I had never ordered leis before, but the staff guided me through the process and the result was outstanding. The leis are amazingly beautiful and of high quality.The prices are very reasonable, although the shipping can be expensive. Our shipment arrived on time and the leis are packaged securely so they don't get damaged. The leis were quite fresh and lasted a long time. We received many compliments on their beauty. They are also surprisingly sturdy.Our dance,/music event was enhanced a great deal by this superb product.

We used to live in Hawaii and my husband likes to surprise me with leis from time to time. We now live in Virginia Beach VA. Today's order arrived on time, well packed and extremely fresh. I received a three strand tuberose lei, my mom a single strand tuberose lei and my favorite neighbor a yellow plumeria lei. The elderly ladies were surprised and excited to receive their leis and we received many compliments on both the look and the smell of them while we were at tea this afternoon. Thanks for another fabulous job!

Ordered online for in store pickup of a Ti Leaf Maile with White Orchid. Before tax it was $76.50 which is a great price! It's great to find a lei store that has a good selection of leis and fairly priced that isn't in china town. Can't wait to order more from them in the future

I highly recommend The Hawaiian Lei Company. They were extremely helpful and patient on the phone and worked through my order and helped me with information for storage of my leis once they arrived. All 150 leis arrived in perfect condition through overnight Fed Ex. They held up beautifully for 48 hours until our event, and still are amazing the next day. They have totally reasonable prices. We will be back next year for sure!

My daughter's leis for college graduation in Hawaii were beautiful! The service was amazing ! I definitely use them again for future celebrations . Their selection was incredible .

I live in San Diego and had 2 lei shipped to me for my wedding. I ordered the Micronesian ginger lei and the Ti leaf lei (Maile style) just in case the ginger lei was wilted (as many florists mentioned might happen). They packed and shipped the lei with such care. They were delivered Thursday morning and were just stunning on Friday evening during the wedding. I'd order from here again.

I was able to place a last minute custom order for an untied/open hapai lei that was ready within a few hours! The company was responsive via yelp and very helpful over the phone.

First I made only one call to you and it was 3 months prior, while putting in my order. During that conversation I asked if I could put in a backup order and I was told I could not. I did understand at that time that there might be a limited supply of flowers which is why I wanted to list a backup order which I was denied.Secondly, I never received a sold out message at anytime;. However, I received a call on the day the leis were to be shipped, and was told that due to the limited supply of tuberose, my lei would have only a few tuberose; I agreed since I was told the limited tuberose flowers were going to spread out among those who ordered leis with tuberose. On the same day, a few hours later, I received another call saying I will only receive a white orchid lei and that I should be happy because there are folks who will not be getting any white orchid (second lady on second call told me this). By the way, I spoke to one girl during the first call, and this same girl called me the second time, but passed the phone to someone else; your response seem to imply that I spoke to many people; I spoke to 2 people over 2 calls. The first girl was respectful and understanding; the 2nd girl was full of excuses and said the first girl was from the "office" and did not understand the reality of the production line (not in those words).Please report correctly and honestly; I did not scream or yell on the phone, but I was terse, as anyone would be considering the situation.Yes, you asked me many times if I wanted to cancel my order with a refund, but it was on the day I received these calls, which was the day of shipment and 3 days prior to the event when I needed it. It was too late for me to do anything but accept the white orchid lei.Why is it that the grower can't give you an estimated supply a couple weeks prior and folks can either opt for a backup or cancel? There should be a better way to handle this dynamic supply issue
