These Stuffed Cookies

These cookies looked good and I hoped that they would be, but for the price and the taste, this would not be something I would purchase again. I ended up buying three cookies (the unstuffed chocolate chip, brownie and peanut butter cup, and an ultimate peanut butter). The total came out to $24, which is $8 per cookie (quite steep, but the price of ingredients could be a factor, as well as the size).I love a good chewy cookie and these were definitely chewy, but they were also underbaked and the flavor seemed to be lacking. I had two family members try the chocolate chip and we all agreed that it lacked any sort of depth...the flavor was flat, like something I'd expect from a grocery store-branded cookie. We then tried the brownie and peanut butter cup, which was not much better. We didn't even open the ultimate peanut butter, since we were wary about its taste, after having been disappointed twice at that point. It's so strange that even with all the extra additions (peanut butter, chocolate chips, brownies, etc), the flavor is still not delicious, which leads me to wonder if it's the batter? No one wanted to finish it after taste-testing it, so not sure what I'm going to do with the rest.

I bought some 50 variety stuffed cookies for my grandsons party 3days before it started &they came through. I am thankful! Very easy to work and friendly. My ohana loved the cookies they were all trying to grab seconds lolMahalo tita

Gifted a cookie from These Stuffed Cookies and it was awesome! Walk past this place every time I'm at Pearlridge Center just outside of Macy's and always wonder how their cookies are. Found out - they are great! Had the Brownie & Nutella stuffed cookie that's sprinkled with chocolate sprinkles over icing. Be prepared to be hungry or plan to share - the cookie is very substantial and if you eat it all by yourself in one sitting you'll probably get a sugar rush, but you'll be very happy! One cookie is like eating several regular sized cookies because they are at least 1-1/2" high and probably a little more than 2" in diameter and very rich due to the stuffing inside. Planning to return to try some other flavors. I think these also make nice little grab bags or other small gifts.

Interesting concept. They have a number of flavors or stuffings. Idecide to try the lemon bar cookie. It had a mild lemon flavor.I think there was a few white chocolates chips mixed in. I thought I was eating a scone. Overall the cookie was good but not what I expected. A bit priceyso I don't think Ill be back. For the price I could bought a big bag ofOreos. The service was excellent.Support local and try a cookie.

Me and my cousin were having a yakiniku food date and we were wanting dessert after our heavy meal so she suggested to go support local with 'These stuffed cookies'. I was apprehensive because I was like "What's so great about these cookies? Its just cookies?".So my cousin took me there, its a small kiosk stand that's right in front of Macy's on the 1st floor and next to that candy snack stand called Seed City. Me and the cousin took advantage of their buy 3 get the 4th free anniversary sale (Sept 13-19, 2021).The cookies I bought were the Cinnamon toast crunch cheesecake, Fruity pebbles cheesecake, Circus animal cheesecake, and Ultimate ube cookies n cream. I just really love the creativity, concept, and design of the cookies! My favorite cookie that I really enjoyed was the Cinnamon toast crunch cheesecake and the Circus animal cheesecake. Cinnamon toast crunch cheesecake had a really nice soft chewiness that I like and it was like eating a huge piece of the cinnamon toast crunch cereal but in cookie form. I also really liked the Circus animal cheesecake but it was a bit dry but the chewy center of cheesecake and frosting drizzle helps makeup for it (hopefully in the future, please make all cookies chewy hehe).I was pretty sad that they sold out their Birthday cake and the cookies that had the cookie butter filling inside but I will come back for them on another time. Thank you once again!

Attended a What the Truck event at the Waikele Center and I alway wanted to try the stuffed cookies from These Stuffed Cookies and was glad that they were the one of the vendors there that night. I arrived to the event late so there weren't much choices to choose from but lucky think they did have my go to cookie flavor in any cookie still available, the white chocolate chip macadamia nut ones. I love how the cookies are soft batch and when you bite into them, it's like your biting into cookie batter which I love! I also got to try a bunch of their other flavors that the had left like the Brownie and PB Cup, Ultimate Peanut Butter and stuffed mochi. I'm not a huge peanut butter fan, but the Brownie and PB Cup cookie was so good, I need to get more when I do attend the next What the Truck event. Also these cookies are huge so half a cookie is good for me.

Who doesn't love cookies? These stuffed cookies are stuffed with goodness. I've been to both their pearlridge and Windward mall location. I believe the latter recently closed. Price points are good for what you're getting. Not a fan of the s'mores cookie though because the marshmallow was hard and not eatable. But I really like their matcha and ube cookies. So good! Be sure to also ask them about their loyalty reward card.

I've been following them on IG for a while now. I didn't exactly know how it all worked so I never went along with ordering. As soon as I saw they'd be at the Waikele What The Truck gathering, I made it a point to get my hands on some treats I've had my eyes on. The line was long, they're high in demand. It took about 10-15m to get to the tent to take a look at choices. I chose 4 regular sized cookies for $15 and the two different variety mini cookie packs there were available for $10 each. Since I stood in line and built up anticipation, let's just buy everything at once!I've only dug into some of the mini packs and tried something with Oreo and Hershey's cookies & cream with sprinkles. The cookie isn't overly sweet which was surprising. They all look soooo sweet and decadent. Its not really a cookie that needs milk. Not dry and not undercooked. How its perfectly cooked and not crumbly or mush is amazing!I can't wait to try the rest of the flavors. The regular sized cookies I chose were brownie & pb cup, oreo & brownie, brownie & nutella & ultimate cookies & cream. I will update when we're done.As far as the operation goes, looks like orders are placed on IG. Menus are posted weekly and deliveries go out on Fridays (all over the island). There is a minimum order of a mini pack or 4 regular sized cookies. They also offer cookie dough cups and minimum is 2 cups. Check out their IG and see what they're all about.

I feel bad for giving 1 star since I'm all for supporting local businesses but these cookies didn't do it for our ohana. We tried the butter mochi, ube, M&Ms, and lemon...dry AF! For $4.50 for 1 cookie...nope! #wastemoney

Went to all 3 locations and everyone of them was closed , two mall carts with no one around and no goods on the cart, and the store front that the sign says open but door locked and no one to be found the hours on yelp page say open at 10am I guess not, very disappointed was trying to support a local family owned business but they are making it impossible so we went to the cookie company instead and had so delicious fresh baked cookies. Would be nice if they posted a sign on the carts or door to there store front to inform customers that they are not going to be open.So we finally got to try these, we went to there store location sign was on that they were open went to the door and it was locked the kid working in back herd us pull on the door and came up unlocked it and said sorry I didn't realize it was locked, so we go in and there's prepackaged cookies in a case on the counter we got 4 different ones to try, they tasted stale like they had been made a week ago and just sat there, needless to say we will not go there again.
