I booked the off of the Chase rewards website and lasted a total of five minutes before running out and returning my room key. 1. Cockroaches2. Blood stains on curtains3. No elevators4. Loud construction 20 feet from window5. $$Paid parking6. Pictures are misleading, avoid this location and stick with something that feels safer.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating, gave my bf and I a free upgrade for our recent engagement(: Anyway, after the first two nights we started getting really itchy. The 3rd day we had bug bites all over us.... We called room service to change our sheets in case they were bed bugs. The room ended up having fleas galore ... Not so exciting :( Also the wifi is a joke, 10$ a day amenity fee.... The wifi probably worked twice the entire week. We also called that in and got a work order, but it didn't solve anything

This place is an absolute sh#$hole. One of the worst places I have ever stayed...window AC barely worked, leaked all over the counter, hot in the room. The door had clearly been kicked in and the place robbed recently and the lock only kinda fixed. Room half the size as it looks in the picks $45 for parking. Do not stay here

I booked the condos because they were affordable and they had a kitchen. Unfortunately, this place was a dump! I was given a unit on the first level, right next to the entrance gate. I got into my unit and sat down to relax after flying all day. I still hadn't had dinner yet at this point. I looked around for the TV remote and had to call the front desk. I was informed that the TV in the unit was not working and they didn't know when it would be fixed. They offered to move me to a different unit. So, I got all of my belongings and make the walk across the street and down to the main hotel to get to the front desk.I was given a new unit, on the 3rd floor. Now, for any regular person, I'm sure this would be fine. But as a person who is disabled and unable to hike 2 flights of stairs 2x a day, at least, let alone once to get up there with my luggage, this was going to be a nightmare! I made it to the unit, hung out because by now my legs were no longer functioning and I was in pain and thus, bedridden for the night. I turned on the TV and realized I only got 1-2 channels. Great! Then, I noticed my phone needed to be charged. I looked and looked for outlets to plug in my devices. The ONLY outlet was by the front door. That was it! There are no outlets in the bathroom to plug in a hairdryer!!! WHAT?!??!?! So, I called Hotels.com to speak to someone about getting a refund for my remaining nights as I was checking out the next day to find somewhere else to stay. How in the world does this place remain open?? No where on any website for this location does it mention that there are no elevators and thus, it is not handicap accessible. I stayed the one night and did not sleep at all!!! The noise from outside was awful! Luckily, I was able to get a refund (it was a non-refundable booking!!!) and went elsewhere!!Vanessa was a huge help and very understanding! These condos need massive upgrades and accessibility to the disabled!

For a 100$ dollars you don't get much in waikiki in terms of hotel rooms. We reserved a queen bed room but ended up with two single beds. The rooms are good but with deteriorating ikea furniture and could use a bit more cleaning (The carpet was in dire need of a good wash). They have a private underground parking for 20$ (remember it's practically impossible to find parking in Waikiki). They also charge a 10$ for amenities.Definitely a budget stay...

Aug 2022 - Staff was friendly but rooms C6 and C7 were infested with ants. Be wary and don't leave out any food.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating however it is the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in or even seen. Tape over the ac unit, broken light not fixed, wires hanging from the ceiling our cable wasn't working and they don't have handymen in the evening so we didn't have any tv to watch. Air conditioning barely worked and the wires and cables seemed like they might be a fire hazard. If we had our kids with us we would have been forced to find somewhere else to stay and not get refunded as I wouldn't feel safe and cleanliness concerns to say the least. Looks like something in a horror movie or a cheap hotel that charges by the hour. Spend the extra 50$ and stay anywhere but here! But again the staff was nice budfy3-tafnUv-vutcov

My note to the GM of this property listing all issues. I do not recommend this property. 1) roach traps all over the room2) broken cabinet doors that won't close properly3) generally dirty, including filthy floors, shower, drawers and cabinets 4) misleading pictures online5) no seating outside of a futon which is being used as a bed. There was nowhere to eat in the room. Note, your website showed bar seating. Vanessa offered to bring barstools to the room but it's absurd that a patron should even have to complain about this.6) broken tv (We were told the tv had been broken for some time and you were waiting for a part from your corporate office somewhere in the Midwest, all of which is absurd.)7) no blankets on the bed or in the room upon arrival. It took 2.5 hours and a trip to the front desk to get them.8) nasty shower curtain that only covers about half of the shower and resulted in a soaked floor with every shower9) amenities charge for next to nothing in exchange. I've never stayed at a hotel that charges for coffee and tea in the lobby or towels. 10) outrageous parking cost, higher than almost anything nearby, and even higher than many high-end hotels in San Francisco. Additionally, there weren't spots available adjacent to the apartment on one of the nights. 11) Requested one hour later check out at noon was met with resistance. I was told I could only make the request the day of. This is ridiculous given you don't allow your guests to check in until 4 pm. This isn't a condo. It is a cinderblock, studio dump. It's very clear your owners don't care about this property and have done little to maintain it with any integrity or quality. The best thing this place has going for it is Amy who worked the front desk the first couple of days we were here. She was apologetic and kind enough to address some of our concerns by comping the amenities fee and also one night of parking. --
