Perfect soufflé pancake (crème brûlée sauce), and tea-fruit smoothie with cheese foam. Never tried either before, but the staff was extremely helpful and patient in helping with recommendations, and definitely will be back.

My friend brought me here. I've known about Sun Tea Mix for awhile but never tried it. Then suddenly I've been here 3 times in the last 4 months or so. It's such a cute, quaint little shop. The space is modern, clean, open, and has a bunch of seating options.The drink menu is pretty extensive/standard, something for everyone.This time I got the white peach oolong straight tea, 50% sweet, with boba. Boba has a good chew to it. I probably could've gone 25% sweet, but 50 was also fine. On another visit, I had a pineapple lilikoi (I think?) drink, and that was much better, for me. I would recommend going with fruity drinks. They use fresh fruit when possible.Overall a very cute cafe to hangout at. Not bad for boba! This shop is located along Keawe Street, right in Kaka'ako. You can park in the parking garages at SALT or H-Mart for an hour for free, or hunt around for metered street parking. When you walk in, you're greeted by a bright, open space with modern decor; there are plenty of tables and couches that you can find a seat at! I ordered a matcha latte with boba at 0% sweetness. It did take a while for it to come out (~20 minutes) since it was pretty busy, but service was great + the staff was friendly! I thought my drink was interesting -- the matcha had a sweet chocolate-like flavor masking the matcha taste, which wasn't my favorite (I personally prefer something more bitter and smooth). The boba was sweet and chewy, which was nice.Even though the matcha latte wasn't my favorite, I would come back to try their other drinks!

I was in the area and decide to give them a try. I had the Camelia oolong tea with 25% sweetness and crystal boba. It was very sweet at 25% sweetness. The tea has floral taste but too sweet. Maybe I should just do 0% sweetness. Store was pack today with vendors inside. Service was alright. But they didn't give me a cup sleeve to scratch for a prize. I am not sure if I can just take one or the associate needs to give it to me. They never mention. But just ask if I need a bag despite I only order one drink. Maybe I will be back?

Sun Tea is located in Kakaako near SALT with parking found on the street with garages in SALT and H-Mart, if you find yourself shopping at those places too. The inside is clean and inviting. There is sitting inside and outside. Not a ton of sitting but a few tables. The drinks come out pretty quickly but the souffle pancakes can take about 15 minutes. While the pancakes are not that big and appear to be light, they turned out to be quite filling and sweeter than we expected. The matcha latte was also good and a bit sweeter than we expected. Overall, a good location for a sweet treat to meet up with a friend or even do a bit of work at one of their tables.

New favorite bubble tea place! The seating area is super cute and the staff were friendly. The bubble tea was delicious. I got their special tropical one, classic milk tea, Oreo, and mango. All of them were very delicious! It runs a little sweet, so 75% sweetness was perfect for us. I will definitely return!

First found out about Sun Tea Mix from a Yelp Elite Event. Everything is still as good as it was back at the YEE. Great interior. A bright and minimalist space with comfy chairs and great vibes. Cute little cafe for drinks & desserts. These mini pancakes soufflés were good, not too sweet. They make it from scratch so it takes about 20mins or so. Definitely will return to try other flavors. Service was also good.

We asked for two of the top choices: White Peach Oolong Tea (50% sweet) & Mango Charm. Loved the White Peach Oolong Tea. I enjoyed the tea, but the Mango Charm is just not my type of tea. It was cool to try some new flavors though.Fast and kind service. Very open seating areas. It was cute that they also offered games to play while you enjoy your tea. They also validate parking for one hour. Parking entrance is located on Pohukaina st, kind of across from Down To Earth.

If you're looking for those super fluffy Japanese souffle pancakes, this is the place to get 'em. Aside from the pancakes, which are delicious on their own, they have creative toppings like Biscoff and Crème Brûlée and Brown Sugar Boba - those sauces will have you licking the wax off the plates lol.I also appreciate how you can order the drinks at varying degrees of added sweetness - for smoothies 25% is about right for me. They're always coming up with new and seasonal flavors for the drinks as well - you'll have a hard time deciding between a tea, milk tea, smoothie or milk shake. Parking is plentiful in the area; closest garage would be the Hmart one and you can get validation with a purchase in the market. On Sundays, street parking is free and the area is pretty safe during the day - just don't go into the bathrooms at the park nearby.
