My friends in Honolulu surprised me and all their friends and family with a live-streamed wedding during the pandemic. Moments into realizing we were about to see them get married, I googled a florist open near where they live and WOW did i luck out!!! Mike at the Blue Iris walked me through some options, listened to what I was looking for, created an artful arrangement, and hand delivered it within hours of their ceremony, delivered to them on their wedding day with a personalized note. He was friendly and kind, and the flowers exceeded my expectations and created the perfect floral arrangement for my friends on their special day! He went above and beyond to communicate with me & confirm every step of my order, and really made it so special even though it was a same day order!! Even his handwriting in the card was cool! I just appreciate the attention to detail both in how he worked with me as a customer, delivered with care to the recipient, and most importantly the beauty of the flowers themselves... I ordered flowers for my friend but we could not find her at the hospital. Blue Iris was extremely helpful in tracking her down and getting the flowers to her. Companies that go out of their way to make something happen are RARE these days. I commend Kawika and staff for going the extra mile to give satisfaction to their customers. I will use them ALWAYS when ordering flowers on Oahu.

Mike and his business partner at the Blue Iris was BEYOND amazing! They literally took my dream and brought it to life! I supplied the vases and vision and they executed it better than I could have ever have hoped to do. They even provided real petals for my grandmother to throw as my flower lady (yes I had my grandma as a flower girl :D) They delivered and set up perfectly, and I have brought my bouquet all the way from the wedding in Hawaii to Ohio where we live now and it is currently drying because I can't part with it. Its so gorgeous. I had 7 centerpieces and about 7 smaller arrangements as well as a garland made for the gazebo, a bridesmaid, maid of honor and bride bouquet as well as 5 boutineers and all were PERFECT! This was my first experience with the company. At first I was a bit apprehensive about booking after looking at the reviews but everyone deserves a chance/shot right? And, if all fails I just wouldnt be a repeat customer. But, let me tell you I'll definitely use them in the future and I'll also recommend them as well. The flowers (romantic bouquet) I had ordered for my girlfriend was very special/important to me and I wanted it perfect. Shes someone who enjoys darker colors such as blue/purple and I had emailed to ask if it was possible to change. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible due to certain flowers not being in season and it would change the overall presentation. Understandable. Although, I also wanted to confirm the delivery and the times since I wanted to surprise her at work. The managing director kawika lee was great through out our entire email exchange. He was professional, had a quick response, and was very concerned that everything would go perfectly. He apologized that they weren't able to change the color of the bouquet but he went out of his way to also give her some purple orchids as well! Not only did she receive a lovely bouquet, but also some orchids as well! Great customer service! Everyone definitely noticed the beautiful flower arrangement, and there were compliments all around. I definitely sent my recommendations to all the people who asked and I'll be a repeat customer in the future.

You only had one job and yet you failed miserably.Ordered a $100+ bouquet via BloomNation to be delivered to her workplace on Valentine's Day. Gave very clear delivery instructions. Even called Mike the Florist moments after ordering to confirm everything was a-okay. He reassured me so.Close to the end of business hours on Valentine's Day, I called Mike the Florist who again reassured me it'll be delivered within the hour. Was it? Eight hours later, I get a delivery notice. No details on when or where or who.Day #2 and still no flowers. Mike the Florist tells BloomNation who tells me they were delivered. Guess what? The flowers showed up at another office 1.5 miles away. She picked it up after work two days after Valentine's Day.He tells BloomNation: "Unfortunately, due to an error, the sender's special instructions were not provided to the driver. Upon arrival. the driver could not locate [recipient]...[He found another address] where the driver finally made the delivery."I paid a lot of money for flowers that arrived at the wrong location two days after the fact. BloomNation assured me twice that Mike the Florist would be "reaching out, directly, to make arrangements to remedy the situation." Nothing.Dude, this is your business. I'm not asking for a refund. Okay, maybe the delivery fee but you guys screwed up. The easiest and best remedy is an apology. Send me an email, call me, whatever and just apologize for the mistake.Or at least apologize for making her walk a few miles out of the way two days after Valentine's Day to pickup flowers from the wrong address. Dude, that sucks. It's not just good customer service. It's the right thing to do.Weddings, funerals and Valentine's Day. Three times you can't fail at your one job of delivering perfect flowers...and yet you did and somehow seem content to ignore and pretend it didn't happen.

I placed an order through bloomnation, spent a total of $92 with "delivery". Not only did the flowers look NOTHING like the one pictured, the delivery guy couldn't find my home! Therefore I offered to pick them up at the shop since I was in town. Moments later received a call that they broke my order and had to remake it. Never will I go through these guys again. Waste of hard earned money and a way to ruin ones Mother's Day.

Great customer service. Put the order in on Saturday for delivery on Monday. This was on mothers day weekend.They were the only florist that took my order. They contacted me on the day of delivery to inform me they didn't have the color flowers that matched their picture of the order but offered me different color choices. They delivered on time and the arrangement was beautiful!. I will be using them in the future for all my flower orders.
