Super Limousine Service

We were looking for transportation from HNL to Turtle Bay Resort and then from Turtle Bay Resort to Aulani. TBR, on their website, recommends a private car service which charges $100 per person! Even with the cost of gas that is pretty ridiculously high! Thankfully Yelp has the project function, and I was able to get quotes from several limousine services on the island.Fellow yelpers gave great reviews for Tina and her team's service, and I am so glad we went with them. Booking was easy and efficient, we were able to pay online ahead of time, and we booked a stretch limo from the airport to Turtle Bay for about half the cost of the resort recommended car service. I kept it a surprise and my kids were blown away. They felt like fancy pants people in the limo! The day of pick ups, our driver Raymond had great communication and provided bottles of water for everybody. Both rides were smooth and we definitely felt first class! We tipped him in cash, easy peasy.I referred my sister to them and she booked them to take her family from Aulani to Waikiki. We will def use this co again! Highly recommend Super Limousine Service for transportation from the airport to downtown hotels and to the cruise terminal. Very customer friendly; easy to reserve and responsive!

Do you really want to sit in a van with a bunch of strangers on a journey that could potentially take hours before you get to your hotel after a six hour flight? I don't. The Honolulu airport is approximately nine miles from Waikiki beach.I was advised from the a family friend that the shuttle can potentially stop at every hotel in Waikiki depending on how many passengers they have. So I look on Yelp, sent a few emails, made some phone calls, and found Super Limousine Service.I sent an email requesting a quote for limo airport transfer on the morning of Monday, March 28th. Tina quickly responded with a VERY reasonable price. I was shocked. So I gave her my flight information and she responded with directions on where to go once the Mrs. and I collect our bags.Upon arrival in Honolulu, it took longer to make our way to the baggage claim and collet our luggage. I walked out to the loading area and the limo wasn't there. Our flight arrived at 10:05. At this point it was 10:40. So I called and was advised that the limo can only wait in the loading area for 15 minutes and the driver was circling the airport again. I literally hung up, and our limo appeared. Our driver was nice. He gave us a few bottles of water and a box of chocolate covered Macadamia nuts. Then it was off to the Royal Hawaiian.We also used Super Limousine for our return trip to the airport. Again, for a VERY reasonable price.So if you're heading to Honolulu, why not arrive in style by using Super Limo for your airport transportation needs.

Great company!! We used them for three different pickup and drop off spots while vacationing last week in Hawaii. Always on time and communication was on point!! Both Tina and Raymond were great!!

They made my daughter smile from ear to ear. We are in Honolulu to celebrate our daughter's 10th birthday. We needed transportation from the airport to the hotel. I did a yelp search and they popped up. I thought how cool would it be to surprise her with a limo. So I called and what service. Everyone I spoke to was nice. They were prompt and was already waiting when we got to baggage claim. The driver sign read happy birthday to my daughter. I will be using them again.

Could not recommend this company more. Excellent service from the airport to Ko Olina and back. Driver was very professional, helped with the bags, and the limo was clean and in great shape. Will be using them every time we go back to Aulani!

Couldn't get a rental car in August due to the pandemic. We are so glad that we found Super Limo! They are very responsive on Yelp, text and by phone. They do take about a day or two to respond back as they are extremely busy since everyone is trying to book. I requested the Gullwing Cadillac Escalade limo for all 3 trips and was not disappointed at all. We used them for transportation from the airport to Aulani, then a few days later from Aulani to the Sheraton Waikiki, and finally from Sheraton Waikiki to the airport. The driver was friendly, funny and prompt. We were greeted at the airport with leis (you pay for it obviously). We are also greeted with a box of macadamia chocolates and a bunch of water bottles. Make sure you have a bomb @$$ playlist because you can bump your own music lol. The limo was spacious enough to accommodate my family of six passengers which included a baby. The limo was also able to accommodate our 10 baggage's lol. Yes we overpack. No we cannot pack light. They were one of the few companies that were able to accommodate us with so many luggages. I almost don't want to share this review because their prices are so reasonable haha. Will definitely be using them again when we come back to Hawaii.Thank you Tina and company!!!!

Tina & Staff are fantastic! Great communication and so easy to work with. Very happy we chose them to pick us up and drop us off at the airport! Will definitely use them next time I go to the island!

Loved the ride to and from Aulani this past week. Communication & booking was a breeze, even when our flights were delayed. Pricing was competitive too, as it would have been only slightly less to be on a shuttle - the stretch limo dedicated to my family of 4 w/lei service was so much more comfortable and luxurious.
