You can review my previous yelp reviews. I am that person that gives honest reviews but only when it was fantastic (5 star) or terrible (1 star).. Texas De Brazil hit the 1-star marker with the stature like they're dining is only for high-class social status people and gross attitude...quick storyI came during the discounted half off price. I believe it was for Veterans day 2024. We were in this long-line and they were only letting in a few people into the restaurant at a time due to limited seating circumstances. They literally had 75% the restaurant set only for people who want to pay full price and the remaining 25% limited seats during the discount time-period for us "cheap asses" got treated like straight bums. The waiter/waitress that were helping people but asking if its regular or discount rate, anytime it was for discount, they gave the people an eyeroll, nasty vibes.I feel like if you just opened the restaurant and maybe reduced price by 25%, people would have been down to try it out. But the fact that you only let a few people in at a time and the line was huge, it was not possible to even make it for the time zone they had set for us discounted poor people. I would never return as first we got AYCE Korean BBQ for $30 instead and they treated us with proper care. Texas De Brazil, relax. You should want people to come in and try it out and im sure many would return. But Texas De Brazil wanted to make sure not too much money was loss from too many discounters that they decided to mistreat and in return probably lost A LOT more money from greed. Basic financial skill 101... Anyways I have never tried it, will never return to this Ala Moana restaurant. The way they operated was just such nasty vibes and they did what everyone hates about "rich people". Go eat AYCE korean BBQ and you will be satisfied as this was not it...

We are typically really big Brazilian steakhouse fans- love fogo de chao in Seattle and Bellevue, and when we moved here we got really excited to try this place. We went for our anniversary and the restaurant gifted us an off menu ice cream item- it was ube technically but we couldn't taste any flavor of note. It was a nice touch and thought though. The service was alright. For the price that you pay for the Brazilian steakhouse experience, it was a little lacking we felt. The meats were good, but came at a lower frequency than we had experienced elsewhere and had a bit more fat than typical. The salad bar was good, carrying all the classics like tabouleh and potato salad, charcuterie items and a soup. Nothing stood out as highly memorable. Our finished plates were not cleared, and we had trouble getting staff for paying the bill at the end. The ambiance was alright- we went on a weekday night and it was probably about half full. The lighting was sufficient and the restaurant had good acoustics, and no music, so I could hear my partner speaking with ease.Unrelated to the review: We had received a gift card from Costco (100$ for 80$) and were sad to find out that this location does not accept the gift cards, they are only redeemable on mainland. This is completely our fault for not reading the fine print, we do not fault the restaurant for this nor did it play into our review. I just wanted to mention it for others who might be considering the Costco gift card.

We had such a great experience and exceptional service! Most of the servers were friendly, but our favorite server was Eric He was super nice, always coming by with the different meats explaining what it was. Seila took care of our table and made sure our drinks were always full & used dishes were cleared. The various meats were exceptional and the variety of sides, plus the salad bar was amazing but don't fill up too much on the salad bar stuff so that you have room to try all the different cuts of meat. The variety of lamb was tender, the different picanhas were cooked perfectly, the various chicken skewers were so good, I couldn't choose a favorite. I realized that I didn't take pics of the bacon wrapped chicken, sausage & a few others. The restaurant is very beautifully decorated and chic, gives off great vibes! Our tummies were overly content! We loved the experience so much that we're already planning our next visit!!

It's my second time here and it's still a fail. I mean compared to fogo de chau in the mainland this place is a . the salad bar is alright, but the meats they served was tough but flavorful at least. Tonight was really frustrating. Me and my husband went to the salad bar and guess what when we returned to our table they were already cleaning it, took our food and drinks away and there was a cleaning spray on our table I mean wth. On top of that our waiter asked us if there's a special meant that we wanted to order and so I said I wanted the sirloin but it never came. For the price it's not worth it. They lag on serving the meat. It was really disappointing..

I made dinner res at 5 PM in advance via OpenTable for four people. Check in process was a breeze. Highly recommend making res because there's a lot of people waiting outside and packed inside from 6 PM moving forward. Although we're seated at a table for four with each person dining, I felt that the table was small for our plates and beverages and distance behind and in front of us seemed closer with less room. Be careful and mindful not to bump a plate or spill a beverage. Our Server explained to us that this is Brazilian American BBQ. She was very courteous, helpful and informative. This is my third Brazilian BBQ experience, yet my first with Texas de Brazil. We enjoyed how the temperature for each of the meats and proteins served hot. We're really good at pacing ourselves throughout the meal with green circle for go and red circle to stop. Fave meats per preference were the picanha, garlic picanha, Parmesan pork and Parmesan drummette. Lobster bisque tasted spicy and three other guests at our table said it tasted salty. Only soup. Disappointed to see and not taste any pieces of lobster in the bisque.I really enjoyed leafy mixed greens, thinly sliced smoked salmon and one of their imported cheese. Potatoes Au Gratin was served heat hot and very yummy. Brazilian cheese bread was tasty; however, the side wasn't served hot even though it arrived in a basket with cloth napkin. Only salads, sides, soups, and meats/proteins are included in the all you can eat buffet. Desserts are an extra charge. I wasn't fully satisfied with the meats and proteins offered this time and hope to enjoy more in the future.

10.15.24 a group get together for dinner at Texas De Brazil. This was my first time to this particular restaurant. Fortunately, it was a get together for a invite and so I had decided to attend on the day. That's a very important day one time out of the year..... my I did hear many things about this buffet and so it was a really good opportunity to see what it was all about .The service was very good. They had given us time to get drinks, and so service had went around and they attended to every single table as you can tell by the one picture there's three tables which had about maybe 20 people to each table and saw they had a huge group and we had been attended to quite nicely. I had ordered a Sauvignon Blanc And it was there a particular brand of wine for the restaurant so I guess it would be called the house wine. It was a good thing that I did pick the white because they're cold buffet had a lot of things that. Really nicely with that wine such as. - roasted cous cous salad, fresh roasted beats I'm kind of olive oil marinate, sliced not shaven Parmesan, sliced salmon, red and white onion slivers, sautéed mushrooms, fresh tabouli salad, white sauce potatoes at gratin, shrimp salad, Brie (a whole wheel) hearts of palm cut in long diagonals... ((All the things you see on my plate)) the waiters and waitresses were very accommodating. They were going around and they also had to deliver fries to the table, garlic, mashed potatoes to the table and some thing that had been rolled in cinnamon and sugar and it was banana, so I think it was like a banana fosters without the pudding. They seem to want to come around and collect the tickets when you're ready for your next drink, but the thing is they didn't come around enough times to serve water. We had one person at our table that was drinking, a lot of water and the waiters or the waitresses took a while to come back when we told them about three times, but other than that it was pretty busy for them they may have been going around and other people had requested things and what not so I give them a pass on that it's really hard to help 60 people when you have a lot of people requesting for things.in a sense that salad bar that they have is in my opinion very good even without the meat. I didn't even get any lobster bisque because there was just so much good cold food. I probably could've eaten just that portion. If I could just guess maybe I could try to ask them later, if there's a cost for eating without having any meat I have been on a pescatarian diet for a long time and I've only just implemented eating meat once every other week. Fortunately, that was that night on the 15th.I wouldn't mind returning, if given the chance ..

Texas de Brazil is great for meat lovers, vegetarians, or anybody who loves to eat because it's all you can eat! Great salad bar with so many different veggies and even charcuterie. You got your starch bar with rice, beans, mushrooms, potatoes, and lobster bisque. Beautiful fancy interior with bar seating, regular dining, and section for big parties as well. Everyone was so friendly from the host, to our server, to the meat walkers lol. It's so cool. You have a medallion on your table for stop and go, stop is no meat, go is for the meat walkers to come and bring you the good stuff. That was so fun for them to come around and cut the meat off the meat holder right on to your plate and try the different types of meat!!! They have happy hour. We didn't even know they had happy hour, but it was so nice. We eat dinner early, so we went 4PM. Normal price per adult is $70. Happy hour is $50 per so that was awesome. I'm guessing happy hour is 4-5 or 6 on certain days? Not sure, but for the vegetarians, salad bar only is $40 per head! Everything was great, great place, great location - located in Ala Moana shopping center, between macys and maitais (same floor as maitais), if I not mistaken, was old Lens crafters, and also had one arcade place?, great food, great customer service! Definitely be back again.

First time here, we went for our anniversary dinner and I was kind of disappointed. We went during happy hour at 4:15pm on a Tuesday. We were seated at the bar, I understood it was busy so I didn't mind waiting. The bartender (Patrick) was nice and very friendly. Food came out a little slower but that was ok. Managers weren't really friendly. The food was ok. Your best bet is to get the sausage or beef, as the chicken and pork is so dry. The salad bar had a good variety of options. The best part for me was the sausage and the ribs. The bartender was nice but both of the managers there tonight were not friendly at all, I forgot to get a copy of my receipt and came back 10 minutes after and the girl at the front desk said I needed to wait 5 minutes to speak to a manager. When the manager came out he wasn't nice and said "we can't reprint receipts" so the bartender had to dig to get it. I appreciate the bartender, he was great but 0/5 stars for the managers.

Definitely worth it if you go for their happy hour, not sure about paying full price for the dinner though as I don't eat that much meat. Service was great and attentive. The meat servers were very friendly and encouraged us to try different cuts of meat too. I like how their meats weren't oversalted like other Brazilian bbq place I've been to, and the meat was cooked just right too. Oh don't miss their filet mignon. Bomb! Also loved that they had lamb! It wasn't gamey at all. The buffet station got a bunch of good items too. My favorites were the charred cinnamon pineapple slices, the chimichurri sauce, the sautéed mushrooms. I wish I could like the lobster bisque but it was too salty! I had to pour some water into my soup to make it edible... They brought our fries and cheese bread for the table. I liked them both. The fries were battered, just how I liked them! Cheese bread wasn't the best I've had but I think it's because it wasn't served fresh hot. The desserts weren't included for happy hour but they did offer a discount so we ordered the key lime pie and carrot cake. They could taste better if they weren't so sweet. I couldn't finish either of them. Their drinks were discounted too. Their sangria was just OK. Overall it's a great experience. I'm not sure if I had to pay full price though. For the happy hour price it's worth it!
