Always heard good things about this place. Family run owned business customized t-shirt and banners and trucker hats and stickers. They moved originally was located in City Square next to Kalihi Pets. Now they have moved to 888 N.king St. next to Palama Heatlh care and near Tamashiro Market. Now I heard they do customized face mask my friend said. So if you have a business check them out and they can print specialty face mask for your business. They do mostly online business,but they do some walk in customers as well, but due to Covid19 all online business very easy I tried myself. Just need to go on their website tshirtlabhawaii.com. Very customer service oriented and quality workmanship. The difference between them and other printers is that they do digital not silk screen so , that means you don't need to order in bulk you can buy 1 or 2 shirts customized. Went looking for some custom masks for my work team and remembered the T-Shirt Lab (They previously made custom printing for my basketball team and work team). I emailed them and they worked with my logo and requests. They sent me multiple designs and we finalized on the one in the pictures. The masks have the metal brace inside that fits around the nose. They come in different sizes. They fit well and breath well. Most of all they look great. Pricing varies based on quantity and design requests. On time as promised. They do have a few rules to follow. But hey the shirt came out locking great. Made the recipient cry with joy. Posted the picture of the happy camper.

Rod has made my idea come to life. I needed some specific designs put on a specific type of shirt. Even if the type of shirt wasn't in stock, he had them shipped out and printed as fast as I've ever seen something like this done. He and his staff have gone above and beyond my expectations, and now my family and friends have something they can cherish forever. These shirts are quality, and just put a smile on my face. I have used T-Shirt Lab twice in the last few months for a work-related project.Customer Service is fantastic. The first time I ordered with T-Shirt Lab it was a little bit of a rush order, and they were able to get the job done. I was BEYOND impressed with how well they were able to get them done for me within a less than 2 week time span. I did order simple shirts (white shirt, black text logo, etc)The second time I used them, I had a much bigger order and I was more on top of things. The online option of being able to design your t-shirts is great because it allows for flexibility and adaptability to see what color or type of product you want your selected logo on.I did end up ordering t-shirts but this time a white t-shirt and color design. What I did not realize when I ordered the shirts was that the colors were not quite accurate to what I had designed online. I still loved the t-shirts regardless (and the invoice did have a note of sometimes the colors are slightly off) but as far as timely orders and customer service these guys are awesome. Will continue to use their services for many more projects!

The T-shirt Lab is located on Dillingham around the corner from the DMV. The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a last-minute order (only 5 shirts) that I needed to be completed in a week. Thank goodness for T-shirt Lab! They were able to completely my order in 3 business days! Also if you are planning to design a shirt, the best thing I can recommend is to visit their website (tshirtlabhawaii.com) and design your shirt ahead of time on the "Design Studio" tab. You can also browse through pre-made designs on the "Designs" tab. This was extremely helpful in getting my shirt order completed quickly.

Went there to do my dads memorial shirts 7/2019 as it was my dads 10yr memorial of his passing. we did shirts like 12 or so. Fast and did in a weeks time, called again 2/2020 as a few i needed reprinted i never looked at all of them as we never all wore them all in July 2019, and a few were lopsided she (kelii) said shed talk to the owner, i was gonna pay for it. She needed up working with our design and called me back right away. Went over and beyond! trust me they are good, kinda busy but, called and email or leave messages she will call you back! they also have an online website to design and order as well. Great great customer service, support local!
