Small and confined office but they are so nice and take such good care of you. It's nice that I can get my contacts right there at Costco too. Very clean

Just another damn scam make sure they take your insurance yeah but the ones that fill the prescription for the frames and the lenses right outside the doctor's door they don't take the insurance is that f***** up or what

Dr. Sween has been our optometrist for years. Great doctor and his staff is great too.

Everything from making appointments to waiting to be seen and then being seen. It's all around great service and so professional. 10 out of 10.

Let me start by saying this is the most pleasant and understanding office personnel ever. They called me when I was late (the first time). I didn't get to explain that we had a sudden death of a church member and I was visiting the family. I apologized and just asked to reschedule. THEN I forgot the second appointment and they called to let me know I was late. I rushed over and they didn't make me wait to make a point. (Honestly, they probably need one of those text message appointment reminder systems.) PLUS, this was literally the most pleasant eye exam I have ever had. The optometrist was friendly, professional, and explained everything to me. They took pictures of my eyes and it was the coolest thing ever to see! I will be recommending this office to my friends.

Upon entering your office your staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Although the most recent eye doctor I have seen was great, I still had a little concern since I been having frequent migraines with auras and double vision. Unfortunately the doctor I had seen did not offer the latest technology of taking pictures of the inside of my eyes to see if there was a clot or any other problems. So I contacted Dr. Sween's Optometry and got an appointment right away. I didn't get the name of the sweet doctor who I had the appointment with but she deserves to be credited for the awesome service she gave me. Not only did she take the pictures of the inside of my eyes like I requested but she explained everything to me in details to ensure that all my concerns were addressed. It's doctors like her that makes me comfortable going to the doctors.

They live up to their 5 star average and beyond. The people in this office are just amazing. EVERYONE I've interacted with in this office is friendly, compassionate, engaged with their patients, caring, and dedicated to providing excellent care. I can't say enough good things about the staff here. Dr Quiba is a patient and sweet lady who very clearly genuinely cares about her patients; she helped me get my glasses and contacts situated and helped me to find what I wanted (I wanted Dailies rather than monthlies because I don't intend to wear contacts every day, and she helped me get set up for Dailies).They integrate really well with Costco optical and I really suggest this office if you're in need of an optometrist office with heart, expertise, and professionalism.

I had made an appointment with Costco Kapolei and was not satisfied with the outcome. I would not recommend anyone to make an appointment for an eye appointment with a Dr. Wong at Costco Kapolei or a matter of anyone in this business Sween Optometry. The receptionist had to screen me before she would confirm the appointment on this day. Then told me they can file with my HMSA Advantage care and take my VSP, but I will need to pay the contact screening fee $145.00 plus tax and fitting fees for this visit. Think about this does that make sense??? My husband went to the Costco Waikele and they told him up from we will bill your insurance HMSA Advantage plan, so a bill will be sent to him.Called Costco Kapolei about 2 months before the appointment - the receptionist did not review any requirements. Not good :(

I was referred by a coworker to visit Sween Optometry and I'm glad I did. I had an appointment with Dr. Kent Visher who gave me a thorough eye examination. .Dr. Visher was amazing giving me options on contact usage and lens for my frames. I totally give the entire staff at Sween Optometry 5 Stars. Conveniently located in Costco Kopolei I live in Aina Haina it took me 55 minutes to get there but it was well worth it. I can say I have found my Optometrist and will return often.
