The Valley Health Bar

I've been trying to find places where I can pick up healthier food options. The Valley Health Bar delivered! It's a small location on Kinau Street that has parking to the side of the building. Easy enough to call in your order for take out but they also have some seating inside if you want to dine in. Service was perfunctory but adequate. Bring your own bag. I tried the Nainoa Valley ($16.25) Wrap. A good amount of Smoked Salmon with Kale, Avocado, whole pieces of Almond, and roasted sesame seeds. I'm assuming there is a roasted sesame dressing. Loved the flavors of this! Comes with a small salad with some kine balsamic dressing. I ate half and saved the other half for later. If you don't eat the wrap right away, the sauce pools at the bottom. I ended up turning it over for a bit to distribute the sauce better and all good! Will try their other offerings but I suspect I'll end up liking the Nainoa Valley the best.

We ate here for lunch and it was excellent. My Dad had the chicken Caesar, I had the salmon wrap and we shared an acia bowl. The food was very fresh and tasty. From outside it's not super inviting. At first I wasn't even sure they were open, since there wasn't an open sign. But once inside it's cute and comfortable. Service was good and they were friendly. I'm going back next week!

I love me a good wrap. It feels healthier and it's a quick meal that fills you up and makes you smile! The Valley Health Bar is the place to pick up your next healthy wraps! The prices ranges from $8 (for their Makaha juice) to $17.75 (wraps, salads and sandwiches). The portion is perfect for me. If you're willing to spend $15-$20 at McDonald's, I'd say give this place a try. They don't have fries but the wrap comes with a salad and a dressing. We ordered Happy Valley Wrap. It's a buffalo chicken, bacon, tomato, lettuce and avocado wrap. I wish there was more chicken and if they can add more heat. It had a bland taste for a buffalo chicken. The 2nd wrap we got is Kaupo Valley Wrap. It's chicken, tomato, lettuce with the house-made Caesar dressing. I wish they'll consider adding a little more chicken. For the salad, the dressing is ok but maybe consider having a different dressing to match the wrap? The wrap was a little dry so adding more sauce would make it better. They have options for different diet including vegetarian, meat lovers, and gluten free. I'd definitely return to give them another try.

Wow!! The food here is really tasty and the people are real nice. Efficient service and good food. Can order on yelp which makes things easy. Parking was a hit or miss because once you miss the parking lot you have to go all the way around. .make sure you slow down and make a right as soon as you pass the place... I ordered the reg acai bowl and it really was good!!! Also ordered the green juice which was more on the earthy side but still good, not very sweet. I had the salmon wrap w almonds and it did not disappoint. It was definitely filling and it came w a real good salad w balsamic dressing. Will definitely come back and try other items on the menu!

I always wanted to try here but never attempted because I saw that it's a small shop on Kinau street that you'd miss right away if you weren't looking so just a head up. Happy I got to finally stop by today!Service was really friendly and fast. I ordered the Nainoa Valley wrap and it was good! Very large wrap that could probably feed two. Perfect amount of sesame dressing and the nuts in it gave a nice crunch texture to the salmon and avocado. Kale was very fresh and crisp.Wasn't really a fan of the balsamic vinegar they had with the side salad.. it was a bit strong for my taste so I'd probably try subbing it out next time for a different dressing.Overall, I would come back. Every thing on the menu is healthy so that's a major plus if you're trying to eat more greens.

Recently found this spot through a post on Instagram and will keep coming back and telling others about it because Valley Health Bar is locally-owned, the customer service is awesome, and the food is super fresh and 'ono. The acai bowls are for sure the best I've had on island - featuring the right ratio of ingredients and creamy textured acai, not watery kine! There's also a dedicated parking lot with a couple spots behind the shop if you want to eat there. 10/10 recommend!

Great seeing them on TV (HI Now Daily). Love supporting small local businesses. Great healthy option foods here and good size portions.Best of all love the 1st responder board. If you know you know if you don't ask about it when you're there.Mahalo Waiks for all you do for the community

Hands down one of my favorite go to places to eat. Talk about customer service at its finest, the freshest foods. What gets me are the prices, hard to find a good quality healthy foods for affordable prices. The wraps and sandwiches are next level. Talk about fresh and filling. Definitely if you're trying to stay healthy, but also enjoy your meal. The Valley Health Bar is for you! Hands down can't express how I enjoy this establishment. I almost forgot the sweets, meaning the açaí is so refreshing. Perfect for after your meal or as a meal. All and all, I rate valley health bar a 10/10. This small business really shows love to the customers. Gotta try the food asap if you haven't.

The food and service was absolutely amazing here! I got the smoked salmon wrap and adored it! everybody was so kind, welcoming and gave great suggestion!
