I chose to work with the Floral Boutique for our wedding and I was so happy with my decision! From our initial consultation with Chad, we immediately felt comfortable working with him. He was so easy going and he seemed to understand exactly what we were looking for. We communicated well through emails, which I really appreciated! He was always very attentive to all my questions/changes so I could get a lot done through email, and never really had to call for anything.The day of the wedding, everything was exactly what I pictured. I was so happy with the quality of the bouquets, leis, boutonnieres, centerpieces and large arrangements. It's so important to get along with your vendors and it truly felt like The Floral Boutique wanted to help us and make our wedding exactly how we pictured. We appreciated their positive attitudes and feedback in all their communication. Would definitely recommend them to any brides out there, and hope to use them again for any future events =)

The Floral Boutique - I highly recommend. Chad is great. Right off the bat at our first meeting, I felt confident that he and I were on the same page for the "look" that I was going for. But from there, I didn't make his job easy. I toyed with my flower budget countless times, added this, took away that.....and finally (with a very heavy heart) decided that I needed to cut into it. Chad was quick to answer all my emails and would give me his opinion for the countless bouquet photos that I'd send over. He truly cut every corner that he could for me in order to make the flowers I had imagined fit into the meager budget that I had given him to work with. On wedding morning, I teared up when my flowers arrived at the hotel. My bouquet was stunning. It was everything I'd hoped it would be and more. My bridesmaid bouquets complemented their dresses perfectly, and the honey bear vases with mini daisies and greenery truly made my centerpieces come together. The Floral Boutique really came through. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you, Chad!

Wonderful! Amazing and everything in between. This review is actually for LANMAR; however, son and daughter-in-law (Chad and Darrlyn) took over the family business and re-named it. They were our florist for our wedding (07/11/09). They were also the florist for 3 of our friend's weddings. After showing them pictures of what I had in mind for my bouquet, bridesmaids and decorations; they did a beautiful job and more. They were so easy to work with and made the floral process so smple. Especially when husband and i at the time were stress with other wedding planning issues. We had an all day wedding: morning chinese ceremony and late afternoon western ceremony. They came early morning to deliver the bouquets and then came back again in the afternoon to decorate. Very accomodating! Since they were the florist for my friends wedding, they were able to bring out our different personalities and styles in the flowers. So it was not all the same look. will definitely recommend them to friends and family. =)

Emergency! I left the sexy lingerie that I bought for my friend in a bag of the many fish bowls that I bought for my floral centerpieces with Chad, the owner of Floral Boutique. I called him and told him what happened and he said "no problem, I'll drop them off at your house." This is during rush hour traffic. What a gem! Chad and his wife got to my house in under 15 minutes and I was able to give my friend her lingerie at her party. Now, a florist who delivers flowers & lingerie? Where are you going to find that? All jokes aside, this really did happen and I'm so glad that the FB has been so accomodating. I was referred to FB from my hubby's sister who attended several weddings where the vendor was FB. I'm so glad that I chose them to be my florist for my happily ever after. Chad has been a gem to work with. Quick responses to all my emails...brides, you know how hard it is to find a wedding vendor that doesn't take a week to respond. I planned my wedding from SF so I was extra stressed. Chad made the floral planning part of my wedding a breeze. He constantly had to update my order/invoice because I kept changing my mind. No complaints on his end. I kept calling and asking what flowers were going to be used. Not once did he sound annoyed but was always patient and took the time to talk to me. My bouquet came out exactly the way I envisioned. I got tons of compliments on it. The bridesmaids bouquets were petite the way I asked them to be. The boutinerres for the groom & groomsmen were perfect. I also ordered family boutinerres and Chad threw in a few extras. I got to the reception and all my centerpieces were already set up and saw that he added a few extra centerpieces to my head table as a bonus. All because he had extra flowers and wanted to do something extra special to make my day perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better florist. Accomodating, patient, affordable and delivers on everything promised plus more. It was a stress free ordeal with The Floral Boutique. I highly recommend you brides to contact them for your flowers. You won't regret it!

8 days before my wedding, my fiance asked me to find a new florist and those few weeks before the wedding is always stressful BUT from the very beginning, communicating with Chad was a wonderful experience! I explained the time frame and he explained my options! When we came to an agreement, he offered to deliver for free! Thank you so much for your time and services!I look forward to working with them on future events! His personal service, patience, options, and communication are why I would highly recommend meeting with him for you floral needs.

I have used The Floral Boutique on three separate occasions and was very satisfied with their professionalism, customer service, and reasonable prices.I was introduced to Chad and Darrlyn business via their Valentine's Day promotion. They were about $20 less than most other stores who were also running promotions and specials. However, they included free delivery which saved me additional money. Needless to say, the flowers were very impressive.The second occasion that I used The Floral Boutique was for a funeral wreath. Ive never had to order flowers for a funeral before but Chad walked me through the different options and was able to give recommendations based on the flowers in season. I found him to be very knowledgable in explaining things in simple terms so that I could understand.Finally, I totally forgot about Girl's Day but luckily had their business card in my wallet. They delivered some orchids to my workplace for several of my co-workers during lunch in a nicely wrapped potted bowl topped with a beautifully topped bow. I would definately recommend and cant wait to find another occasion to use them.

I know there are comments about Chad not responding to e-mails but I knew he was busy with Valentine's Day, Easter, proms, graduations and Mother's Day before our big day on June 13, 2015. Maybe that's not an excuse but he still managed to e-mail me back in between and after we gave him our final flower count. I trusted that Chad would get the job done even though I had minimal contact with him. When we initially first met with him, I just knew he would get job done. He's a professional and recommended by The Wedding Cafe. All I can say is that I really loved my bouquet with peonies, roses and ranunculus! It was gorgeous! I had a last minute request to add pink flowers to my all white bouquet and they added pink ranunculus. They added a pop of color to my originally requested all white bouquet. I was so excited about it! I couldn't believe that it was MY bouquet! I couldn't stop looking at it! I didn't want to let it go! I also loved the ceremony flowers, boutonnieres, wrist corsages, bridesmaids bouquets and centerpieces! Everything was executed exactly as how I envisioned!Thanks Chad and Floral Boutique for all the hard work you put in to make our special day beautiful! Keep up the good work!

I must say, I did choose Floral Boutique afterwards. I really did enjoy our first meet/greet with Chad and his colleague. Id like to recall what I said below; they are amazing and truly understand your needs. So far they have been accommodating and through in responses. Being a stressed out bride can make you think the worst especially booking vendors. 1 star for understanding, 1 star for thoroughness, 1 star for suggestions/ideas, 1 star for quick response, & 1 star for being on top of everything = 5 stars!

Planning a wedding is STESSFUL! There's so much going on and so much you worry about. One of the most important things that provide relief on the big day is having vendors you can trust and are easy to work with. Trust, meaning you know they are going to execute what you want beautifully.My wife and I were told to check out The Floral Boutique (FB) from some of our other friends that used them for their wedding. After we met with the folks at FB we had such a good feeling that the flowers for our wedding were going to turn out great and would be one thing we didn't have to worry about. When we first met with them, we only had a basic idea of what we wanted - we actually brought in a few pictures and just pointed out aspects we liked from each photo. They were so patient and helped with suggestions whenever we had idea brain farts and even asked us about small details we never even thought about. One of the great things about FB is that they are totally open to putting together what you want. Their input helped our basic ideas blossom into awesome arrangements. We also wanted some flowers that were not quite in season and so not necessarily easy to find. But, FB found it for us, which made my wife very happy. Side note: Happy Wife=Happy Life. Their prices are also reasonable. What was really impressive is that they really care about making sure you get what you want, including making the time to meet with you. They made samples of our centerpieces and asked for honest feedback so they get it right for the big day. They also made the effort to call us about things to make sure everything was "good to go" for the wedding day. That's really helpful instead of having to chase down vendors to make sure they know what is going on. By the time our wedding day came around, we had total trust in FB that everything was going to turn out great. FB did an amazing job. When we arrived at the site everything was set up and looked great. Our wedding coordinator said they came right on time and she didn't even have to pay them much attention because they knew exactly what they were doing.Much MAHALO to the folks at FB. So, this is my third review for this company and given the lack of communication from their owner Chad I do not recommend them at all. My wedding is in two weeks and they haven't responded to my emails or phone calls these past two weeks. If you want your wedding planning process to go smoothly (especially the month prior to your wedding) consider going with another company. At this point, I'm just hoping they even show up at our wedding given the lack of communication I've received.
