My non-profit threw a Halloween party for special needs teens and young adults. We are so grateful to Ray Adames for making these young adults with autism and down syndrome have fun and feel loved. DJ Sugar Ray was so amazing not only picking spooky songs, but he was also the sweetest MC for our event. DJ Sugar Ray is very professional, flexible, kind, experienced and has top equipment. A last minute change to our wedding venue lead us to have Ray be our DJ for our destination wedding and we couldn't be happier. He was completely professional and worked with us just 24 hours prior to our wedding to ensure that all our music requests and sound system requirements were taken care of. What could have been a stressful situation went smooth and care free.Ray ensured our song requests from the processional to music during the dance were played. He even sent us some pictures and videos he took of our big day. Professional, kind and friendly. THANK YOU Ray!

Beautiful lighting in our light blue wedding theme colors and amazing sounds during ceremony and reception! Looking for a DJ with the biggest heart? Look no further, DJ Suga Ray has been volunteering for Peter's Prom, a special needs prom since it's inception in 2012. He pulls no stops when it comes to these special guests, bringing out all his top of the line equipment and fills the entire ballroom with lights and sounds, it always looks so beautiful, he even buys foam light sticks for them to add to their dancing experience. The kids just love him. They especially love that he caters to their variety of musical interest whether it's a Disney musical, line dancing to the Cupid Shuffle, Uptown Funk with Bruno Mars and the latest tunes, he does it all, then he tops the night with a Conga Line, their absolute favorite.I can't say enough about Ray Adames. He is a sweet gentle soul and the perfect person for this project. In organizing a special needs prom, We need to make sure that our guests unique capabilities are addressed. Ray is always checking to make sure he has everything just right for our guests.Truly a one of a kind DJ and I would highly recommend him. Music was definitely on point. Loved it. Would have liked the contract more than 2 days before so I could've taken care of the payment Before the wedding. I definitely had a good time though. Thanks Ray!

I can't say enough good things about Sweet Sounds Entertainment and Ray. He provided "above-and-beyond" enhance DJ service for my partner's and my wedding in October 2014 and did a fantastic job!Ray has a huge music library including lists of popular tunes going back many years that was a great resource for us, but he had no problem coming up with the many unusual selections we had made as well including foreign and old recordings. His musical options are only the beginning. As we found out from the restaurant Ray was really focused on getting everything right, from speaker placement, to positioning the lighting that he provides, all the while working closely with the restaurant to get every aspect just right. He may have been super-focused, but for us and for all our guests he made it seem easy, effortless - a true professional!He took the time to meet with us at the date and location of our choosing and really listened to our desires for the mood we wanted to create. In both planning and execution he was professional, approachable, and unflappable - it was such a pleasure to work with him.If you're planning any kind of special event and are interested in DJ services you will be very happy with Ray and Sweet Sounds Entertainment.
