The Hotspot Gaming Cafe

My daughter and I went there one weekend so she could play Fortnite on a pc. We've been thinking of getting one. The connection was excellent. It wasn't too crowded but the worker said it might get busier later, and it did. No one bothered her when it did get busier. She is 9 and they were much older but she felt very comfortable. The other players were more vocal but didn't swear at all. That was so nice to see. They even stopped to watch her play. The guy working there was super helpful. Maybe he was the owner and that makes sense but he made our visit there very comfortable. We will definitely be back. Thank you for being so polite and helpful. He even gave us a discount. What more can you ask for?

Bro. If you want to play on a fast pc while you're on vacation in Hawaii. Come here. You could even spend your whole day here at a single price/rate. It's comparable to the 3 hours, so if you want to do 3 hours in a day, you should do the full day price. However, if you get 3 hours and only finish 2 hours. The last hour will roll over to an account you have with them and be usable the next time you visit. Super chill here. Honestly, there was a good amount of people here on like a school day. Lol. Staff was kind and helpful.

Had my son's 12th birthday there. Great service and the boys loved it! 10/10. Make sure everyone had their log in for games before they go. Worker was very nice and helpful with the all boys!

Great vibes in here. Two of the owners, Cyrus & Arynn, are very helpful and answers all of your questions. The prices to pay all day is very cheap, and they have a lot of food, snack, and drink options available. They have VR, PCs, Nintendo switches, and board games. I even held a birthday party here for my kids and it was affordable and the kids loved it. Will definitely keep coming here and highly recommend 10/10.

I like this place. But the people are super inconsiderate. I understand it's gaming center. However the kids and people gaming are screaming and yelling. Where there should be volume control. Overall it's okay. It's not great.

I absolutely love this place! I spent two hours here with my boyfriend, but it honestly felt sooo short! Prices are AMAZING. The owners/ workers were very helpful with getting us started. I believe they have 20 ish games installed, from Valorant to Minecraft. There is a timer that shows how much time you have left and a vocal reminder when you have 10 minutes left. It's a cool and fun experience! I am not a gamer, but this places makes me consider going more often just to play haha! There is a waiver where you need a parent to sign if you are under 13. Great place and I hope this business gets the recognition they deserve :)

10/10 great service! The equipment was phenomenal especially considering the price. There was a restroom in the back of the room which is SUPER convenient (if you know you know). They even went as far as selling snacks which was a very nice tough and the suvenlour were also very cheap but felt authentic. This place is definitely a gamers dream.
