Poor staff and management, especially treatment towards residents of this neighborhood. To think that people who've been living here for 10+ years would be singled out is a bit ridiculous. Not a good look for administrative people to lack relationships with former residents.

Stop! You had me at pool party. First time here and celebrating a birthday. This is a private community area so you need to be sponsored in. It's a decent size that consist of three covered lanais and four small cabanas. The largest lanai where we were at has a regular refrigerator and a sink. The counter top is large and has several power outlets. Also there's a countertop island where the host has placed all the food. The pool is great size. Not too big and not too small. It almost takes up half of the community area. The kids really enjoyed it and surrounding the north side of the pool are lounge chairs. There is a shower between the restroom entrances to wash off the pool chlorine. Security was visible the whole time. Well two guys wearing security labeled tee shirts and taking out the bagged trash people left after cleaning up. I think they are there to enforce the rules and make sure things don't get out of hand. Overall four stars. Great parking and reasonable seating. Not quite five due to long reservation time. and looking for someone to sponsor you in. Great place to celebrate with a small crowd or family. Now to get my feet wet. M

I had my daughter's party here this past weekend. I chose the large pavilion and it was more than what I expected. The large pavilion accommodated all my guests and I had extra room for the kids to play in. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Will definitely come back for more parties.

Was recently at pool party at this Property. I was concerned about the pool It wasn't clear it was very cloudy and I didn't want to get in. I calld the office number and emergency number and never got anyone to answer. Would not recommend Swimming thereWhich is very disappointing because I was at party there last year and it was very nice and cleaned well maintained. Did they change management ??

This place is great for a pool party. There is three main gazebos to rent. You can rent it all day. Not sure how much they rent it out for. There are stores nearby in case your party needs supplies.

Great place for pool parties! I've been to birthday parties and baby showers here and it's perfect for kids and families. The pool is a decent size with quite a bit of pool chairs near by. You can rent the cabana areas for private parties but it usually gets pretty busy on weekends. There's always 1 or 2 rec center workers there to enforce safety rules and what not but no life guard so be safe and keep a close eye on your kids!

Have gone a few times to this rec center for various pool parties. Shaded pavilions that residents can reserve for larger parties 25-75 guests. Nice size pool and clean bathrooms. Alcohol not allowed.
