Sweet Hawaii Wedding

Lets talk about the price: 1. What you pay is what you get! Wrong!!!! Jacqueline and Coco exceeded my expectations! We live outside hawaii and as a Doctor (Husband) and a Nurse (Me) we dont have time to plan down to the smallest details. We got in hawaii day 1 and meet with Jacqueline and Coco and they laid down the plan!!!!! And it was carried out!!! We added on the make up artist, harp and the cake!!!! 2. Location: say it and they will make it stunning! We added more on the detail of the arch and the flower on the pathway absolutely stunning! 3. They are worth every penny and they never gave us headache. They will give you tips and instructions along the way! I never regret anything and will recommend them. 5 stars indeed!!!!

Coco and Jacqueline were amazing! They offer the best prices and wedding packages in town. Plus, when you call them to book your wedding, you will speak to them, not a third party office employee or secretary. We live on the island and had the pleasure of meeting with Coco and Jacqueline before our big day at their beautiful waterfall home. We paid a $200 deposit online via PayPal to hold our date then paid the remaining balance a few weeks before our wedding date at their home. This gave us time to apply for our wedding license at the Department of Health DOH (about $13) downtown. Coco gave us guidance on the best times to go to the DOH to avoid long lines as we talked story on his porch. On our wedding day, everything was done for us and we just had to show up. We were married on Makapu'u. Coco played Over the Rainbow and the Hawaiian Wedding Song for us as he sang with his Ukulele. Our photographer, Dave was exceptional. We loved the way Coco officiated our wedding and our vows. His humor and his many Hawaiian blessings made it a beautiful wedding morning to remember.I recommend this company to anyone who is looking to getting married on the island. They offer great prices and can customize to meet your needs. Coco and Jacqueline really make your wedding day a priority and run their wedding company with aloha. They truly care about love and it shows.

I am the rare bride who turned over the planning for our destination wedding to the groom. Together we looked at reviews and pictures online, and picked out Sweet Hawaii Weddings as our wedding coordinator. At that point, I turned everything over to the groom, who is quite particular and detail oriented. He found Jacqueline to be responsive and easy to work with. He worked with Jacqueline and her vendors to plan the wedding of my dreams. When we arrived, we met with Jacqueline at her office, which just happens to have the most amazing outdoor deck overlooking a small waterfall. Sitting on that deck going over the details of the wedding with her and my then fiancée, I felt so at ease and knew it would turn out great. She gave us a lot of tips and considerations to make sure the day of the event went smoothly. Jacqueline has such a peaceful and kind demeanor, and she just radiates positive vibes and love. It was exactly the energy I needed on the day before my wedding. We had a wedding with 23 guests at Makapuu Beach, and it was amazing and breathtaking. The photographer was fantastic and he did such wonderful work. I was so happy with how the pictures turned out. Thank you Jacqueline and Sweet Hawaii Weddings!! My wedding day could not have been more perfect.

This was the absolute best decision we made (aside from choosing to marry). Coco made our wedding a magical experience and we had fantastic photos and video from recommended vendors. I would recommend Sweet Hawaii Wedding over and over again. My husband and I are coming up on our 2 year anniversary and I stumbled upon our wedding application and realized I never wrote a Yelp review: shame on me, because people deserve to know--This was an incredible experience: from the venue (Waimanalo Bay) to the flowers to the ceremony itself, and the fantastic photos and video we got to document the experience so we could share it with our families... they really went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. This is a great family wedding company!!!! Coco was outstanding!!! Him and is wife opened their house up because of rain and it all turned out awesome. Their son Dustin is awesome photographer. We really loved the care and detail of his work. I will never forget the hike under the house to the waterfall. Thanks again for making Stephanie and my day great!!!

When it came to planning our destination wedding, I was looking for a company with down-to-earth folks, who could help us from thousands of miles away. Jacqueline and Coco were amazing!!!!! They were super responsive, understanding, and caring. They were able to provide whatever we needed through their network/team. Heidi was my make-up artist and hair stylist extraordinaire. She was sweet and talented. In two hours, she transformed me from tired, bed-head to blushing bride with perfect hair and makeup. Dustin was our photographer. He was so incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. Throughout our ceremony, I didn't even realize he was there. He uploaded all of our photos from our morning wedding that same day. I was honestly expecting average pics because I didn't pay a fortune. I saw the first pic and thought "Wow!" I saw the second pic and thought "That's gorgeous." I saw the third pic and thought "No way!! Dustin is AMAZING!" Probably 75% of our pictures were absolutely perfect. The remaining 25% were less than perfect because the weather didn't cooperate or because we were moving--obviously not the fault of a talented photographer. We now have pics of our special day that look like they belong in magazines.We chose Waimanalo Beach Park for a mid-morning, summer wedding. We visited it the day before thanks to a tip from Jacqueline and it was a good thing that we did because we missed the road for the beach. It was a rainy Wednesday morning and there were five weddings taking place on the beach, which set our expectations for our day. We went back on Thursday and we were the only wedding on the beach--it was so empty that it felt like the entire expanse was ours. This beach was truly spectacular--wooded backdrop, light blue waters, crashing waves. While it was just the two of us for the ceremony, it would be easy to fit a large wedding on this beach. (There's a large parking lot and bathrooms too.) Rev. Alan Fisher was thoughtful and accommodating. He and Dustin gave us a few last minute ideas that really made our day special.Mahalo nui loa to the entire staff of Sweet Hawaii Weddings! From a garden to a destination wedding. Our communication was done online, text and email! They have been in business for 20 yrs and amazing on what they do! I can not ask for a perfect day without these amazing people--Jacqueline wedding coordinator, Kahu our minister, our photographer and Eric our limo driver. Thank you for your amazing work and ethics. We got married just last week on Waimanalo Beach and all went very smoothly. Jacky and Coco were a pleasure to work with throughout the process - if you can even call it a "process". They take care of almost everything - the main things we had to do was sign the pre-paperwork at the Hawaii Dept of Health a few days before the wedding and find a place to eat after the wedding. Also, extra recognition for their photographer Greg - his pictures were AMAZING and he took way more photos than expected. After the wedding, they just give you a DVD with the exact pics he took. Quick and leaves it open for you to do the photo editing - which wasn't even necessary! Pics were that good.Sweet Hawaii Wedding - highly recommended for anyone that wants a beach wedding in Hawaii...

Coco is amazing! We eloped to Hawaii and had the most romantic, beautiful ceremony on the beach at sunset just us and the officiant. What an incredible day. Thank you Coco & Sweet Hawaii Weddings!

It has been one year since being married by Reverend Coco on Waimanalo beach. As we celebrate our anniversary I only have wonderful memories of the great job Coco and Jacqueline did to make our day so very special. Jacqueline surprised me with a cut Lilly to use as my bouquet, knowing that was the flower I loved, after I had decided to skip the bouqet option. So glad she did because it made for perfect pictures. Our photographer was excellent, the photos were so much better than I expected. Sweet Hawaii Wedding took the stress out of planning a wedding. I highly recommend this company. They do fantastic work and you will be doing yourself a favor by choosing them to take care of your special day!
