Posting as a family of 6 with 4 children being 6 and under. The size inside is small with little room for a stroller. The portion size of a plate is huge. We bought one plate lunch of kalbi and fish jun and halved it equal parts. (NOTE: they will not give you extra plates.) So we put half on the top side of the take out container and gave to the kids to fight over while me and the wife shared the rest. We all left feeling satisfied!Service was moderate and expected.

Cash only place. I was disappointed at this place. I went here in the PM and was with my kids but we had to go to an appointment. Looking at everyone's plate, they were all filled. So I decided to come here in the evening after I have done activities for the day. Driving from ew beach to Mililani because the Korean spots in Kapolei & Ewa is not as good. So decided to come here since it looked good during the PM. I was wrong. Portions are small and they were very stingy. Plates they were making in advanced they were stacking on more sides on. I am assuming they were making plates for them to take home because it is about 30 mins til closing. SAD. I was disappointed for $26. I expected them to be less stingy. Even the meat looked small. I ordered meat Jun fish Jun. the ladies in front need to learn customer service skills. Will not order from here again

Wow, just had the Kalbi plate and it was so good. There are so many options for your vegetable/side choices too. I opted out of the rice so I got 5 vegetable choices and they stuffed it in my plate. I'll be here again definitely..

Workers were rude, they got our orders wrong & they're overpriced. But other than that food was good.

I eat here way too often It's something about that Kalbi, that bbq chicken, the way they scoop your 3-4 banchan choices, the way the Mac salad mixes with the white rice, that pickled daikon and carrot is top tier. This place is cash only!It has enough seating but I usually just bring it outside to sit on one of the tables provided.Awesome staff, and it's nice to see younger folks working.Nice job Tasty for employing our youth!

We've been coming here for many years usually to order their meat jun with or without rice and four or five choices of veggies either dine in or take out. My husband called via phone on multiple occasions to order two meat jun plates, no rice, with five choices of veggies. We didn't run into any issues or concerns. There are no signs on the menu or in the restaurant indicating no substitutions. Fast forward to this year, first time, the worker gave him a hard time, yet was apologetic. On April 16, 2024, second time, an older woman argued with my husband and stated he didn't say no rice. That same woman didn't offer any apologies. She also placed scoops of rice from both of take out containers that was already filled with other food back into the big rice cooker. Very unsanitary! My husband vented his frustration and stated, "He will not return there. Customers are always right." Has the restaurant ever considered the following reasons that customers choose not to order rice: 1) require a gluten free diet due to bodies intolerance to rice or starch. 2) under doctor's orders to reduce carbs intake. 3) love to maintain slim figure, etc. I will not tell you how to run your business because I know that you're able to figure out the reasons that workers are hung up on giving rice as part of the meal. Minus two customers for life. End of rant.

My favorite place to eat in Mililani by far, and one of my favorite Korean BBQ restaurants on the island! I almost always go for the meat jun and spicy pork combo, hits every single time. The main dishes in general are always cooked well, tasty and satisfying. Portions are large, my wife typically gets two full meals out of a plate, me not so much haha. Sides are great as well, and that is what separates this place from a lot of others, the veggie tempura is my favorite. Cash only, but it is always worth the trip to the ATM!

Tasty Korean BBQ in Mililani - a nostalgic favorite! With multiple locations across the island, this Korean-Hawaiian fusion spot has been a part of my upbringing. It's a cash-only joint, but the speedy and friendly service more than makes up for it. Today, I ventured beyond the classics and tried the bibim guksu. It was a delightful surprise - not too spicy, yet brimming with flavor. The portion was generous, and it's definitely shareable between two people or perfect for one very hungry individual. This place holds a special place in my heart, and it's no wonder. If you're on the hunt for scrumptious Korean BBQ, this is a must-visit spot in Mililani!

Enter, place your order and choose your sides. If you don't take rice you can sub it for another side.We like to add on their tempura or shoyu potatoes, daikon or seaweed, tofu or Choi sum and cucumber kimchee. Tonight we asked for cabbage kim chee also.Their special plate is enough for two people with kalbi, chicken, bulgogi and a mandoo. With the sides it's just enough so you're not stuffed. The taste is good and not overly sweet.Since the sides are already prepared the wait time for your order isn't too long.
