Sweet Lady Lei

This year for graduation, all the kids at school had to have gummy lei and my kids were especially set on having Li Hing gummy lei. So I scoured the internet and was aghast at the prices because we live on the mainland now so it had to be shipped which added even more cost. Thank goodness I discovered Sweet Lady Lei! She is so kind and the lei are perfect. And standard shipping is FREE!! She really really went the extra mile to make our girls' graduation special. We are feeling very grateful. I would not go anywhere else for candy lei! The price is great and you can't beat the Aloha spirit that comes with the order. Mahalo!

This was a recent addition to Windward Mall and I think it was a good one! They have a compact display which offers a wide variety of items from RC centipedes to emoji cushions to T-shirts. The thing I really like are their gummy candy leis and it's a nice gift if you want to give something a little more special than a flower lei. Their prices are reasonable and sales persons are very helpful. Come by and check them out! I did find that Kawaihao and the booth in the old Sports Authority were older locations they were at before coming to the Windward side.

I purchased our lei's at the Made in Hawaii Festival and I have to say they are a wonderful gift and/or souvenir. They are not only very well made but so pretty to look at. I bought 3 to bring home. Definitely a unique gift idea.

Sweet Lady Lei is a great place to get your candy leis for special occasions like graduations or parties. They have beautiful leis made of gummie worms and candy. Definitely will recommend them to my family and friends. Lauren and Cheri thank you for customizing my nieces graduation lei and doing such a awesome job on matching the school colors. Sweet Lady Lei is AMAZING! They have beautiful, edible leis made of gummy worms or Twizzlers licorice. "Flowers" made with gumballs or chocolates, rice krispie treats in cute shapes, chocolate covered cookies in molds like Tikis/plumerias/turtles, lilikoi shortbread cookies, jewelry, flower hairpins AND these cute little washcloths in shapes like pineapples & monkeys called "washagamis". I recently put an order in for a baby shower for custom cookies and the professionalism & Aloha that Lauren showed me was nothing short of wonderful. Good place to get sweet treats & unique gifts!

What a sweet little shop Sweet Lady Lei is! Perfect Hawaiian made goodies for birthdays or any special occasion that you want something unique and locally made. One product for the adventurous foodie is their hot pepper gummy that goes from jalapeno to ghost pepper, and wow, the ghost pepper is hot!!!! Definitely worth a try if you like spice. They also now sell pineapple soft serve which is so perfect on a hot day (and dairy-free too which is great if you're like me). Located conveniently off of Ward.

Great shop! Gifts for grads, dads, moms, and keiki. The gummy lei are so pretty and have a lot of candy in them.

First off, I've seen this lady's products at the made in Hawaii festival. She did have really nice stuff. So I went to her location in Honolulu to buy items for graduation season. I spent an hour trying to find the place because there was no sign up and the owner was not answering my phone calls. Eventually she answered and told me to come back in a week because they were doing some renovations. She said their hours were from 12 pm - 6 pm. So I came back a week later at around 4 pm to purchase my items. The store "seemed" to be open but everything was locked up tight and no one was inside. All of the leis hanging in the front window were almost taunting me. I called the owner again for at least 30 minutes and banged on the door. No one answered. Disappointing to say that her products look great but she's never around or open to servicing customers. If this really is a business, then I really don't understand how they are making money if they are closed most of the time. #nevercomingback
