Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle is a renowned China-based chain with 750 branches across China and over 70 outlets in North America. Now open at Pearlridge Center, this is their first location in Hawaii! Known for their authentic Yunnan-style rice noodles served in a variety of broths like spicy Szechuan, pork, chicken, and spicy-sour, each bowl comes with ten side dishes for the ultimate flavor experience. Made-to-order with fresh ingredients delivered daily, they pride themselves on delivering noodles superhot and super-fast to diners. The service is fast and friendly. I love the atmosphere, clean and comfortable , perfect for families...I highly recommend the hot pot, if you love the interaction with your food like I do. Its rare to find a restaurant that does the golden hot and sour soup. But the times i have tried its i am never disappointed. However because i have limited experience with this dish i can't say i know how 10sec yunnan's version stacks up against other places that make this soup. But just as a style of cuisine its pretty amazing if you like a lot of kick and less subtlety. The no2 hotpot was spicy, sour and rich! The additional ingredients on the side are nice additions. I used to think lettuce cooked in soup was odd but the crunch of it when its not fully cooked actually feels right in this dish. Also had the ube honeycomb waffle. Its pretty mich just the original sprinkled with ube dust and condensed milk. I would just do original if i had to have it next time. Not anything amazing but if you'd rather do dessert and meal at the same restaurant its fine to have

Hot pot that won't break the bank.Friendly servers that check on you throughout your meal.I was sitting on a massage chair n the mall across from Satellite City hall branch when I noticed the restaurant. I recognized their name from Yelp. Hubs was picking me up but I told him to park by Ross.I decided to take a fast look at Yelp reviews and read Nadine C and Jackie K's reviews. Okay let's try this place for lunch. We entered shortly after their 11 am opening with only one other table occupied but slowly the restaurant filled up and there was a line waiting to enter by the time we left. The Lady who brings out the black cauldron looking bowls of broth warns you not to touch the hot edges. The younger employee shared the order to place the ingredients to the hot pot which no longer simmered.I asked for recommendations for the entree and the drink. We went with Amber's suggestion of the first item on the menu, original with fatty beef and the plum juice. Both good suggestions. It reminded me of the milky colored Fukuoka pork bone soup, mild to me, but hubs liked it. I will try another spicier item next time. The fatty beef was the best of the included ingredients. The drink was refreshing.I'm writing this review waiting for hubs to finish since he ate most of my noodles that was brought out so I decided to put in an order for brown sugar with tapioca pearls soufflé to round off our meal. Larger than our typical lunch quantity.Oh boy after we visit my dad since today is his birthday, we'll be ready for a siesta.

Why did it take me sooo long to try this place out?!Came here with a group of friends because it was one of the only spots in Pearl City that's gluten free. Well, it's just the noodles, all of the fried apps and dishes use flour to be fried. Felt kinda bummed when we found that out because we thought coming in to this place everything was gluten free. I did call ahead and asked and I did mention our friend has an allergy, but all she mentioned was the noodles. I guess I hear where the girl on the phone is coming from, but I did wish they were more clear.I love the ambiance, it's well-built and modern. Our server was great (except for a noticeable mistake that I will mention) and knowledgeable about the menu. She was also great at helping us learn how to order since it was a first time for all of us. It was a slow night since it was a Wednesday and it looked like there were only two servers with three tables each so hopefully I can see how this place performs when it's much busier.Food was great! I ordered the boba pancakes and my husband ordered the hot pot set. Our friends also ordered some noodles and some fried dishes so we had a great spread of the menu. Absolutely no complaints about the food, it all tasted fantastic! I would come back just for the souffle pancakes just because I don't know anywhere else in the area that serves them!Aside from the gluten miscommunication, I did take a star off because our server didn't give me my food until the end of the meal, and not only that, it took a long time and some people got their pancakes before me. You see, I ordered the pancakes and I knew they would take a while but our server thought it was a dish for everyone. I made it clear, it's MY food, MY order, not dessert for the table. So there I sat while everyone ate waiting for my food. You would think my server would notice and say something but she didn't. After she gave us her food and did a quick check on us, she was gone until the end. And then we had to TELL her where's my food. Which made the wait longer because the pancakes do take time. I've worked in restaurant before and I know timing is everything, but you should really be checking in on your tables. If you're gonna offer pancakes all day, you should at least be aware that will be the meal for some people. 10/10 would come back for them, but please be aware it's not just a dessert item, especially if you have it in a separate section on your menu.

A deliciously satisfying bowl of noodle soup is guaranteed here. I ordered the Golden soup with rice noodles and it was so tasty and done right. The flavor was full and on point and the portion size was huge. It came with a big bowl of soup, noodles on the side, and many many side dishes. After trying a few of their menu items, this was my favorite thing and is highly recommended. I haven't come across many restaurants in Oahu that serve this style of noodle soup and this well.

Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle Hawaii located in Uptown Pearlridge, recently opened in August 2024. Appetizer Mala Duck Blood Tofu $5.99. It wasn't too spicy when requested for mild spicy. This was pretty good. Its texture is soft and melts in your mouth. Noodle dishesMixed rice noodles with beef shank and beef tongue $20.99. The rice noodles were on the thick side but soft to chew. The thinly cut meats were good as well. This dish also comes with some thinly sliced vegetables. Original pork bone soup, rice noodles and beef brisket $18.99. The broth is served in a piping hot bowl still boiling! This dish has the same rice noodles, when added into the hot broth, the noodles doesn't get soft or soggy. The beef brisket was good and added taste to the broth. Accompaniments included vegetables, a quail egg, and a few slices of ham. Dessert Strawberry with fruit souffle pancake $14.99. The pancakes were stacked and covered with strawberry sauce. It was jiggly and moist. Delicious! Drink Winter melon fresh milk tea iced, was refreshing. The server boss was very explanatory of her menu items. The restaurant decor was nicely lit and decorated. They also displayed their packages of dried noodles near the tables that they serve. Good ambiance.

Always a favorite to go place with the kids for Yunnan rice noodles. Our favorite is the fried bread. Lightly crispy and pillowy soft with a condensed milk dipping sauce. We need 2 orders. The soup bases are different too. The kids love the tomato soup. Ten seconds because it takes you 10 seconds to add all the ingredients on your tray to the soup base & mix. Ta Da. Yummy lunch/dinner in 10 seconds. The service is fast & efficient. Don't forget the Calamari. Add my favorite drink and I'm a happy eater What's nice because it's small it's pretty quiet and can have my family of 6 or more.

We were shocked to find such an authentic Chinese restaurant at the mall of all places. We waited 20 minutes for a seat at 2pm. This place is still busy after the lunch crowd. But we can't blame people for clamoring for such delicious foods! Totally worth the wait!Bright, clean interior. Great television marketing to show how these noodles are made. Once we were seated the service was super quick! We ordered the non-spicy noodles, potstickers and sticky rice plus a bubble tea. Everything came out in record time! Noodles came out hot and flavorful with chunks of marinated beef. The potstickers were good. The sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaf rivals what we have eaten at Chinatown dimsum. Super delicious and hit the spot. The bubble tea was yummy too. We were too full to try dessert but will make it a point to try next time!

My mom wanted to try their kabocha pumpkin soup noodles which is a seasonal menu item for October and extended till the end of November. It came with rice noodles, pumpkin, baby bok choy, mushrooms, and chicken thighs, but we subbed the protein for fish fillet. The soup was light and not heavy at all! I wish this was a permanent menu item.I ordered their rice noodles with beef brisket. The brisket was so tender and flavorful! Would definitely order this again! We like to go at 11am right when they open to avoid the lunch rush!
