Where do I even begin, the food, the level of service, Bianca, everything about Tailor Made Custom Catering (TMCC) is amazing! Her creative and adorable customizable menu is an excellent choice for any foodie or picky eater. The fact that she'll work with you to create a custom menu for really any occasion is a dreeeeam. I've had the pleasure of enjoying her delicious food and desserts on several occasions now and I can't recommend TMCC enough. The latest experience was at a friends small celebration get together. The menu was a grab and go, cocktail, appetizer, situation, and everything we ate was sooo good. So professionally set up, and CUTE! Little bite sized grilled cheese served with a tomato soup in the cutest little mason jars (insert heart eye emoji). They were perfect for dipping and eating while socializing with friends. Also included in the lineup were the charcuterie grazing cones and two styles of bao buns, a fried chicken with lilikoi bbq sauce, some cabbage, and pickles, and a pork belly with Asian slaw, and pickled onions, OMG SOOOO GOOD. The fried chicken bao was the highlight of the night for me and my husband who wished he could have eaten them all himself. I arrived to the party a little early and Bianca was there finishing set up. Fully masked and gloved with covid safety in mind, she's conscious of the space she's in and keeps health and safety at the forefront. I totally appreciated her level of care and love you could tell goes into her cooking and set up. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend TMCC and their excellent services. I'm kicking myself now cause I was starving and didn't take time to take photos of how cute everything was, but check out her website and Instagram for examples of her top notch work!

Let me just say, best food I have ever had! We used TM Custom Catering for our company party. I asked for just some apps since we were having a more cocktail style dinner party and not a sit down style. She understood the assignment and came up with an amazing menu that featured items like Mac and Cheese balls, grazing charcuterie cones, tomato soup and grilled cheese bites (the soup came in its own little jar btw), and pork belly boo buns (just to name a few). Everything was delivered in food grade warmers and Bianca took the time to plate and set all the food on our table. She also provided desserts, which were the PERFECT addition to the set up. Cake Push Pops were a crowd favorite that were so easy to grab and go with. I consider her service not just a catering company, but a catering experience. The ability to customize everything makes it so personal to you. Overall, we would totally use her again for a future event and recommended her for your next event!

Let's just cut to the chase: hire Bianca and your event will be better. Bianca catered for our wedding and there is nothing I can put into words to describe how awesome she was. Bianca's menu is diverse and really puts you in control of what you want. The quality and taste was awesome and the price was even more amazing. Service staff was energetic and fun and they were just a pleasure to have at our event. We ordered a dessert table that was absolutely devoured by our guests. Bianca even accommodated a last minute dietary request from one of our guests at no charge.My only regret is that I was so busy during the night that I did not have an opportunity to personally thank Bianca for the excellent experience.If you are reading this and are looking for a caterer. Seriously just stop right now and just hire this company. You won't regret it.

I would highly recommend Bianca for your catering needs. She is absolutely a pleasure to work with. We catered from her for my brother's graduation celebration, the was very delicious and flavorful. Everyone enjoyed it.

Where do I begin? On Valentines Day I received the most Beautifully Decorated, Delicious and Amazing Red Velvet Cupcakes and Chocolate Covered Strawberries! Red Velvet cake with creme cheese frosting is my favorite! And this Red Velvet Cupcake was the best I've ever tasted. I had to take small bites to just to truly enjoy al this yumminess! Oh...and then there was the Chocolate Covered Strawberries that was painted with white chocolate and gold glitter. It was really hard for me to take a bite of it, because it was so pretty! Definitely the largest size strawberries I've ever had. As if this experience wasn't already 5/5 Stars...the Chefs customer service was another perfect star score! I can't wait to take a look at her catering menu! I'm definitely a fan! Thank you so very much for an amazing g 1st experience!

Chef Bianca and her wonderful team catered our wedding and it was absolutely everything we dreamed of and more!We met with Chef Bianca earlier this year through our planner for a food tasting, and out of all the tastings, her food definitely stood out in the best way! We ended up selecting our a couple of our appetizers and main courses from that very same appointment. She also offers a diverse and extensive range of menu options and is very flexible with her clients' requests, making it easy to find something that suits your taste buds.During our wedding planning process, my husband and I agreed that food was amongst the top 3 important things to execute for our special day, and Chef Bianca went above and beyond our expectations. From early tasting appointment, to email communication and phone call follow-ups, she was patient, professional and very sweet! She also offered us valuable insight and gave us some advice as well when we were stuck on deciding our appetizers. For us, it was really important finding a chef that brings their own unique flavor and style to their food, as well as being able to highlight a lot of the island's flavors. Overall, everything was a hit! From the the cocktail appetizers, salad, main courses and cupcakes! We even got tons of compliments on the bread. So many of our guests kept raving to us about the food; even some kids who are naturally picky eaters enjoyed everything. We can't thank Bianca and her team enough for catering our special day. Her team was particularly friendly and made sure we were well fed and she even packed us up some food for later (which I was very thrilled about since I didn't get to enjoy all our cupcakes during the reception). The next morning, I tried all the flavors and couldn't decide a favorite because they were all so delicious! Her cupcakes do not even compare to anything I've ever had. If you're considering hiring Tailor Made Custom Catering for your wedding or any event, you definitely should! You will not regret it.

Tailor Made Catering was the BEST decision my husband and I made for our wedding day. Every bite we had was incredible. All of my guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever tasted. I highly recommend the lobster roll appetizers because I could not stop eating them! Not only was the food delicious, but the entire team was extremely kind and personable. Right after we finished the ceremony, they brought us our own plate of appetizers to enjoy which was extremely special. I highly recommend this catering company and will dream of this food for the rest of my life!

Tailor Made did a fantastic job handling our appetizers, food, cake, and dessert bar for our wedding on Oahu. Bianca's customer service and flexibility is top notch. We worked with her for over a year, making revisions to our menu throughout, and she was accommodating the entire time. She even personally came out to our hotel to drop off a cake-tasting ahead of our wedding. Her food, cake, and dessert all tasted and looked great! Using her as an all-in-one service for food, cake, and dessert made everything much easier for us than using separate food and cake/dessert vendors. We highly recommend using Bianca! Her services are truly "Tailor Made" in every sense.

The best catering experience I could've asked for!!! I live on the mainland, but got married back home in Hawaii. Bianca was so helpful in helping me navigate which dessert package would best work for our guest count. She even put together a tasting box for my parents to bring with them to the mainland so that I could taste different flavors. Each flavor was so delicious that it was so hard to choose so we chose our top pick for the wedding cake and our other favorites for cupcakes. It was such a hit at the wedding that we had guests fighting to take the leftover desserts home lol. We even had friends call us the next day asking "do you have anymore cake pops?" Lol Such a perfect experience and we're so grateful for TM Custom catering!

Bianca made cupcakes for my wedding this past July and everyone ate them up all so fast, I didn't even get to eat any. LOL. Plus, at other weddings, you'll notice left over cake on tables and what not. I didn't see ANY left over cupcakes. And I got so many compliments from my guests! Bianca was on time and also decorated my cutting cake. If you want good cupcakes and good service, I highly recommend!
