Office Building in Honolulu, Hawaii...Imperial Plaza is like a maze. It sure isn't a traditional building. There's Gallerie side and the Platform area... plus the residential section. It's confusing! Even the parking structure is non-traditional. If you go down the wrong ramp, you won't be able to exit... LOL!The parking levels may not be the same number as the floor you're looking for... and there are sets of stairs that connect the parking to the different parts of the building. Just read the signs correctly... and remember to get parking validation!I only park in the Imperial Plaza structure when I visit my optometrist. If I'm going to eat at Cooke Street Market, I'll just find street parking

I went in because I couldn't find any street parking and saw people enter this garage. I didn't feel comfortable parking. I stayed right by the parking entrance to turn around. Took me less than 5 minutes because there were cars behind me that needed to enter. It was quite tight and once I was able to leave, the parking attendant demanded I pay $3 for less than 5 min.I told her I just turn around and she saw me because I didn't leave the first floor. She still that I needed to pay. Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience and highly would not recommend.

I'm not a residence of Imperial Plaza, but I've come here for few reasons and many occasions. I use to be a regular client at M. Motoi Hair Studio, I've ate at La Cucina, Phở Nam, The Rice Place that's no longer in business, and currently my secondary physician Dr. Phil Suh. Parking entrance/exit for customers and visitors is from Kawaihao Street which all businesses validate for you. During pandemic of 2020, there was no parking attendant which made parking easier and more available.I would also park on Cooke Street when working out at Ikaika Fitness Factory, FKA Kakaako Fitness, early in the mornings, but would have to move my car once the metered parking begins during business hours. The parking garage lights have finally been updated making it much brighter than before. And there's also public restrooms that's kept clean and tidy and can only be accessed by the business's restroom keys.

This brightly pink building on the corner of Kapiolani and Cooke Street is the place I'm super familiar with as my eye doctor has been here forever as I can remember and my hair dresser once occupied a chair at a salon as well.Parking here is quite different as my dad personally hated it because it is quite confusing for unfamiliar drivers. You enter from Kawaiahao Street and you get your ticket from an attendant along with a paper you place on your dash that you return back to the attendant when you leave. Parking is quite dark so it's recommended to turn on your headlights as the turns can be tight so you need to be mindful of oncoming cars and pedestrians. If you're going to restaurants and other tenants on the ground floor parking near where it says Cooke Street will take you straight outside without crazy navigation that can be confusing to any unfamiliar visitors.Yes if I'm just picking up takeout from the restaurants I actually just try to find street parking for my convenience but if you're lucky you can also find a few food trucks parked outside from 11-2 and they do vary on different days.

Located on Cooke Street, this is where you park for places like Cafe Grace, Cooke Street Market, Pho Nam, etc. You enter on Kawaiahao Street. We went to Cooke Street Market today and found that the parking arms were up - the sign says that parking operator services are suspended until further notice, starting from April 6, 2020 because of COVID. There's still parking attendants walking around to check to make sure you're not parked for hours, but this means you don't need to pay for parking/get validation. Lots of parking, but my only gripe is that it's SUPER dark and really sketchy - the stairways look like a scene from a horror movie where the main character gets attacked lol - not very fun.

IMPERIAL PLAZA @725 KAPIOLANI BLVD: There are 2 buildings. The famous tall one and a shorter one, the entrances are on the small side streets. I went inside of the shorter building for open house only once. I like the 2 storied condo and the space. The smell reminded me of an old museum. It could have been the unit I saw or just the overall central air conditioning issue... donno. AND I thought the maintenance fee is extraordinary...The building has Ah Lang, La Cucina and Café Grace.

No parking attendant!!! I went around to get the parking pass, she showed up and I told her I was going around to get the pass, she told me to give her the ticket I did I pulled around and she had the door open so I couldn't pull the ticket out I pulled up to the booth and told her I need the pass and ticket she said I told you I was going to give you the pass and I told her I told you I was going around to get it!? She was like get the the ticket now I'm like how am I supposed to get the ticket now I can't even get out my car!? She got up and went and grab it and gave me the ticket and pass with an attitude! Every time I come here she has an issue. How about you stay at your booth where your supposed to be! On top of that where you pull your ticket is like five minutes behind and they charge you like $2 if your 2 mins over the 3hr parking!?

Parking spaces are tight but its okay.. it's a bit of a maze as well.. they only accepts cash. Make sure you return the "paper" for your dash the parking attendant gives you.. most of the stores here have parking validation.

Nice building! I hear the maintenance is fee ridiculous, but the restaurants downstairs are nice! There is a parking entrance in the back, and they also have metered stalls along side the building.
