Stables at Turtle Bay Resort

Loved the SUNSET horseback ride! The horses are friendly and easy to ride. The trainers teach you how to ride them too. The VIEWS are EXTRAORDINARY! Lots of amazing pictures you can take. Hold your phone as tight as possible lol. In the middle of our ride, our guide took a moment to stop and use our phone to take pictures of us!

Did a stable visit and ride and had a great time. The staff here are great, they clearly love what they do and it shows. They made sure to keep everyone engaged, comfortable, and in good spirits. Plus you can't beat the location and scenery! Check it out.

I reserved a stable ride at turtle Bay resort on Thursday, July 13 at 10:30 AM. Arrived on time and filled out the waiver and tried to check in, but because of a system transfer they lost my reservation that I made back in March. The stable handlers said that, they were sorry for the inconvenience and they would push it back to 1230 and my group of five will be a private ride. I accepted and asked them what should I be doing for the two hours. She contacted the main hotel and spoke to someone in the concierge's apartment, they contacted me back and asked if I wanted to have a cabana for the rest of the day or for another day on this trip. I was only visiting the resort coming up from Waikiki for the day and I accepted. OMG!!! What started as possibly a bad experience, because it pushed my schedule back the rest of the day, turned out to be probably the BEST VACATION DAY I've ever had! The ride along the coast was spectacular. The scenery was unbeatable as we rode and looked at the beautiful waters of Hawaii. The whole ride was like a dream, and my family was over the moon with the experience. Highly, highly recommend to anyone thinking about a horseback ride in Oahu. It only got better, when we went back to the turtle Bay resort to see the concierge, I was told I was getting a cabana next to the pool area, and they set me up with a family package of appetizer, fruit, platters, and drinks. ALL COMPLIMENTARY!!! I was shocked at the generosity of the resort, and the rest of the day I spent enjoying the pool area and the infinity pool. It was an unbelievable and unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back and stay at the Turtle Bay Resort on our next Hawaii trip.I would like to express my heartfelt thank you and gratitude to the concierge's team and the stable team this experience will never be forgotten .

Enjoyed our morning ride at the Stables at Turtle Bay! The 45 minute ride was just long enough to enjoy the scenery but not so long that our lower extremities were tired out. Also loved the staff who helped keep the horses in line and made jokes along the way. Highly recommend this fun activity if you're in the area!

Had a great time on the Sunset ride. Jenna(?) was our guide and was great at providing commentary on all the items of interest. Definitely worth the time and expense.

Great views with plenty of photo opportunities . also wonderful staff that is knowledgeable of surrounding areas and coastline

The two people that ran the horse riding were incredible! They did a remarkable job teaching 6 California greenhorns (3adults and 3 children) how to ride horses! The 45 minute ride was long enough and took us through some of the most beautiful scenery in Hawaii. I highly recommend this experience!
