Take a Hike Oahu

I took the Lalumha falls or Manoa falls hike & Kailua / Lanikai beach day tour with Seamus as my guide. The group was nice and small - only me, Seamus, and a couple from CA. Seamus was a very knowledgeable guide - very approachable and fun to hang out with. He knew the trail very well and carefully guided us over the more slippery areas. One should definitely be prepared to get muddy and wet on this tour - I actually felt relieved that it was raining because there are lots of changes in the terrain and sunny/hot weather may have been too much. Seamus will say the trail is okay for children and elderly, but I don't believe it is. Might be a pain. I wanted to get a little rugged this trip, so it was perfect for me. The waterfall at the end was gorgeous - Seamus didn't rush us at all. We were unable to do the beach due to the weather, but Seamus took us around the island and showed us turtle beach, which was lovely because we got to see multiple sea turtles! We stopped at a local woodworker's shop for gifts which was a nice touch - always prefer the mom and pop places to the cheap junk you get in touristy shops. Pickup and drop-off were seamless. Easily one of my highlights this trip and have already recommended to a friend who will be in the area soon. Thanks Seamus!

Seamus is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). He picked us up from Waikiki and took us to amazing spots in Oahu. This experience/tour was extremely good, very flexible (appreciate this!). We had two days in Oahu and this was a great way to see the major part of the island. HIGHLY recommend!!!

We woke up on a gorgeous morning in Waikiki and wanted to get away and see some other parts of the island so I stumbled across a Yelp review of this company and decided to give them a call not even expecting any availability. To my surprise, there had been a cancellation earlier so we booked a day hike/tour with Seamus. I'm so glad we did! He picked us up right on time at our hotel and took us on an extensive Jeep ride to a lot of fantastic places along the shoreline of the island. Seamus was a friendly and knowledgeable guy who was also very patient with me and my bum foot and my partner's bum knee (it's hell getting old!). Thanks, Seamus! We had a wonderful and memorable time!

I booked an all day sightseeing tour with Seamus and it was a wonderful experience. Seamus was kind and communicative when we messaged leading up to the tour. He picked me up from the hotel right on time in his cool Jeep. It was an amazing day! We hiked diamond head, visited the local macadamia nut farm stand, saw lots of sea turtles, had a great lunch food at a local shrimp truck, visited a local wood carvers workshop, saw tons of scenic points/beaches and many more fun stops! Seamus is a fun, knowledgeable, and accommodating tour guide. I highly recommend booking a tour!

For first timers to Oahu, Seamus's tours - highly recommended. Was fortunate enough to get a private tour of the island, Seamus is extremely knowledgeable about everything Hawaii and points out to the best Garlic Shrimp in town. Had a blast, would love to do it again.

This tour with Seamus provided everything I was looking for and more. Even though I'd been exploring on my own for about 5 days before this tour, I learned more about the island than I could have imagined. In between hikes, he gave me so many helpful tips about areas to visit, tourist traps to avoid, & (most importantly) tips to stay safe on the island - including which beaches to stay away from. With his expert guidance, I feel like I saw almost everything I wanted to see on Oahu in a single day. It was an absolute joy spending the day on this tour & saved me from making a lot of mistakes! Because he is so friendly with everyone on the island, we were able to get into hiking areas quicker than expected with the long lines. The hikes were iconic and exactly what i wanted: not too hard, but I was still sweating a little by the end. Seamus made sure to check in on my experience level to ensure the hikes would remain enjoyable. To top it off, Seamus brought his aloha spirit wherever we went & was always happy to stop for the pictures I wanted to take along the way. Bring water, make sure your phone is charged, & get ready for some amazing views, food, hikes, tips, & company!

My husband and I had a great time touring the island with Seamus on our last day in Hawaii. He made sure that we saw all the parts of Oahu that we missed while filling us in on history, naturalism, and local legends. He was also very encouraging when taking us to climb Diamond Head (we don't climb volcanos regularly).This day of personal touring was a ton of fun and I totally recommend putting yourselves into Seamus' competent hands.

We booked the North Shore / Waimea, Falls Day & Swim Swim with Turtles trip. Our tour guide (Seamus) and tour guide pet companion (Sandy) were AMAZING! First, we didn't get to experience the Waimea Falls or swim with the turtles because it rained so much the night before AND of course for the safety of all (mother nature, staff and guests) they had to close access to that area. It was a bummer BUT Seamus and Sandy truly made our day such a BLAST!We could tell that Seamus truly loves his career. We learned and saw so much about the history, culture and people of Hawaii! We look forward to when we can return to Hawaii and book another trip with Seamus and Sandy!!!!! Don't just book a trip with just any company, BOOK a trip with a company that TREATS you just like FAMILY!

I can't believe how accommodating Seamus was. From the first call I made I knew this company was about satisfying their guests.I asked to be put to challenge, and he was sure to put me to the limit.
