Since this opened up in Pearl City we decided to give it a try. They are there M to F, 4 to 8pm.Now just to be fair, in my honest opinion, food trucks are usually a notch or two below the parent restaurant and having eaten at the actual Tiano's in Waipahu, I know their food is tasty. We had the prime rib and a lechon/Adobe fried rice omelette mix. The prime rib was kinda chewy and the ajus was more like a gravy. The lechon was so-so and the Adobe fried rice was kinda tasteless and dry.Seems to be doing well, and we will probably give it another go later on.

Found this lunch truck on the way to an AYSO board meeting. Located at the foot of the overpass bridge in PC on the bottom of hoolaulea st. The setup is a simple lunch truck with a folding table for a cash register and a couple of benches to wait for your food. Parking is available on the side of the truck on the rocky dirt foundation of the bridge. Staff was friendly and they fulfilled my special request for lots of onions on my hamburger steak. Food was good but wasn't the best I had. Hamburger steak was homemade and had one large patty with gravy. No Mac salad with the plate. Price was about normal plate lunch price. Overall a good dinner and I hope they stay because Pearl city needs more good options then is currently available.

Located on the makai side of the bridge of Moanalua Road and Nanakai Street (where the manapua man parks his truck after Highlands Inter gets out). Street parking only, be careful because it's on a busy intersection. Gave it a try because not many options for Filipino food in pearl city. They also have local plate lunches like kalbi, prime rib, etc. but not an extensive Filipino menu (i.e., there's no dinaguan, pinakbet, squid guisado).Prices are reasonable. Got the lechon combo (comes with adobo fried rice omelette) and side order lumpia. Lumpia was very hot and crispy, spicy chili sauce on the side goes well with it. The lechon combo not bad, but the pork wasn't too crispy on the outside and the flavors were a bit lackluster. The accompanying omelette was ok, but not a ton of pork adobo in the fried rice. Might go back if I need a convenient place for dinner that's in the neighborhood, but wouldn't be my first choice.
