Wow! This experience made the entire trip for our kids. We ended up having three days in a row of surfing and their skills made absolute light year leaps in the time they spent with Ron and Jill.We have surfed in California and other places, but nothing beats Waikiki with Ron and team. We would recommend this to anyone and will be recommending to all of our friends. Already planning our trip back here but next time it will be for a full week of surfing. Kayaking in Waikiki with giant sea turtles was a highlight of our trip! We were given a set of wheels to easily transport our 2-seater kayak about 4 blocks to the beach where we had an amazing time. Great price and awesome customer service.

Ron is awesome! We wanted to rent surfboards for a week while in Waikiki when we came across his shop online. After specifying the boards we wanted, he sent photos of what he had for our review. We said yes and he delivered them to our hotel the next morning. He then collected them from the bell desk at the end of our stay. It was an extremely speedy, convenient and efficient process. Ron was also highly responsive with our queries, even giving us some tips on the local breaks. As well, he was very flexible when we wanted to extend our rentals by a day. I highly recommend Ron!

Ron was the best. We arrived on Saturday afternoon and started to look for board rentals for the week. We contacted several shops and Ron was very responsive and had the right boards we were looking for at the best prices in Waikiki. We want to get started early and he met us at 0630 am with boards delivered to the hotel. He provided great advice about the local area and was very pleasant to chat with. We stored the boards at the hotel and at the end of the week we left them with the bell desk for him to pick up. This was super convenient and payment was on via the web. No fuss no muss. I would definitely rent from Ron if we are in Waikiki again.

My family and I were staying at a local hotel with exorbitant prices for chair and umbrella rentals. We found Surf in the City just a short walk away. The prices for a weekly rental were great and Maya was super polite and helpful. The rental came with a little cart which made hauling all of our stuff much easier.

Booked Surf in The City Waikiki last minute for an introduction surf lesson for my daughter and myself, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. Ron and his partner were patient and worked with my daughter, giving her a quick land lesson before taking to the waves -- absolutely recommend!

Very quick and easy and efficient. Drop my chairs and umbrella off at the Moana Surfrider picked it up on the day I departed saved me hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend.
