Stoke House

The Stoke House is a new Vissla Board Apparel Shop in Honolulu. This location is in a trendier area on Auahi Street. Vissla has some awesome Board shorts and shirts. Kiana is a fantastic associate! She is very considerate and helpful. This Board Shop is trendy and it gets 5 Stars!!!

I disagree with the other reviews regarding their customer service. Yes, the store is beautiful and well stocked with Vissla merchandise; however, what does that matter if the staff won't acknowledge your presence or are VERY SLOW to provide assistance? Very inattentive. I don't know if staff is aware that they are there to work not just stand around, talk, or move merch around. They just glare at you when you walk in. Unacceptable. Turned off by the lack of customer service...I don't expect anyone to roll out a red carpet, but I'm a potential customer and expect to treated as such. My friend bought some items--then they perk up and give half ass help. I passed on making any purchases. I know I'm not the only one to have a negative experience.

Went into several stores along Waialae Ave looking for a bathing suit for my husband. I have to say customer service was good at all we visited but it wasn't until we got to Stokehouse did he find the perfect bathing suit. Also found a great pair of sunglasses. The associate that helped us was Brie and she was very helpful.

Great place and selection of Vissla clothing and Hess custom boards. Staff is friendly and helpful. The area is great and a nice spot to check out art, grab a beer and some great food before or after buying some new gear at Stokehouse.
