I really enjoyed the quick service and quality of the surfboards I got from them. I found their overall selection was from some of the best shapers around. Minus a couple of the big names. I personally can't ride PU boards anymore because of a bone in my chest. So I have run stringer less boards. The Surfboard Factory has a decent amount of options I was happy to find. Just checking the boxes. But the value is pretty much on par for the coarse nowadays and free shipping to the airport of your choice via cargo freight is awesome deal! They're definitely on the radar going forward.

Ive bought at least 10 boards from here over the years. Their selection is off the charts-gotta be at least 2000 boards of any shape and size. My personal favs Arakawa 'bandit' model (he no longer makes)Arakawa 'animal', Kashiwai 'buzzsaw'.Also like the HBC 7'10" fun board-great for town surf.Last but definatelly not least got a custom 'love child' purlington board- super fun as well.Prices are good, selection is great. I go here before every winter season to fill in my quiver.

I've bought my 10' rocket (foam board) from them. A set of fins for another board and several leashes from them. The customer service is great. Friendly and knowledgable staff can help you select what you want if you're not sure. They helped me select the rocket because I'm heavier and not that experienced. Also if the board hit myself or someone else it shouldn't draw blood.

What a great experience buying a new longboard! The staff is friendly, not pushy and very knowledgeable. Kim Purington went above and beyond helping me chose the right board. This was my second time buying a board here, this time for my son. Really stand out customer service! They'll take you through everything and literally devote their time to you. Best prices I've seen and probably largest board selection on the island.

They also have all the fin selections like Futures, FCS. Leashes, Traction Pads, Board Bags, Rash Gurads, Board Shorts.Hint: You can purchase off the rack and they often have many boards discounted. However, ordering a custom is no extra charge if you don't mind waiting to get your board.Really low key vibe here in a spacious and air conditioned environment. Onika works here and has always been so cool and helpful. Fair is fair come check this place out for yourself.

Very helpful when I called to inquire about a couple boards I saw online. Got the boards shipped to big island which were packed so exceptionally well and I'm a happy customer.

Got my first brand new board from here instead of used like usual. Went to multiple surf shops through out the island and this place has got it all! Selection, style , pricing. Everything is top notch. Will for sure be back when the time comes.

Sooo many boards to choose from! Employees were super helpful as well and will communicate via email too! I worked with Matt and he was on it. They have bargain bins, lots in sale, and will set you up with all your needs.
