When our previous shirt vendor messed up/missed a letter on our custom print sublimation shirts we were at a loss on how to save them/get it fixed. Our vendor stopped communicating to help resolve our issue. And by chance we stopped in to the Custom Company and explained our situation and Melissa and Shannon were so so so nice and very helpful. They took our challenge on and with the help of their awesome printer who also agreed to take us on. They blended that missing letter so perfectly into the wording, you can't even tell a letter was originally missing!!! We are so very happy and so very greatful and so are our employees because now they can wear their shirts!! Can't thank you guys enough and I wish there was more stars to give!!! Definitely will recommend them to everyone and will definitely send our business their way!! Looking forward to placing our next shirt order through The Custom Company!!! Super fast and a perfect shipment!! Everything was neatly folded and arrived within a few days. I'm equally impressed with the quality of the clothes too. Highly recommended.

Hello!Since I am familiar with this particular company as it provides the school uniforms for my boys, I inquired to see if they would be able to do a rush other for 2 plain white T-shits with a simple Cardinal emblem on them and I couldn't be more please with their customer services and speedy delivery..In less than 24 hours the shirts where ready for pickup which allow boys and I to have plenty of time to finish our little project for 100 days of school as well for wearing a football t-shirt to school.. this is the reason why it had to be simple and I just couldn't find it anywhere else..Their super customer services, and quick turn around made everything possible for us!! So, we are very very pleased!Thank you so much!!

Not happy with the quality of the shirts. Shirts started shrinking after the first wash. School just started in August. It's the middle of September and I'm buying 4 more shirts.

Amazing Staff! Amazing service!! Went there today to buy my sons school's t-shirt/uniform and let me just say a big MAHALO to the lady who helped me (I'm soo sorry I didn't even get your name) I had initially ordered shirts online but decided to go to the shop because I procrastinated til the very last minute to get my sons uniform. And I knew that I was not going to received the order on time. When I got there the lady that was helping me with my purchase canceled my online order AND refunded me my money with no hassle. She was so patient with me and really went above and beyond to make my first time experience of doing this AH-mazing! Mahalo TCC!

Went into to the store in July to purchase uniforms since they are my child's school vendor. It's already mid July school starts in august and they don't have anything in stock! I've also been checking the website since June and it always said out of stock. Smh my school should change vendors.

Since I was in the area, I decided to go and stop by to get more uniforms for my daughter but didn't realize they close at 2pm which I was a couple minutes late ‍ As I was walking away, a lady opened the door and kindly asked what I was looking for and I replied "I wanted to buy more uniforms for my daughter.." and she said hold on, I can see what we have. She came back out with 2 different colors and I bought both of them. Thank you for letting me purchase even though you guys were closed. Great customer service!!

I have had the honor of experiencing first hand both Shannon and Natalie's (sorry if I misspelled) AWESOME customer service!!!! I accidentally forgot to add in a pair of PE shorts before finalizing my order which caused me to have to create another order just for a pair of shorts. Luckily Shannon caught my multiple orders and was kind enough to include the single shorts into my initial order and refunded me the shipping for the shorts order!!! Spoke to Natalie on the phone who informed me of refund and she was so kind also!! Thank You so much ladies!!! Your customer service is AMAZING, such a great representation of your company!! I really APPRECIATE you both!!!!

WISHES DO COME TRUE!!!I contacted them and melissa helped me with an unusual task, I wanted to put my Chinese and Japanese family symbols printed onto fabric to be put on my prosthesis that was being made. She so willingly took on the challenge and was so accommodating and helpful by showing me different options. I am so grateful to the staff there, thank you for making my vision come to life.

I had a very pleasant experience with the custom company store! I had to order my children T-shirts for school, and my husband ended up ordering them to be shipped to our house. The manager was very helpful. Because the order hadn't shipped yet she went ahead and opened our shipping box so that I could get them while I was at the store. The workers are efficient and fast. The lines moved very quickly as well! I highly recommend the custom company if you are in need of custom T-shirts.
