AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING!I am a first timer when it comes to hiring a private chef. I honestly didn't know where to start looking or how much this service cost. I decided to reach out to my YELP community and I am SO glad I did and I am so very glad I found Angela. I hosted a small dinner party with just 12 of my closest friends. I just wanted us to share in a fun evening and not worry about potluck-ing, grilling, cleaning etc. I just wanted everyone to relax. From my first phone call to Angela I knew she was the one! She is the most down to earth, loving, giving, professional, passionate person and you just feel that from her right from the start. Over the first few days we ironed out the menu. YOU have complete control over what you want. She is just amazing at customizing the menu to your taste buds while giving you other choices as well.Once the menu was set and my price given to me, I was 100% happy. She includes everything. You do not have to worry about anything! Literally from salt and pepper, to platters to foil to everything... she does it all!!!Her team arrived first to get the layout of the kitchen and to determine what we had and what they needed. I was in the kitchen cutting lemons and limes and other little things for the drinks and they just shooed me out! they said we got this for you! They were so sweet and cut all my drink items and made it way more beautiful than I ever could have done. Loved that, thank you!Angela arrived and the magic began to happen! OH MAN.. the smells from that kitchen.. amazing. They just took control and she didn't even ask me one question. She was a complete pro and I just relaxed and enjoyed the time with my friends.Appetizers, meal and desserts all came out at the designated times and the food... oh man... the food was delicious. This group of friends are definitely "foodies" and they all loved every bite of every item. Simple the best!Then... she cleaned up!! What???? loved that! Dishes, glasses, take out containers.. you name it-she took care of it all. If you have any doubts about the food quality, don't! She is top notch.If you have any doubts that it is expensive to hire a private chef, don't! The cost to do this, per person, is less than if you were going to go to a steakhouse and have a simple steak dinner with a drink!If you have any doubts that your friends/family won't be impressed, don't! This will blow their minds. Such a unique and special experience. I am 100% hooked on Angela and I am so looking forward to using her time and time again! She's the best on the island! Fantastic dishes and don't forget the carrot cake! Great personality, friendly, professional and she really knows her stuff when preparing meals!!! You will never forget Angela!

Loved loved loved the food and service. Angela was super fun to work with. She was really laid back and everyone raved about the food. She cooked us supper on our first night in Hawaii. It was so awesome just being able to take it easy after a very long flight from the east coast. We were able just just kick back at the pool and enjoy spending time together over a fabulous meal. She made Kalua pork lumpia, seared ahi over wasabi aioli, Thai crunch salad, poached local fish in a coconut cream sauce with Okinawa gnocchi, Kalbi steak with garlic green beans and topped off with a homemade carrot cake. We were stuffed to say the least. Hands down will use her services again. She was an absolute delight to work with!

Angela and Taylor did a wonderful job. They were good company and made a wonderful meal. I will absolutely hire them again when I make trips to Oahu.

An absolute must if you are looking for a private chef.It was my first experience with a private chef and Angela blew it out of the water.The food was absolutely delicious! I would die for another piece of that Salmon with pesto sauce. Don't even get me started on the salted caramel cheesecake! She makes you feel like family. She catered to my kiddos, she did the dishes! She and Lisa even gave us a hula lesson! My husband had an unforgettable 40th birthday because of Angela and Lisa. I will be a forever client every time we go back to North Shore.This girl is a hidden gem and should be running her own chain of restaurants, glad we got a private tasting before she's famous! Don't forget your cousins over here in Oregon when you visit

I needed to find a caterer for our company lunch event. Thanks to all of your reviews, I found Angela. I had a frugal budget to work with and a variety of dietary needs that needed to be met AND needed this to be delivered to our office. I put in a quote request and Yelp offers to submit the same request to other vendors at the same time. That was great! Out of the 4 requests that went out, she was the only one who accepted to work with my parameters. Just as all the other reviewers stated, she does not disappoint. She managed to find a menu that fit everything we needed. Being in downtown, our office was getting bored with the typical office lunch food that delivered in the area. Angela definitely shook it up with the meal we had yesterday! I will most definitely be contacting her again in the future for other events cause her suggestions on options made me want more! Chef Angela is hands down the best private chef on the island!!!!! We have known her for the past year and a half and she has been our go-to private chef for everything. Our latest event was a baby shower with Mexican Korean fusion food and she KILLED it!!! The service, the flavors of the food, the plating, the set-up & break down- all flawless. We didn't get photos since we were busy (so sorry!!!) but we got one of these beautiful poké tacos with margaritas! Thank you Angela for accommodating us during our journey here. We look forward to crossing paths again!!!

What can I say but THIS GIRL CAN COOK! I've had the privilege of hosting or attending several dinners prepared by Angela. Each and everytime has been FABULOUS! She'll work around your budget, food preferences, party theme, allergies - whatever will make you and your guests happy. You will be the host with the most when you hire her Oh, and she's funny as hell! Great sense of humor.

There are not enough stars available to truly express how I felt about the entire experience with Angela. If I could give her 1,000 stars, I would. Angela made the process easy from the very first email. She was kind, thorough, attentive, knowledgeable, and of course, an incredible chef. She went out of her way to prepare an incredible meal for my family on Christmas Eve. She built a beautiful menu and we only made slight tweaks because I wanted to add more to it based on all of the pictures online from her previous work. The execution was beyond what I had in mind and best of all, we had leftovers for the next day. I cannot recommend working with Angela enough. I can't wait to work with her the next time we're at Turtle Bay but next time I'll have her prepare more than just dinner. OMG how I wish I had known she could have taken care of our meals for the entire day!! Until next time, Angela!!! You are the BEST!!!

I have been here with family once for my dads birthday , the food was very good very tasty , the service was VERY good , i will never forget this day with money well spent . WE will come again !!
