Subway

Not going to eat here again. It's been a while since I've eaten at this location.... But my $11 six inch roast beef sub barely had any meat. Not sure how much roast beef should be in this sub but it looks like next to nothing...

I'm not sure if they train them how to wrap the flat bread sandwiches but this was by far the worst one yet. Also saying that flatbread can't be toasted is also ridiculous as well when in fact I get the exact same sandwich at every subway. I had to eat my sandwich with a fork bc it wasn't even wrapped it literally looked like a blossoming flower. Very disappointing.

I would like to start this review by saying that the staff was friendly and provided service with a smile I will say that after paying 15 dollars for my meal, I feel that I didn't get my money'woth. When u ordered my meal the lady didn't even know you can convert a 6 inch sub into a salad. Whi h os fine, I figured she was new. The part that I was most disappointed on is the amount of veggies that was given. I have some interesting food allergies and I have to ne careful what I eat. The veggies that I selected was given very sparingly. I have been at other locations where they give you a decent amount of vegetables for what you are paying. My salad was ok, but I was really looking forward to ot due to my past experiences and I feel let down.

Stingiest subway I ever been. Gave everything in smaller amount, even salad, I had to ask for more lettuces!

I ordered the pastrami sandwich with just lettuce and mayonnaise and pepper jack cheese.That is my go to.

I have been to my fair share of Subway on post and usually things are pretty good but at this one the lettuce almost always does not look fresh and the staff isn't all that nice (not that niceness matters, we are here for a sandwich, but still). I have also noticed that when you order a kid's sandwich usually other subways will include a milk or juice for your child and sometimes a small toy or something that comes with the meal. Here our child's sandwich was so much more and did not even come with those things. I highly recommend coming here before 11 am to avoid the lunch rush otherwise you will be waiting a bit. While I am not fond of the customer service here or the lettuce situation at least it is a good choice if you are trying to avoid greasy foods.

This Subway is a lot like every other Subway. There are two of them on HIckam AFB. The advantage of this one is that it is in the BX food court. So, if you go there, you're not limited to Subway. You have other choices.Even so, it seems many people chose Subway: The line is often long.

I'm not one to hand out one star reviews. Really it takes the food being wretched for me to give a place a one star and/or the service being terrible and or the perfect storm of things. And well Subway you my friend are the perfect storm of awful.Lets start with the "cleanliness." I understand that this is Hawaii and there are flies, but there were flies every other place that I have ever lived (to include Tampa, FL). Cover the damn food please and thank you. For examples of how to cover the food, please look around the rest of the food court to your competitors who have appeared to master the art of saran wrap. Then lets talk about how not to start making a sub.... If one is sweeping the dirty floor, said employee should perhaps wash said hands before making a sub and NOT give said customer an attitude for not wanting to eat said sub that was product of unwashed hands.Speaking of customer service... I ALWAYS say please and thank you. This Subway employee acted like a prison guard. So in closing. Its dirty, the staff on the day of my visit were rude and mean and well its Subway so its not that tasty anyway :/

I just left this subway and my toasted sub was cold! It looked like they barely put it in the oven. The cheese never even melted. The veggies always look bad at this location. It's worth it to drive to the other location!!

The other hickam subway in the Kuntz food court had no bread or cookies n it's so bad they didn't even make a yelp for the establishment.
