Great shop. Had the supplies I needed to restore my bike. The customer service was very patient and helpful.

I am a resident of Kailua and went into the bike shop on 2 occasions with some questions. No one acknowledged me or said anything for that matter. I looked around for a bit and left. I recently went back on Tuesday 1/2/24 as i was interested in purchasing an e-bike. Again no acknowledgement. Had to ask where the e-bikes were located, as he pointed towards the windows. All i ask is for a hello, welcome, ask if i need any help, and say I'll be with you in a bit. I really want to purchase an e-bike and being located in kailua makes it convenient. But i refuse to do business with a company that has poor customer service. I am debating on giving it one more try as they appear to have a good selection of e-bikes. Please, do better on your customer service!

Customer service is so lame. The manager has major attitude. I've lived in Kailua my entire life and it's sad when locals get treated like crap. Guess they make enough off the tourists.

My girlfriends and I wanted to spend the day riding bikes around Kailua & the bike shop came in clutch The bikes were so easy and comfortable to ride! Plus, they were adorable. 100% recommend renting the electras! Such a good price & amazing costumer service

I went in with a flat and they sold me two new tires so I agreed to upgrade. 6 weeks later (because they ordered the wrong tires first) I get my bike back ($176). They replaced a valve which I thought was nice but I had trouble pumping the tire with air afterward. I brought it back and the first thing I mentioned was I thought it was the new VALVE. One staff brought another guy who accused me of leaving the bike with sealant sitting "too long" so gunk clogged it. I could tell he really didn't know, but he insisted it was the case. He was argumentative while he looked at his computer as if trying to locate me as their customer. He insisted I caused a sealant clog. He proposed to keep it 3 more weeks and charge me upwards of $40+, but they still "don't know." I immediately took the tire to a bike mechanic and a half hour later, valve replaced, no charge, tire pumps perfectly well. No "gunk" or dried up sealant to be found.

Mechanic was unfriendly and arrogant insisting a ten min adjustment would take one to two weeks. Not sure what caused him to be so discourteous but I will never return. I live in the neighborhood and will travel farther to get good service.

Super helpful and convenient! I was visiting Oahu and took a bus to Kailua. The Bike Shop was right next to the bus stop. I walked in and asked if they do bike rentals. It was only $18 for 4 hours! They provided me with a bike lock, helmet, and a map. The bike had a basket and was fairly new. I had a great time and would highly recommend!

First time dealing with a bike shop. Bought a new bike from a regular retail store, and it wasn't assembled well. Took it to The Bike Shop because I didn't even know what I was looking at. We were greeted warmly, but I didn't catch the gentleman's name that initially greeted us. He even walked us to the repair section that was just a few feet away to make sure we were greeted and helped there. Nick was the technician that assisted us. He quickly figured out what the issue was and made the necessary correction. I'm sure on the scale of issues, mine was pretty low, but he had outstanding customer service! He explained what was wrong and answered additional questions we had without making us feel like we were wasting his time. Will definitely be bringing my and my family's bikes here for our future bike needs!

Great shop for a rental! I would've opted for the 105 components, but it wasn't available on a 61 frame size. Regardless, very good bike in great condition, great service and convenient location
