Temple Valley's Chinese Restaurant

We love take out Chinese food. But we are picky. Hidden in a small strip mall at the very end, is this small Chinese restaurant. When we walked in we were a little worried. Tables had boxes stacked on them, little in the trays. It felt pretty uninviting to be honest. But the man behind the counter was kind and welcomed us in. While not much was in the trays, they did have what we were looking for, so we decided to order. The man behind the counter offered us pieces of the meats hanging in the window and we knew we made the right choice. The crispy pork in the window was amazing! Between the two of us we got fried rice, crispy pork, sweet and sour pork and the broccoli beef. Everything was amazing. I was even super impressed with the fried rice which actually had flavor, and I think was cooked in sesame oil. Then we both got drinks. I got the plantation ice tea and it was so flavorful! My son got boba milk tea and said it's the best he's had on island so far. We will for sure be back!

It's out of the way and you almost miss it, there isn't anything special about it. It reminds you of any Chinese take out. But it's roast pork is on another level. You can hear its crispiness from outside. Service is good and friendly. They got teas and speciality drinks too so that also makes them different

I'm sick again so it's back to my favorite spot for won ton min! They're so nice here. Also usually open on holidays. Oops started eating before I took the pic.

Still one of my favorite places to pick up Char Siu and Roast Pork on the island. Better than Chinatown in my book as the meat is quality, tender and seasoned perfectly... Today, I was in the area early. The Char Siu is always good, but I didn't realize it was even better at 10am! So juicy!! Their meats are definitely worth the trek to Kahaluu!

Great service and food. Convenient parking. Many choices and reasonable prices. Try the roast pork!

We enjoy ordering take out from here for family dinners. We usually order the minute chicken over cake noodles, beef broccoli, fried rice, and crispy gau gee. Service is fast and friendly and we appreciate how quickly our food is made.

Come see Alex here ! He's always fast, friendly & efficient ! Very good customer service & consistently delicious food with consistently competitive prices. You won't be disappointed. Lots of free parking. Lots of menu choices & natural fruit boba smoothies as well. Everything here is delicious.

Only tried the pork stuffed eggplant and it was a delight. Not too salty or sweet, I really loved it. I'm looking forward to trying other dishes when I return to Oahu. Service was quick too.

Very reasonable price for the quality and quantity of food you get at this restaurant. I went in to order a two entree meal with roast pork and oyster sauce chicken 30 minutes before closing. There seemed to be nothing left, but they cooked the fried noodles fresh for me. The oyster chicken was not fresh but still good. I will be back to try other items.

Their crispy pork belly is the best thing I've ever had in my mouth. Definitely going back for that. They give you a spicy mustard sauce but I think I'll try other dips at home.
