This review is well overdue!! During the pandemic in 2020 my husband (bf at the time) and I decided to check out the wedding ring shop for our forever rings. Walked in and we were promptly greeted by Chanel. She was very friendly from beginning to end. Not once we felt judged or pressured to buy something. Chanel & Haeyon made our experience so fun, easy & comfortable! They helped us build our dream rings & also had it shipped to our hotel in LV, right in time for our ceremony!! It was perfect.Fast forward , I needed to get my ring resized since becoming a mom in 2023. I got down to my pre pregnancy weight however my ring still wouldn't budge!! I called the wedding ring shop & Hae Yon helped me get it back on my finger again. It came out so beautiful that I couldn't even tell it was resized!! I brought it in mid august and she had it ready for me by end of September as I requested. So thankful for Hae Yon & the amazing service she provided. I will only come here for any and all jewelry. Thanks again Hae Yon and Chanel for the amazing customer service!

The Wedding Ring Shop was the perfect ultimate place for my diamond ring!The store is very welcoming with everyone was attentive with smile and willing to help with no pressure. Vast variety of beautiful diamond rings and other jewelries were displayed throughout.Ms. Fe Kebo, senior diamond consultant, was very down to earth, easy going and highly professional who made me comfortable trusting her expertise by assisting and educating me about the purchase.The diamond selection process was very interesting and informative. Once I chose a stone, Fe showed me the tiny inscription of GIA Report# (like a serial #) on the stone through microscope, and that # is also listed on certificate of authenticity.My ring is so brilliant and beautiful! It will be with me rest of my life.I also bought diamond stud earrings to go with it.Thank you so much, Fe!!

Shirley at The Wedding Ring Shop is absolutely amazing!! She has an uncanny ability to understand what you like (even when you don't know what that is) and takes the time to make sure you are completely comfortable with your purchase. She helped me to redesign my wedding ring as I lost a prong that wasn't able to be repaired, and after spending some time with us, when my husband expressed that he was interested in a chain, she showed him the exact chain he wanted without him even describing it to her. You should definitely make an appointment to go in and see her for any of your jewelry needs! I also had no idea about jewelry cleaning and rhodium plating (super affordable and makes your ring look brand new!!) and they even purchased from me all sorts of old family jewelry that was unused for years. Such a wonderful experience that took care of so many things I never expected! The Wedding Ring Shop is highly recommended!

Both my fiancee and I wanted to thank Steph for her personal and patient touch while selecting engagement ring and wedding bands. She was great, educated types of rings, what would be best match for each us when choosing the wedding bands for each of us, walked thru the process. Engagement ring was so beautiful especially being a Tacori brand and lifetime warrany. When we went back to pick wedding band last month, Tacori was having last sale at end of year, $500 off $2,000 purchase. We got some savings and picked beautiful bands. I'm glad we had perfect salewoman to help us take that next step of our lives. I highly recommend coming here if need engagement ring or wedding bands. They even have Hearts on Fire collection, rings, necklace, earrings etc. They also other great brands there. Free ring cleaning which is plus. Stop by or schedule a time if they get busy. My ring was originally purchased from here many years ago. I realized that my ring band was split and I took it in to get fixed. Everything is covered when you buy a ring from here. They will do regular cleanings and take care of easy fixes. After my ring was fixed they said that I should size up to make it more comfortable. This was not covered, so we ended up having to pay to get it sized. It took a few weeks to get it done. Very happy with my ring and the service that they give here.

The place is very impressive. Lots of nice jewelry. Receptionist well dressed adorned with beautiful rings. Pretty snooty. I would not go back there.

This was my first time ever stepping foot in wedding ring store looking for a ring and let me tell you I had the most incredible experience with one of their staff members named Roarke who was very knowledgeable and did such a great job walking me through and helped me find exactly the kind of ring I wanted to buy for my future wife. He educated me on Cut, Color, Clarity and walked away with a greater understanding of how to select the perfect ring. The ring was in my price range and I was able to better understand the whole process better. Would highly recommend this shop and Roarke for all your wedding ring questions!

Highly recommend Chanel as your Sales Rep!! She is very patient, knowledgeable, honest and communitive. She had helped my Fiancé find me an amazing ring with all her knowledge on diamond cut/ clarity. Will be going to see her soon for a slight ring resize and she had gotten back to us ASAP. Which is great ~ We came here two years ago to see her and it was very welcoming and easy going just "looking" for rings at the time. They have many options to fit your style.I had no idea he was in communication with her this whole time. But per his experience he absolutely love the service, the ring and the wedding ring shop professionalism in providing pricing, diamond certificates, on time order arrivals and more. Highly recommend and will be in for a diamond cleaning soon :)

Jillian Steele helped me with the repair of a twisted gold earring that had a loose clasp. I had otherwise never visited the store before. She was lovely, polite, communicative, and warm. The earrings were ready in 2 weeks and they ended up tightening the clasp of both of them with a very reasonable repair cost. THANK YOU! Would come here again. The selection in the store also looked wonderful as well.
