Bruh. For real-- this place is chef's kiss! I'm a Filipino and with family members & parents that make great Filipino foods I become a Filipino food snob that I don't even have many Filipino restaurants that I can recommend to people. But this food truck I always recommend to Filipinos that love Filipino food.& Too bad I can't post the emoji with eyes rolling to the back of the head because mmm mmm mmM! Their food is so darn good! Did you know you can even order a pan of their Sisig? It was one of my favorite things I ate for Thanksgiving Lol!Even the next day if you can put it in a pan and roast it so some parts get crunchy omg yummmWe go here regularly every single thing on the menu is so good Sisig with rice or the beef marrow type soup with rice it is almost like oxtail soup Flavors are amazing!

We went here on a whim as it's on our list of places we were told to try. This is a food truck and a very simple and humble one. They serve chicken and pork sisig and rice. The person working asked if we wanted garlic rice and I said that sounds great! Each sisig came with two scoops of garlic rice some spicy peppers on the side and a lemon. I was hoping for a calamansi but the lemon worked. Overall the sisig was delicious and the portion was generous for the price. But why just a 4 and not a 5? It's simple really. I'm filipino and have had family cook sisig, myself included. I've also been to the Philippines and they have a restaurant chain all about sisig there served on a sizzling flat skillet. This to me was pretty normal and traditional. Given the hype I've heard, we were expecting something solidly sisig but something creative and slightly out of the box as well. Also, the use of lemon over calamansi made the taste different. Would I buy this again? Definitely. I'd buy their pork platter for an event as a tray. This was worth the try and at least it was a good traditional sisig plate.

I've heard great things about Sw8 Dada's Sisig, so we finally decided to try it and ordered both the pork and chicken sisig plates since we are around the area. To be honest, I've had more authentic and better sisig in the Philippines, but this is probably the closest you'll get on the island. I also like the crunch on the pork sisig. The flavors were good and definitely satisfied my sisig cravings. However, I feel it could be even better if served on a sizzling plate with traditional sides like soy sauce, calamansi, Thai chilis, and the option to add an egg on top. For the garlic rice, instead of white rice topped with fried garlic, a fried garlic rice would also be better. That's definitely the classic sisig I know but for the price, and for the food they can deliver in their small truck, it's still a solid option. Hope they can expand soon and have a place to dine in as well. Overall, it's a good to-go place for your sisig cravings. They also do catering, the price is right and the service is friendly.

A small food truck that doesn't skimp on making their customers happy. Located in a parking lot, you can park in the same lot or across the street for access to them. Be advised, it's a grab and go situation and the lot they are parked in has no seating available so you can walk across the street by the grocery store and eat there or in your car.Cash payment is preferred and they can take credit cards. I'm unsure if they charge a fee if paying by card but since they are a smaller business, cash is king at this spot. Ordering was easy and there are some pictures to depict what they serve. I was unaware that chicken sisig was an option but they have it here. The menu is short, sweet and to the point. My only wish is that they had bird's eye peppers to add some spice to the dish. The jalapeno slices did the trick and it gave it an appropriate amount of heat.No issues ordering and the people working were very gracious. My order took maybe 10 minutes but it was a good portion, hot and flavorful. They also have a small selection of beverages (non-alcoholic). Be aware of the hours and check before you go. It was out of the way for me but you know how it is when you have a taste for a certain dish.Happy to support this small business as I enjoyed my food. If in the area, I'd eat here again.

In town visiting family and saw this truck, so I had to stop by.Great customer service, fresh Sisig (fried and crispy) with good spice. And loved the fried garlic on my rice. So ono. Great balance of chopped meat and pork skin. Not everyone gets Sisig right, but this place did. Gonna have to try and stop by again before I leave.

When in Waipahu, stop by SW8 Dada's Sisig for two unique entrees you won't find anywhere else but at this little 'food truck' - Sisig (pork or chicken) & Beef Pares (soup). A side order of each will easily feed my family of four. I notice prices went up a bit but all good - got a pot of hot rice and gonna have a great dinner tonight. SW8 Dada's dishes are a true family favorite.
