Snack Addicted

I wanted to pick up snacks before my flight and I was like I HAVE to get beef jerky's chips because they are just so easy to snack on. I tried snack addicted when they did a pop-up at the Made in Hawaii event and it was super good. I highly recommend trying the Ox Tail Soup flavor and their seasonal Yuzu Ponzu beef jerky chips. It is a little expensive, but honestly worth it. It's a little treat yourself snack! Overall,I will be coming back again to get my snacks here!

I've been buying Snack Addicted beef chips for the last few years after finding them through Instagram during covid shut down and working from home. i try to visit chad at the kiosks when I can and i like to get my chip fix... bit geez, Just take all my money! If I had the means, I would get some every day but alas. I cannot. Budget doesnt allow that.I got an email that Johnny's Dragon was back in stock so I hurried up and snagged it. *click* add a bag to cartAnd then because I can't just buy ONE flavor... *click* added the big bag of cracked pepper to the cart. oh maybe i need more than one Johnny's Dragon.... *click* change quantity to 2zAfter going back and forth in my head, I decided to get my mom the new Yakiniku daikon chips and try the strawberry apple rings. *click* add more stuff to cart. whew, i think thats good for now. So I set it up to pick up in store and checked out.First of all, if you never had beef chips, you are missing out. Second, if you haven't had Snack Addicted beef chips then you are REALLY missing out. The flavors come through every time and I know so much care and thought goes into every bag of beef chips made. I also love Davin's story of how he got started and honoring his dad. Pick up from the store was fast and easy.., but then again for all you lazy folks (I'm guilty too) shipping is quick and it gets sent right to your door! They do have free shipping if you put in a $200+ order.I'm pretty basic and my favorite flavor is the Cracked Pepper. Whenever I bought beef jerky, thats the flavor I get for comparisons. I usually take a few pieces and stretch out my bag of jerky. The beef chips though, I can easily eat the whole 2 oz in one sitting! I love the way the chip snaps in your mouth and the crunch as you chew it. All the flavors make my tongue happy. As I was sitting and enjoying the Johnny's dragon and trying not to make cheesy orange mess, i get a ding on my phone, it's an Instagram Notification and what?! new flavor debut?! There's this reel from Davin about developing the Japanese Ponzu flavor. Dude, thanks a lot cause i just spent $100 the day before on all my goodies. Ugh I knew I should've waited! but then again, there's other chances. i patted myself on the back because I stuck to my budget for this month. I will be checking again later to see what other goodies are in store!Trust me, when you try this you'll know why it's so addictive!

Snack Addicted is my go to place for jerky. I love it because each bag is very flavorful, and I love the simplicity of the texture. The service has been amazing as well. They make an incredible snack for me to chomp down on during night shifts. Highly recommend it 10/10!

They are located in the same building as PURVÈ donuts. Like right across the hall. Ring the doorbell and they come out to greet you.The whole store is used for their process. You can see them working in there.Online ordering may be the better way to go. We didn't know how it worked the first time there.My friend gave me sone beef jerky from there and my favorite was the one with kaki mochi on it that was so good! We went to Purve next and struck up a conversation with another customer, he went over after he got his donuts.

Snacks Addicted, I commend you for your innovative snacks and flavors, constantly thinking "outside of da box" Crispy beef jerky, I am only now jumping on that bandwagon and trying it for the first time while out of town visitors were in Hawaii. And have absolutely fallen in love with crispy beef jerky. It's like beef jerky in a potato chip, all protein (except the yummy seasonings used to flavor). First trying a different brand in Waikiki. Quickly wanting to sample the other two company's products being in the local market. Snacks Addicted being one of them.There is good reason you have been voted as Hawaii's Best, two years in a row by the readers of the Honolulu Star Advertiser. Your flavors are bold! The flavors have a punch of sweet AND savory. If anything, my personal taste preferring a little less salt and boldness. That's just my taste preference as am sure others will find it perfect. The packaging is fun! And your product is definitely addicting.Snacks Addicted you make it so easy to love you! Purchasing is easy. WOW!!! AMAZING!!! The beef chips here, you won't find ANYWHERE else. The specialized flavors, the thought that goes into creating these masterpieces of art for your mouth, the owner and people behind the scenes and what they stand for and strive to bring to people...it's AMAZING!!!! The first time I had their chips was when my friend brought back a pack to the mainland...I thought it was good , but there are so many places that do it now so it made it tough. Little did I know all the different flavors they've come up with in the past, the present and whatever for the future! They are moving to a new location and you can find them on IG as well. The second time I had their chips was last year at a golf tournament and then again this year at the same event. The owner was there and my wife chatted with him for a little bit, long story short we go back to where they make it all, hear his story of how Snack Addicted came to be and I can't WAIT to fly back and support them! What a REAL genuine, kind, loving, group of people!!! I look forward to seeing them again! HIGHLY recommend their chips, not just for all the GREAT flavors they come up with, but if there was a company I wish I could donate to, or keep around forever because of the people running it, THIS would be my #1!

I love their beef jerky and yes once you try it .. you will be addicted to it too! I first discovered them by my niece who gifted me a bag .. I was hooked after that . I now go by the shop or order online now to get the extra discount when they offer every once in awhile .. my favorite is the ox-tail soup Beef jerky ... and then the Original... . The people there are also very nice and accommodating. This is a small local business so I hope more people support them because I would be so sad if I can't get my crispy beef jerky fix !PS. .. just tried their special Dill Beef chips And WOW..!! So good specially if you like dill pickles Ox tail beef chips ...

Was looking to pickup some tasty and unique gifts for folks and did a search for beef chips. Snack Addicted was one of the top searches so we stopped by their shop next to Ala Moana on Kona street. Drive up the ramp and they are located between the Purve Donut Stop and Koaloha Ukulele shop. Very friendly folks, passionate about their product and sharing some of their new rotating special flavors, we got to try their new years kakimochi special flavor, very unique and cool. Their Original and Cracked Pepper are more keto friendly, while their other Green Dragon, Ox Tail Soup, and Spicy Ginger Teriyaki have added sugar.

So incredibly happy I found Snack Addicted! We were in HI last Christmas but never came across this gem. Thanks to IG I saw an influencer trying these babies and had to try for myself! I have been in search for a crispy beef jerky. Who wants to chew needlessly when you can have crunchy yumminess? ME!!!! My son and I both LOVE crispy beef chips and could not wait to try these. I ordered 1 bag of the original and 4 bags of the onion/garlic teriyaki (yakinku). I had a feeling the yakiniku would be our jam and I was right. Shipping was quick, within a week to Cali. I didn't love the original, but the yakiniku was absolute fire! We couldn't stop eating them! I think we will need to inquire about a loyalty discount because we already placed a second order after polishing off the first bag! So addicting, hence the name! If you are looking for a bomb ass beef chip you must try! The thin crispy goodness...amazing! Always happy to support small businesses and this one is truly a gem!
