Spinway Hawaii

My husband and I rented bikes from Outrigger Hotel in Waikiki. The bikes were in excellent condition and very simple to use with 3 gears.each bike has a basket on the back so you can bring water, etc along. Directions on how to use and select/return bike very clear as well. We picked up helmets and bike locks at bell desk. Most of the roads had bike lanes and if not cars good about sharing road. We biked around Diamond Head so got some exercise in as well as beautiful views.Spinway also has a location at Embassy suites. I would highly recommend taking these out for an hour or half day bike ride. So glad we did it!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Absolutely terrible company doesn't even try to compete with any other bike services, they are lying about available locations on their map in the website. When I reached out for explanation they have none and instead blamed me for not reading the small part in their guidelines that says it must be returned at the exact same spot which there is only one at this time.

This is a new automated stand right outside the Ala Moana Hotel, where I was staying. The Hotel told me about it when I asked about renting a bike, and even provided me with a helmet. The location is perfect, right across from the Ala Moana Mall and a block away from bike paths that take you along the beaches. The bikes are 3-speed, study, easy to ride, have baskets, and are perfect for touring/sightseeing around the city. I suggest staying on the paths and avoiding the street wherever possible, as there's a lot of traffic - but not to worry as there are magnificent paths easily accessible.This is a great service, and I ended up renting a bike every day I was there. Not only did this provide relaxing and healthful exercise, but I also got to see the city at a perfect pace.I will definitely be using this service again.
