Great place to find Aulani themed pool gear like rash guards for the whole family! We ended up buying one for every member of the family! I forgot her name but one of the Cast Members here was the most friendly person we encountered and she remembered us from the day before and was so sweet!I was also able to purchase some Disney themed candy and a waterproof pouch for my phone while I am in the pool- this came in handy. They also have swim suits, sunglasses, and a small selection of flip flops.There is a hidden soda machine at the entrance where you can fill your refillable resort cups.

This cute little place reminded me of that shop in Frontierland...Tucked in a cavelike setting with nostalgia decor this shop is very tiny but carries many necessities like snacks, pool and outdoor gears, what I do love that they have here is their coolest variety of leather bracelet with specific or all the Disney character even Aulani tropical touches and it can be personalized all right there.The staff here is just a delight, friendly and helpful with any questions or just a fun chat, feeling like I'm at the park with all the super cute merchandise really got me picking up stuff but did hold back.Just about everything here does have that Disney flair and who doesn't love that!!Thank you!

Cute little store. They get five stars for their customer service and friendliness. This whole resort is just top notch customer service. I love to chit chat so it's right on par for me.

My husband and my mother in-law in dire to get googles. We end up getting the two speedo googles that was recommended by Lynelle. She's super friendly and very helpful. Josh was very helpful as well. They do have free engraving with keychain purchase. I got the Mickey Mouse keychain engraved along with the Mickey Mouse button for additional $3.00. With DVC member we got additional 10% with our purchase. But, make sure you have your member number ready. They have baby to adult swimwear which have limited selection and sizes due to the shop is very tiny. They also carry Maui sunglasses also. The store also carry toddler Disney sandals and flip flop. The store is filled with Disney merchandise and all are super cute.I would def return again because of the friendly staff and also cute selection of merchandise.

Friendly service as you would expect from Disney cast members!Yummy swirled soft serve -- pineapple and chocolate. They give you the cup for $4 and you get to serve it yourself which is fun.

This was a great place to grab an easy meal or snack, and the prices weren't as crazy as I thought they would be! We would come down in the mornings and grab an easy breakfast not days and sometimes just took t up to our room!

I wanted get a swimsuit for my baby during our stay at the Aulani. I thought I could get one from the store on the 3rd floor by the lobby but I had to go to this place by the shave ice spot at the base of the mountain. The lady working there was very friendly. Kinda pricey and the room was air conditioned. I should have gotten the swimsuit elsewhere but it was cute. Got a one piece "Stitch" bathing suit.

The Lava Shack is in the middle of the pools at Disney Aulani making it easy to grab some snacks if you're at the pools without having to walk very far. They have soft serve ice cream and a fountain drink station. If you stay at the resort but you refillable souvenir cup the first day and you will not regret it. You can fill up here and at Ulu's.

This is a small convenience store in the middle of Aulani. As far as I am concerned, this best reason to take note of this place is the location of the refillable fountain drink dispenser. Yes, buy a refillable cup and drink soda and Poweraide until your heart is content during your stay. Well, worth it. My family consumed mass quantities of Poweraide throughout the week and an occasional soda...

The lava shack is the place to go for personalized bracelets & keychains. I got my name in Hawaiian on a bracelet and the form for filling it out was easy since the other store had already written it out for her. They had colors of mugs I hadn't seen and was sad I didn't choose because I had gotten my mug at ulu cafe. Drink machine right outside.
