I was assigned a speed shuttle by Handivan. I was carrying a package with plate lunches. The driver told me to put away the food. Where???He always calls early and will keep calling you.This driver and company is nuts!!! Do not book them!!!

Super easy airport transfer from residence in Honolulu. We were travelling and need a way to get to the airport. Yes, I know there are other transportation options, but we needed one that would guarantee they could take 6 large check-in bags, several carry-on bags, a wheelchair, a walker and 4 passengers. Booking online was super easy. Received confirmation a few minutes later. And when I had a question about our reservations, they responded within the hour of email. Mike (the driver) arrived a few minutes early. He was funny and friendly. I booked a round trip so when we returned, SpeediShuttle was there to take us home. I will never use any other service going forward. Skip the other transportation options and go with SpeediShuttle. They were affordable, helpful, accommodating and very professional.

DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE!I booked through Groupon for my boyfriend's birthday because he's never been to Hawaii, and I wanted him to be welcomed to the island with a lei and some local hospitality to start the trip. I called a few days before we got here to confirm the reservation, yet when we arrived, no one was waiting with a sign for us at baggage claim. I had to call, and was told to wait where we were and our greeter would come to us. The surprise for my boyfriend was completely ruined at this point.When the greeter walks toward us, she's on the phone carrying a box, extremely unprofessional. As she gets closer she tells the person on the phone "Hold on one sec." She then gives us the leis, doesn't really greet us in any way, and asks us if we have a rental car. I told her that I booked the shuttle, so I was confused as to why I would need a rental car. She then tells me that what I booked through Groupon was just the greeting and not the shuttle service.Listen, I completely understand that Groupon can be a bit misleading sometimes, but this post was borderline lying. When I booked, they even asked me what my destination was and I had to put in my hotel information. But even still, I'm willing to accept the fact that I messed up by not reading the extremely fine print, and seeing that it was just a greeting. My bigger issue is that it was the most pathetic greeting I've ever seen. There was no real greeting. And after she tells me I don't have the shuttle, she tells me to take an Uber because it's better anyway, and that the shuttle would take around 2 hours to get to my hotel because of all the stops.This was a TERRIBLE way to be welcomed to the island. I felt extremely bad for my boyfriend. I wanted him to have that warm aloha welcome, and it was completely ruined by some careless employee.

Wow very bad. We have been waiting for 30 minutes and they forgot about our reservation. I even put upfront tips. Just avoid to use their service at all cost. But Jonah saved the day. Thanks Jonah.Not professional at all (the old guy who just lazing around and eat). He is a grumpy old guy who told me and other guest to take a hike.They said that they monitor all arrivals, apparently they are not. They said they would wait for us in the baggage claim area, and now they told us we have to wait outside in heat.Again Jonah saved the day...Thank you Jonah!!! I hope they can make a lot of carbon copy of Jonah.

DO NOT BOOK THESE PEOPLE!! SpeediShuttle / Worldstar. They are partnered with Southwest. Southwest flights, great. This shuttle service is crap.I booked this shuttle for our family to transport from the airport to the hotel, and the return from hotel to airport. The transfer to the hotel was decent. The driver was nice. However the transfer back was non existent. The small print said that the driver will pick us up 3 hours prior to our departure. (11:10am) which means they would be in front by 8:10. The fine print also says please be ready 15mins prior. Which is approximately 7:55am. At 7:30, I get a call from the front desk informing me that the driver was there. So I had asked them to let the driver know that we will be down shortly. We scrambled to get every last bit together and made it down to the lobby by 7:40. We went to the drop off area and there was no one. By 7:50 I went to talk to the clerk, and they were surprised that the driver had left with out a warning, or saying a thing about being back. The clerk gave me a number to call which went to voicemail, it prompted for a text message. When I had left my information, I was told they had no reservation under my name. 7:55 I called for an Uber. I had wrote an email with my itinerary booking number, asking 1) why didn't they call me directly 2) why weren't they clear about pick up time when they had dropped us off. I had asked for a partial refund, since they got us to the hotel, OR pay for the Uber which I included the invoice so they could see what I had paid. And no response. At least send a "we are sorry for the inconvenience ... "

On Dec 26, 2024, I obervered a black SpeediShuttle travelling on Oahu on Kalakaua Ave around 9:10pm. The driver with the last three numbers 931 went through the red.light. The driver had plenty time to stop. He was not going fast, just did not stop.

Avoid this company at any cost. Save yourself (and your wallet) the trouble.We used Speedy Shuttle based on their partnership with Orbitz/Expedia which we thought would mean we could trust them.They were SO helpful when it came to setting up the service and of course, taking our money but when it came to actually receiving the service, we had the worst experience ever.I'll talk about the worst part - We set up the service to pick us up at our hotel in Playa del Carmen at 11:50 (at recommendation from David who helped us set up so we wouldn't be late to the airport). We were told "you should definitely do 11:50am because any time after noon you'll be pushing your luck and make sure you're not late because they have a schedule to keep up with." We were fully checked out and sitting in the lobby by 11:45am so we wouldn't miss the van and then sat there... For FORTY minutes and the van literally never showed up. At all.I called at 11:55am just to make sure they were on their way and the guy told me they were stuck in traffic and on their way in 10 minutes. I called again at 12:15pm (20 minutes later) to see if they had a status because it was cutting it close for our flight and they treated me like I was an idiot and told me "he's going to be there in seven minutes, you need to be patient"... Mind you this was 20 minutes after I was told they would be there in 10. Even at this point I was being super nice hoping the van would pull up soon.Not only did the van never show up and we had to ask the hotel to find us a taxi (at 12:30pm - 40 minutes after pick up time) to not miss our flight but when we called for the last time to let them know we were leaving in a taxi because we STILL didn't see the van, they were SO disrespectful and condescending. They were some of the rudest people we have ever had to deal with and said "if we didn't want to use their transportation that was on us"... 40 minutes after we sat waiting for them to show up. On top of that, they said they wouldn't give our money back and if we tried to claim it with the bank, the bank would make us call them and they would tell us the same thing.Jonathan and Ricardo have no place in customer service, they were so rude, kept interrupting us and raising their voice like this was our fault. And you can see we aren't the only ones with that same experience from reviews on TripAdvisor and Yelp.If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Save yourself the nightmare and avoid them at all costs!
