The Seasonal Store

This party supply store is located at the former Nordstrom shoe store at Ward Centre. On my way to the Red Pineapple, it's grand opening this weekend drew me in. It's a cross between a pricebusters and a seasonal store. Come to find out, it is a Pricebusters chain! They have a huge selection of Halloween and Christmas items. I ended up buying a costume ($9.99) for my smaller dog! Hey, the good ones are usually snatched up near the holiday so why not get first dibbs:-)And if you are throwing a party, any occasion, you will find all your supplies here. Whether it's salad bowls, serving trays, candy, giveaways, table cloths, etc., you'll find it all here and the prices are decent.

I assumed season meant everything in the store would be related to the holiday of the season but was wrong. About 1/2 the store was filled with Christmas decor (e.g., wrap, lights, ornaments, etc). The rest of it was filled with poorly made tupperwear and overstock toys you'd more commonly find in a pharmacy. Not a bad place, just not what I expected.
