A coworker gave me a cupcake from this place and I've been craving it ever since. My favorite is the mango lilikoi cupcake. What I like about this cupcake is that it's not too sweet. The frosting is reminiscent of the Red Ribbon mango cake frosting when it used to taste good, back in the days when Red Ribbon used to make their cakes with fresh mangoes instead of the canned or frozen mangoes they use now. I conducted a taste test between the fresh and day-old mango lilikoi cupcake and I didn't notice much of a difference. The fresh cupcake was a little more moist, but I actually preferred the day-old cupcake because I couldn't taste the oil as much. Plus, the day-old cupcake is 50% off. And let me tell you, the fresh cupcakes are not cheap! It was almost $5 per cupcake with tax.The cashier was very friendly. I forgot her name, but she wears blue contact lenses. We talked story for a little bit and she told me that Sugarlina used to be located somewhere else. She also told me that they use local eggs fresh from the egg farm in Wahiawa. Fresh, locally sourced products sure make a difference! I definitely recommend the mango lilikoi cupcake fresh or day-old despite the expensive price tag.

The perfect cupcakes for any celebration- or just a sweet little treat! We got some cupcakes to celebrate my husband's birthday and they were so delicious! The cupcakes were cute and dainty in their decoration. Each cupcake was distinctly flavored to perfection. We dug into the ube, red velvet, guava, chocolate vanilla and salted caramel. All outstanding! They sell candles if you're celebrating so no need to make a separate trip to the store!

Great friendly service here. Bakery is whimsical in design and brightly lit interior. The cupcakes are decorated and delicious! A great combination. Each cupcake is $4.75 Yummylicious!

My daughter requested cupcakes for her birthday! I was looking somewhere around Kaimuki but their hours didn't work with my schedule. I searched thru Yelp and found out that Sugarlina Bakeshop opened a new location, and it's at Ward Village. Far but not too far! The bakeshop is located at Ward Village, 1200 Ala Moana Blvd Ste 6000130 Honolulu Hawaii 96814. They are open from Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PMand close on Monday. The plan is nice and clean. The store also carries cute children clothes, swimwear and other accessories. I've had their cupcakes over 7 years ago but I remembered how our guests back then all approved the design and the flavors. It was a good memory that I wanted to have again! The cupcakes have cute mini fondants and the icing is sweet but not the typical icing you'll find on most cupcakes. Their icing is made of Swiss meringue buttercream and lightly sweetened. You'd have to try them to know what I'm talking about?!I walked in the shop and Sharon helped us place our order. Sharon was really nice and we got blessed even more when she gave us a good discount! But then again, we ordered 9 dozens mini cupcakes -- cookies and cream and s'mores flavors! Yup, 9 dozens! I picked up on the day of my daughter's birthday and delivered to the school teachers and her classmates. To my excitement, I forgot to take photos! ‍I ordered extra cupcakes for our family dinner that weekend. We picked up chocolate vanilla, ube, cookies and cream, salted caramel, s'mores and mango lilikoi My family loved them too! Make sure to add this to your list for your next birthday celebration, wedding, anniversary, or just anytime you're looking for something sweet and whimsical!

Sugarlina is the cutest cupcake shop at ward. I love the the variety of flavors they have, especially because they also highlight local fruits. They are pretty pricey but I think it's worth it for the quality and the presentation of the cupcakes. I first tried their cupcake because ward did a special event for the holidays last year where we would decorate a cupcake. I went back to get a box of cupcakes for a going away party because I knew they would be delicious! Everyone was happy with them and said they were the best cupcakes they ever had.

I've been coming to Sugarlina for over 9 years! My last review was of this business when they were located in Aiea. Now they are located in town in the Ward Centers area. I currently live in town and was so surprised to learn that they are located closer to me!PARKING: They are locate din the Ward Centers so there is lots of parking in the structure. If you want to walk about to work off the calories, you can park in the opposite structure (TJ Max side) and walk across the street. LOCATION: You can see their store right off of Auahi Street. Their address is Ward Centers, Ala Moana Boulevard, but their store is on the Auahi Street side of the center.SERVICE: I originally came in to get one (1) cupcake for myself. The lady in there was the sweetest and convinced me to get a box of four (4) ....to share. How dare she! I could say she was sweet like the cupcakes.FOOD: I recommend trying ALL their flavors. Their cupcakes are the BEST. The cake part is moist and the cream part isn't too sweet, its the perfect sweet. Many cupcake bakers showcase their design making it deceiving when you bite into their cupcakes. However, Sugarlina will not deceive you. Their designs are cute and their cupcakes are the perfect texture and sweetness. (Side note: I did not end up sharing my box of four (4) cupcake) They are that good.. trust me!I'm so grateful that they moved locations. Their Ward store is a lot bigger than their old location. Bigger location means they can display and hold more cupcakes! yay!

Sugarlina has amazing cupcakes and the cutest miscellaneous items!! I honestly love going in the shop just to look at all the plushies and stickers, lol. Service is always quick and the woman at the counter is so nice. Love how whimsical the atmosphere is inside the shop. I've had their red velvet cupcake and it was the bomb dot com!! I need to go back again soon because banana pudding is one of my favorite desserts and I have yet to try it here!

This business is located at Ward Centre. There are different flavors of cupcakes, macroon, and pudding. Also, they sell other merchandise for cute gifts. Employees are friendly and have your order ready. Customers can sit down to eat a snack after eating lunch and shopping. I would love to come again.
