble/stone locations for slabs for my kitchen & bath(s) reno, and finally found the perfect marble slab here.I bought 3 marble slabs (enough for kitchen counter, peninsula & 2 vanities), glass subway backsplash tiles & gray faux wood floor planks from Tile Warehouse. They have a beautiful, large selection & very easy to work with. Ramsey is the best & super helpful. Only drawback is that they're closed on Saturdays, so you'll have to fit them in your lunch hour or workday.

We just purchased 3 slabs of granite from Tile Warehouse in Kona. They also have a beautiful selection of tile and the prices are not bad either. In fact, I really wish we had gone there before going back and forth between Home Depot and Lowes and their poor selection of tile and flooring. Kathy came right up to us when we walked in the door. She was very knowledgeable and happy to help. I highly recommend this place. I do not understand the bad reviews.

Great Customer service at this place. I'm having a shower installed in my home and my contractor Tom from BHK recommended this place to pick out my tile. Great choice. Darby our sales associate helped me pick out the perfect tile just my style. So accommodating that I needed more of the same tile a week later that I ordered and paid for it over the phone and had my contractor pick it up and my receipt emailed to me. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful but understand because of it they do get very busy so with a little patience I'm sure you'll end up with great service. Mahalo Tile Ware House!

My wife and I visited the showroom with our contractor. He recommended the place, along with several others. What I like was that my contractor, knowing staff and materials, made it so much easier in looking at the different choices that they had to offer. Fortunately, we were well prepared in that along with our contractor, we had an assortment of sample from previous visits with other businesses of the color of the cabinets, shower floor, counter material, bathroom floor that with talking with the experienced sales representative, contractor, wife, that we it wasn't just working with a blank canvas, but we had definitive colors, patterns that it was easier to focus in on how our master bath renovation would look like, placing the master show floor to the master bath floor outside of the shower, with the color of the cabinets and master bath counter type would look like when matched with the walls of the master shower. We've been working for a number of months, looking at the materials on our own, talking with several different establishments, at the materials. It helps that we've looked at 1/2 dozen showrooms, sales but having the experienced contractor of ours plus time to soak in the differences of the materials in the bathroom, asking the questions of maintenance, problems, costs, sizing of the materials, you get a better understanding that renovating a existing room, working with an experienced trustable contractor and sales representatives that provide information on the size of the material, thickness whether it's viable, as well as seeing the products in different light and usage that compensates for the delays. We've finally narrowed down the elements of materials for the shower walls, shower floor, drains, master bath floor, cabinet color, design, sinks, dimensions of the shower itself, window, venting, entrance, master linen closet. Knowing the flooring material design, varies in terms of shading and appearance of texture livens up the view of the bath. We even ended up having the wall of shower being a showpiece where it's not common. In the long run, my wife will be happy that the contractor and the Tile Warehouse representative came up with something that pleases my wife, that the bland white master bath will be a room of color, texture, design and functional utility of her choice and selection. Renovation is not a quick and easy process, but it helps that dealing with experts on the materials, design, color helps to make decisions not less quicker but informed and wiser. I am currently in Europe getting everything ready to remodel in Hawaii. I inquired through their website and receive a prompt reply about the tile I was interested in. I called the store and Mr. Ono was friendly and so knowledgeable about tiles. Buy local! I will return when next time when we remodel the bathrooms.
