I remember reading Yelp Reviews for The Pineapple Patio and thought what a trendy idea. I wanted to check out the Pineapple Patio and had this place bookmarked. This was a year ago, I didn't get a chance to until recently. I wanted to check out Sweet Mango's showroom which happens to be at The Pineapple Patio. From what I read, they do pop up events at The Pineapple Patio. The location of The Pineapple Patio is on South King St. right after the pet hospital and Central Pacific Bank. Stay on your far left lane as South King St. is one way. Make a left when you see State Farm Insurance. What I dislike about this place is the parking lot. Parking is very limited and very tight. I had a hard time parking my vehicle and hard time getting out. Once you find parking, you hit the buzzer for your pop up business and someone will come down to open the glass door for you. Walk up the stairs and you will see all the different vendors. During my visit to The Pineapple Patio, I had to pick up my son and was in a rush. I didn't get to browse around to the other vendors. What caught my eyes were all the plant and succulent across of the Sweet Mango's showroom, I wanted to check it out but had to leave right after. I will check it out when I have more time. Sweet Mango's products and showroom is so neat and organized. I loved the pineapple design prints on most of the merchandise, it is so nice and colorful. I had to get a pineapple print Turkish towel in green for me and a towel for my mom for Mother's day. Besides Sweet Mango Hawaii, some of the Vendors at the event were Tidepool Love, Kahulale'a, Aloha Dreamboard, and The Writing Desk.I read that it is best to check Instagram/social media's Pineapple Patio page for the upcoming events. What a great idea and great place to get your shopping done!

Checked out the Pineapple Patio at a Wedding Cafe workshop and it was impressive! Used to be the Kupono learning center but now transformed into something modern and fresh. Look for the pineapple sign on the left side of King Street. There are about 10 parking stalls underneath the patio and street parking on King Street. This place is used for small start up businesses such as clothing and jewelry. It's a good place to have pop up events on the open patio or in their room. Another thing that I'm thinking about is possibly holding a bridal shower here in the future. Looks like a perfect venue to rent out and cater food at. (Not necessary to get catering, but definitely an option) They also rent out their furniture and plants that they have showcased around the patio. Super cute place and hope to be back soon!

If you're not familiar with this venue, bookmark it now and follow @thepineapplepatio on IG for announcements on future events! Love this gem! We can never have enough pineapples in our lives, right?!I signed up for The Happy Haku workshop by Jen through the Pineapple Patio website. The 2-hour beginner class on "How to Make a Haku Lei" was SO MUCH FUN! Ladies, time to step up your selfie game here. This class is better than messing around with the Snapchat flower crown filter!! Fresh flowers, an awesome instructor, adult beverages, and your creative imagination. Sign up with friends, bring your BFF, or just come on your own - you'll have a great time no matter what and it's pretty therapeutic!Bring a towel and a pair of scissors. If you don't have experience in making flower arrangements, no problem! Just pick your pretty flowers and green fillers from the bunches provided, and Jen will walk you through every step of the way. At the end, you'll be so proud of your masterpiece! Get your camera ready because you're going to want to take photos immediately after you've graced yourself with your very own Haku Lei.On Sunday's from 10am - 2pm, the venue is open to small business owners selling things like succulents and jewelry. There are also boutiques on the second floor that are always ready to showcase their goods and services. Free parking is available in the small lot of about 10 spaces (look for the spaces marked with a pineapple though) or metered parking along S King St.Overall, great space for entrepreneurs, pop up shops, meet & greets, and maybe even your bridal shower!

I never knew this place existed! It has a small tight parking lot, or street parking. It looks small from the outside but once you step inside and go up stairs, you'll be surprise! I went there the other day for a makers market craft fair and there was a lot of great vendors! I believe this place hold classes of all kinds if you check out their website.
