I've had the pleasure of working with them on numerous custom shirts and hoodies and let me tell you, they never disappoint. Their staff is always ready, willing and so incredibly helpful in turning your design vision into reality. Whether you're after that perfect color or need a specific style, if they don't have it in stock... no worries! They'll order it for you!The store itself is clean and inviting, making the whole process enjoyable from start to finish. Plus, their selection of shirts, hoodies and hats is so diverse, it's a dream for anyone who loves to get creative with their wardrobe and on a fun note: I really wish they'd open up the back for parties. Lol! can you imagine customizing with friends while having a good time?!If you're on the hunt for top notch custom clothing and want a friendly, fast service that goes above and beyond, this is definitely the spot! Trust me, you'll leave with amazing creations and a big smile.

I really liked my experience at the Collective by Hawaii's Finest. I was talking to my family about making a custom t-shirt that afternoon and by happenstance, I bumped into the Collective that night and it was pure perfection. The customer service was awesome and friendly. I tried a few different t-shirts to make sure it was the right fit and look and emailed them the file I wanted printed and it was printed fairly quickly. The t-shirt was $20 plus a back design for $10 and another $5 for a front pocket-sized design, so I spent about $36 total. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the t-shirt, I do recommend sending a larger file png if you're going that route because mine was a bit pixelated when blown up on the back. But still no complaints since I basically found the image on my phone and on the spot. Had I been more prepared I would have sent a high-quality image and resolution at 300dpi at the minimum.

No customer service or awareness. I went in to get a banner made for my business and stood at the counter for 3 minutes in front of a girl who was working on a T-shirt facing me. I said "excuse me" a couple of times but she ignored me. There was a boy cleaning the floor and he couldn't help me but at least acknowledged me. This was a convenient choice and I'm all about supporting local but I will order online and pay more.. It's sad to see how downhill this place has gone.

Like the other person says this place is a joke. I walked in so called two of the managers were standing there one girl Jesslyn with big fake eyelashes and the other girl Nicole who refused to turn around.....I think she was a manager at first none of them greeted me.As I walked up, the one with the big eyelashes came to the desk. I told her that I emailed the last few days, and I talked to another girl keana she told me to send an email which I did three days later nobody still replied to me when I talk to the girl K, yesterday she told me the higher-ups supposed to get to the emails and they didn't so I'm assuming it's this girl that is now in front of me as she's an assistant manager, she saidI told her the four shirts that I needed to purchase and the design she pulled up the design. It was the wrong design. I told her it's the attachment. It was like she didn't know how to pull up an attachment. She was very sassy and I told her well. Can I make sure that when the T-shirts are printed the logo is printed nicely and it's not blurry she said while we're going to print exactly what you sent us did you know there's a graphic fee charge? I said no nobody told me but that's fine in a super sassy way like I can't afford it or something. I ended up not ordering because of this bad service. I have a friend who came here a few months prior and he too went thru the same thing and it is unfortunate because this company just rebranded this part of the business for the second time and now I know why the service here is horrible and these young girls need to learn how to take care of your customers. Do they not know that if nobody comes into order shirts or order products that they won't have a job? That is so unfortunate. They brand themselves on social media to be for the small business and obviously they're not. Don't go here go to town. There's a few T-shirt places in town that is way better experienced than this place. Those girls that was working today need to be fired.... just horrible ! You don't treat patrons like this not now not ever.
