I like buying my products at The Vitamin Shoppe because of the variety of protein powders, pre-workouts, vitamins, and more. The protein powder brand I always buy is the Betancourt Nutrition, and pre-workout I also get is Animo Energy. These products work well with me, and I have only seen The Vitamin Shoppe sell it (Betancourt Nutrition that is).The products are expensive, but it's the price you pay for results. When the Betancourt Nutrition goes on sale, it's a REALLY good sale. Any of the other brands when they go on sale it's good too. Depending on the brand, the sales could be, "buy 1 get the other 50% off," or " buy 1 get 1 free." Staff service is great. Paul, the store manager, has a friendly, welcoming, courteous approach when I was looking at their products. The other associate also greeted me and informed me about the sale. This is less than 3 minutes apart. Overall, customer service is 10 out of 10.The interior is well lit and organized. Cleaned and well kept. Parking Private lotPayment Cash or credit

A solid choice to go to if you like: - New, modern decor with wide aisles to browse. - A decently wide selection of vitamins and supplements. - Decent prices (GNC on Kapahulu seemed a little more expensive). - A rewards program that gives you $5 back per $100 spent. - Courteous and helpful service from staff by phone and in-person. - You need Charlie's Soap / Laundry Detergent (free and clear, for babies or anyone with sensitive skin, or simply want to avoid perfumes). - Easy parking with so many spots available in its own lot out front. - The convenience of getting a few things while at Kapolei Commons anyway!

Every time I come here I feel weird because sometimes I am the only customer that comes in store, but I can vouch that every time I come here, I also get amazing customer service. And I'm not just saying that because I'm the only customer in store, bu their staff are really attentive and go out of their way to help you.I came here a few times looking for random items for my husband and when they didn't have it, they recommended alternatives or other places that may hold it.As a health store, their prices are definitely competitive compared to GNC. Their shelves and stock were always neatly done and sorted in a manner that is easy to navigate.

This place knows how to treat Customers. Brendan helped me with some questions I had on supplements. Took the time to explain what's what. Also, he was helping other customers aswell and was not rude when he had to stop our conversation to ring someone up. This will be the only place I go from now on for any of my vitamins, pre workout, and supplement needs.If you have questions about what supplements to put in your body, stop by the Kapolei vitamin shoppe. Hidden gem for your health needs! They are tucked away near Young's Fish market in kapolei. I recommend this business instead of GNC. Reason is- much bigger selection and you don't have to pay a membership to get their sales prices. They always have something on sale. We went there today and customer service was very excellent helpful and friendly but they weren't harassing us to make sales either so we like that. We absolutely don't like when they follow you around continuously asking you if you need help. These employees ask once and leave you alone but don't mistake it they Are paying attention and Once you look like you need help LOL someone will come out of the woodwork's to your rescue. Happy that they are open during the lockdown and the pandemic. This is my first time at this location and I am so happy that I went there because the very specific things that I was looking for was literally on sale. I saved so much money than buying on amazon which I almost did last night. Another cool thing is the cashiers will help automatically pick up some of your stuff and walk out to your car with you. This level of service totally made me forget how it sucks and how inconvenient it is that you are totally screwed if you forget shopping bags. Overall the service I experienced today I did not feel like it was a pandemic or that I was being treated like a Petri dish because of the coronavirus. Everyone wore masks and was being safe but after that they were just human beings! Really appreciate this during this time! They can email receipts to you too for that contactless check out! We'll be back for more shopping.

The Vitamin Shoppe in Kapolei is great. I love this location. It's easy to get in and out quickly and the Sales people are very knowledgeable and really know their vitamins. I can always get assistance and every question I ask they know the answer. I have learned a lot from the different Sales people who work there especially how to get the most out of my money and supplements. Plus there is always a sale happening. The store is well organized and easy to maneuver if you wish to just browse on your own or you can opt to have your supplements delivered to your home with a discount.

Absolute best of the best when it comes to nutritional supplement customer service on the island. First of all, I live in Makakilo so the location of the store - in the shopping center by Target - is incredibly convenient. Their selection is absolutely fantastic and includes but isn't limited to body building, vital nutrition, and homeopathic supplementation. They even have vegan options available! The manager, Paul, is a real stand-up guy with tons of experience, as is the key holder for the store. They always know my basic order when I come to the store; a case or two of Bang Energy Drink. Every once in a while, I'll need to restock on protein or multi vitamins as well and they're always more than accommodating. Their Vitamin Angels charity program is an excellent cause and I like to make it a point to donate whenever I can. Make it a point to ask about it sometime when you're down there picking up your supps. Don't hesitate to ask for help. The friendly employees won't hesitate to help you!

I want to send a big shout out to Todd assistant manager at the Kapolei vitamin shop. He really helped me find what I needed and some other things that I was looking for to help supplement my mom who is battling cancer. He spent more time explaining the product and how it works than some doctors during a medical exam. Thank you, Todd for going out of your way to help me that day and even call another vitamin shop location to put a product on hold for me.

One of my favorite places to shop for vitamins, immune supplements, natural GOOD smelling soaps, and protein of course. The staff is great, even when my boys are acting a little crazy. Helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I don't feel judged when I ask for certain things. Really good vibe, and clean. Love this place!

Prices are way better than GNC & they got way more selection than GNC. They didn't have the flavor we was looking for, so we figure we try a new brand.
