The Bird’s Nest Coffee

I loved the aesthetics of this place. You would not expect it looking from the outside. This modern, cute cafe is located in a former gas station! It is right next to Jenny's Shrimp Truck. I stumbled upon it while I was getting shrimp and rice at Jenny's and was ecstatic that I did. The interior was clean and modern. I ordered an ice matcha latte. I asked for no syrup. I did regret that decision. The matcha was strong and delicious. I would recommend adding syrup unless you really like the bitter taste of matcha. I definitely recommend stopping by!

The cutest place and the best coffee I have had! I loved the cozy feel and design!The "Salt of the earth" latte was amazing, as was the veggie burrito and fresh cold pressed juice!The workers are friendly and worked efficiently! Absolutely love this place!!!!

This coffee shop is amazing! I am so happy we decided to stop to try them out! We ordered the nuts n' hugs, an iced caramel latte, and the sourdough chocolate chip cookie. All were delicious! I found the coffee to be incredibly smooth, perfectly sweetened, and overall a great pick me up for our busy day. The cookie was equally as amazing and had a sprinkle of flaky sea salt that added a nice touch. The staff were also very friendly and kind. There is a good amount of parking and tables to get work done! Overall, a 10/10 experience! I will definitely be back to try their seasonal drinks (which will hopefully be out on Dec. 1st)!!!!

I love how this old gas stationed was transformed into this very aesthetic cafe. It was beautifully decorated and planned for plenty of comfortable seating. Immediately upon entering we were greeted with a friendly and welcoming smile. I tried the matcha earl gray iced latte, which is a special they currently have. I wished the matcha powder could have been whisked better, but the earl gray and matcha were a good mix! I also ordered a lavender blueberry muffin. I got to say it was the best muffin I've had! It was a soft and fluffy muffin; the sweetness was just right. I'd come again whenever I'm in Haleiwa.

Chill little cafe in the middle of all the food trucks, they serve a variety of typical coffee drinks as well as special/seasonal ones as well! Got the coconut latte iced and loved it. Very strong coconut flavor and the coffee taste itself great. Wish I had gotten a larger size as the smallest one was too small

Cute little cafe to stop by for good espresso and some baked goodies! I very much enjoyed my silky-smooth cortado which was served in a joy-inducing little teacup. Their salted sourdough chocolate chip cookie is mighty satisfying and their muffins were solid. We also tried their seasonal pear cardamom latte but unfortunately none of us could taste either of those flavors, but it was a well made latte otherwise. Would definitely swing by again to try other things :)

Happened upon this little piece of heaven when we stopped at Jenny's Shrimp truck (same parking lot).The staff were super friendly and patient with newcomers. Assisted my wife and I with picking the perfect drinks for us. Even gave me a free sample of some crazy good peach cold brew. If you are into eclectic and unique coffee shops, this place is a must try. The perfect way to patiently wait on your shrimp plate order.

Saw this coffee shop because of their sign with a cute bicycle! It's a a cute and aesthetic coffee shop in Hale'iwa (I think they're making the space bigger). The owners are very nice and welcoming. They were very pleasant to every customer. They have great coffee and non-coffee options along with pastries. I got an iced lilikoi honey latte which was sooooooo good and perfect for the heat! The espresso was pulled to perfection. I will definitely come back to try more of their drinks!

FRESH COFFEE!! Oh so good! What a place, so cute and oh so good. I love it to the last drop. I will be going back and I will be trying a bite next time. I was with 3 other people and we all raved about our drinks!! This local shop was some of the best we have had here!!

I love the vibes here, this spot is super cute and cozy (something that definitely was lacking on NS before). The staff are soo welcoming and friendly, and i love coming here with my friends. The only constructive criticism / request I have is that if you guys could pleasaaase consider getting a different type of matcha/working on how the matcha is served. 95% of the time my matcha is super bitter and chunky :( even with the syrups/flavours. And I don't think it gets whisked or sifted properly a lot since there's a lot of graininess/chunkyness. The coffee here is absolutely delicious but I mostly only drink matcha and keep ordering it hoping I'll get a good one- but that doesn't happen very frequently :'( I will keep coming back because I love this place's atmosphere and want to support local but I really am just hoping the matcha could be improved upon!!
