Footlong is how much?Gone are the days of the 5 dollar Footlong. Heck you'll be lucky to get a 6inch for that price. It's the same at all location. Pick your size, your bread, inners, toasted or not. Then just the sandwich or the meal. If you are not a regular at least sign up for the app. You'll earn reward that will get you free food later in life. Overall three stars. The new sandwiches are ok and the churros are pretty good. The pretzels I'm not too fond of. The butter sticking to my hands reminds me of all the oily butter collecting on a little Cesar breadstick box yuck. M

If there is an award for worst customer service, I'd like to nominate the two working this Subway on 1/10/25 at approximately 12:00: McDonald and Houau (sp?). I walked in behind another person and stood in line. It was just the two of us in line, and the guy at the counter (McDonald) was making two sandwiches for an online order. He didn't acknowledge us, so we stood there for two to three minutes. The girl Houau (sp?) comes out from the back, starts loading bread in the oven, and does not acknowledge the two of us in line.When the dude finished the two sandwiches, he served the person in front of me with no smile, nothing... he just looked at her with a "what do you want?' look on his face as he looked at her with disdain. The lady's order was a bit complicated and he kept this spiteful look the whole time he's making her sandwich.A minute later, the girl walks up to the counter and gives me the same look. I gave her my order, and she started grabbing stuff like she was in the middle of something important, and I barged in and bothered her. I ordered two sandwiches, with one being a roast beef. She walks over to the slicer, looks around, and asks the guy if there's any roast beef. He shakes his head without looking up from making the lady's sandwich. The funny thing is, I thought I saw a bag by the slicer with what looked like roast beef inside...just waiting to get sliced. Even if it wasn't roast beef, what Subway does not have roast beef, and the lunch rush hasn't even started?!?!? I didn't want to press it because the girl looked like she was one comment away from going psycho on someone. I decided to order something else and move on.I thought my nightmare was over when my sandwiches were done. The guy started ringing me up while bagging my first sandwich. I ordered cookies, and he added them to my order and finished ringing me up. I paid, and he handed me my receipt and walked over to the end of the counter to take another order. The girl finished wrapping my second sandwich and puts both in a bag. I told her I also ordered cookies and she shot me a look like Medusa turning someone to stone. She mumbles something about the guy not telling her as she puts the cookies in my bag.I would have been okay with the no roast beef at the start of lunch situation if these two had a better attitude. They just made it worse. I typically add at least a 15% tip when paying, even at fast food places. My wife gives me grief for it all the time, but I feel like I should give a tip. This was the first time I chose the No Tip option, and believe me, these two deserved every cent!

Me and my wife walked in and were the only ones in the store, guy behind counter did not acknowledge us in any way, it was some young guy with an Afro that was totally rude (at least say something to us!). Felt like a ghost being ignored like that, we got irritated and walked to another restaurant nearby

Rude customer service at Kamakana Ali'i mall subway at 530pm today 02/26/25 first I walk into store I am not welcomed in second girl starts making my food and she's rushing it making sloppy mess and third she gives me no sandwich bag for my sandwich and just walks away If you don't know how to show good customer service than just don't work!

I see low stars/reviews of this Subway and it's confusing. I've ordered there in person and through the SUBWAY APP (IMPORTANT) and never have ANY issues. As Subways go they're all pretty much the same but it's the employees, THIS STORE ACCEPTS PROMOS through the APP, and delivers via DoorDash through the app, and if anything is wrong on delivery they'll fix it or DoorDash will. I believe the negative reviews may be on the delivery people. ORDER DELIVERY THROUGH THE APP, get the promos, and download the app for the promos/rewards. Try to remember that if you get ANY food delivered from anywhere that a problem may have happened during delivery. ENJOY!

Left a trainee to work by himself working on a busy line, while the manager or lead's are probably snacking in the back. Not a good look for the place I genuinely think your a terrible person if your leaving a trainee by himself, I came around 12:55 just to get a cup of drink, and there was a long line, luckily the uncle infront of me let me go first as he seen how long everyone's been waitting, took them an extra 15-20 to get someone else in the front too. 01/12/ 2025 And I understand working at a fast food place would be tiring (worked at one myself) but again it's all on the company too, I guess they really Don't give a crap about their own customers.

Rude workers. I encountered how poor this girl worker treated these two old couple ordering sandwich. The worker was so impatient, she was raising her voice at the costumer. Costumer didn't know the specific name of the bread so the costumer pointed out the bread and said "this brown bread" and the worker raised her voice and asked "WHAT BREAD?!" the old couple didn't seem to speak English. the worker could've at-least showed them the type of breads available. It wasn't even busy at all, so idk why rush and be rude. Imagine if that was their parents being treated poorly!

Ordered 2 sandwiches today..This worker, male, he needs to speak up more, no personality whatsoever, talking to him, sounds like he's mumbling to himself, can barely hear him, I walked in seemed like I was bothering him whatever he was doing in the back..no acknowledgment..if I could hear him it would've been easier to deal with him, I would've just ordered and left, being you needed to tell him how you wanted your sandwich, had no choice, I apologized because I could barely hear him, all he did was just get irritated, well, speak up!He asked what kind of bread, I told him what the first one was, he just assumed the second sandwich was going to be the same, I told him no, he just got irritated.." I asked if the seconds sandwiched was the same" he said..Well.. if I could hear you I would've answered you, but your mumbling behind the counter, don't get agitated, remember, you're in a business where you have to deal with people on a daily basis, if your not into dealing with people your in the wrong business, get a job where you don't have to interact with people..Btw..bread was old, chewy, hard, crumbly, felt like bread was just sitting there, he toasted it, probably made it worse..probably won't be back at this location..If he reads this, he probably could care less about this review..Probably keep doing the same thing..
