I AM A FAN! I cannot recommend this place more. From quality of e-juice to products and EXCEPTIONAL customer service.I had been a Volcano e-cig customer for over 3 years and wanted to upgrade from my volcano (brand) Lava Tube (I've seriously had 3 which over time had broken and I had 3 kits of the smaller ecigs so I kind of know my stuff). Volcano suggested an upgrade to their new device would have put me in the hole by $250. um, okay....??? I was ready to do it. Fortunately, I was in the area and stopped by this place. I picked up a Kangertech MOD which (if you do research) you will learn is so much better than the Volcano product! I got a sweet deal (much less than $250!!!). Not only that but I cannot imagine that service would go beyond that which I'd experienced with Smokeless Hawaii. From the inquiring phone call I'd made beforehand to the actual service I'd received. So helpful, thorough, patient (because I'm selective) and kind....TOP NOTCH!The quality of e-juice is superior to others in that it is medical grade. They also offer the service of mailing you your products if you do not live in the area. I live in town so this is convenient. Also, with their stamp card; for every 4 (of a specific brand of) e-liquids you purchase, they will give you one free...SCORE!Parking may/may not be an issue depending on the time or day you go however, I suggest you use the cel phone (which I know you have) to give them a call from your car; if perhaps you're in a pickle without an available parking stall.Give these folks a chance. There are so may vape shops popping up but I can say for a fact that these guys...with their warranties, service, quality and selection of product...WILL be sure that you are taken care of! By far the best liquid. And the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. I've tried all other liquids but always end up back here. Reasonable prices and stamp cards. Buy 4 liquid get 1 free with the stamp card.

i'd like to preface this with : i am not a smoker of any kind.... no cigarettes, no e-cigg's.... nothing. BUT i do know great service when i experience it. i went to check out this product for my mother. back story - my mother has been a smoker for longer than i can remember. i've also been trying to get her to quit for as long as i can remember. i know that e-cigarettes are very new, and the effects of them have not yet been fully researched as far as long term. the dangers known so far are specific to the chemicals used in the liquids, and with heavy use, pneumonia due to the "water vapor" that collects in your lungs (c'mon guys.... what do you think the vapor is?). those factors in mind - my mother was attracted to this product mainly b/c my other family members use it, and b/c i wanted her to quit.... this was the compromise. after researching the very popular Volcano Vapor guys, and hearing praise and complaints from dozens of my friends and family about the V.V. product, we decided to keep looking. Smokeless Hawaii was recommended by several of my family members and some friends, so we decided to check them out for a few reasons: #1 - cheaper than V.V. #2 - much less crowded than V.V. #3 - location so how do they compare? - S.H. has a large variety of "juices" (flavored liquids) like V.V. - S.H. is much cheaper as far as product itself, and liquids - S.H. will replace any damaged products, even if it was your own fault they broke!! - S.H. tanks do not leak.... every V.V. user i've talked to complains that their tank leaks.... - S.H. is much less crowded than V.V., so if you have a lot of questions, or want to sample lots of their product before buying, they have the time to give you their attention - S.H. uses a 4 wick technology, that does not require you to spin the atomizer, V.V. uses a atomizer coil that eventually burns out more quickly than the wicks do, meaning you have to replace them more often - S.H.'s liquids are supposedly the only liquids that have been tested by the FDA - if you are a V.V. user, you can still buy juice from them as it can be used in any e-liquid cigarette. i also wanna throw in here - Gerald the owner is SUPER NICE and SUPER HELPFUL.... great customer service!! check out my pictures for more details! they come in a ton of colors, different models, different cases, all kinds of stuff. basically, if you're comparing V.V. and S.H... it comes down to cost and preferred product technology. the main points are Smokeless Hawaii is cheaper, their product does not leak, and their juices have been FDA tested. right now, they only have one location, in the back side of the old social security building in Pearl City.... there is a good amount of parking there, and they are right next door to "Holy Smokes". happy hunting!

I came here in search of a vape product for a gift for a friend who needs to stop smoking. I went to Volcano and then read through many Yelp reviews and visited Smokeless Hawaii based on the value and customer service. This is one of the best shops when it comes to customer service. If not, THE best customer service you will find for any business.Gerald, educated me, a non-smoker but curious about vape, and my friend the basics and we learned a lot. For example, did you know that cigarettes can be kept in the freezer? Even my smoker friend did not know that. Apparently keeping cigarettes in the freezer will keep them fresher longer. Not that you want to have cigarettes around. But for those who are using vape to quit smoking, keep the cigarettes just in case you need it should the power go out and you have no power to your vape device.Gerald showed us how to assemble and prime the vape device and even let my friend sample the menthol liquid that he recommended. Being a former smoker, Gerald knew what my friend was looking for based on the cigarette he smokes. Right off the bat my friend liked the recommended product. He even taught my friend how to puff on the device telling him that rhythm had to be followed. He even gave him instructions on how to utilize the device's features such as the wattage.When I first called the shop I wasn't aware that they closed at 5 pm but someone answered my call. When I got a friendly response I knew that this was the shop to go to. I could tell that they care about their customer service. Instead of ignoring my call or letting the message machine go into effect I got a person on the line. The product I purchased is the Kangertech Subox which was being sold as a kit with a bonus battery, battery wall charger and case. It came with these three accessories and the standard kit for $99.99. Had I purchased these things separately at Volcano it would have cost well over that. I also purchased four bottles of e-liquids and by buying four at one time I saved $5 per bottle. And for those who like the rewards program at Volcano, Smokeless Hawaii has a better one. With Volcano you have to purchase $100 worth of product before you can get a $5 credit towards your next purchase. With Smokeless Hawaii, you get one FREE bottle after you purchase four bottles. Another thing to note is that they will mix the product for you should you want to add menthol to your regular liquid to add variety to your vape. And they will do it at no extra charge. Now that's another service that this shop does that others may not.As one reviewer stated, you can also order the e-liquids over the phone and have it shipped to you free of charge. No shipping cost. For those who live in town and find it hard to make the trip to Pearl City, this is a convenient way to get your liquids. There is a minimum purchase in order to get the free shipping so you should call and ask first.One reviewer mentioned that parking is a problem here but it is actually not. There are TONS of parking. If the front of the shopping center is filled, go to the back side where there are more. It's nice that there is a security guard to guide you around the small shopping center. I had no problem finding a parking space on a Monday afternoon.If you are looking for a vape shop that is no-nonsense and offers the best bang for your buck, this is the place to go. They've got all the liquids you will need and provide support for the devices that you purchase there. If you have a problem with your device, you just bring it there and they will take a look at it. If there is an inherent issue, they will replace it for you at no extra charge. Take THAT, Apple. They don't try to sell you a replacement for a product that has a defect like the Crapple iPhone 6 that I purchased and that didn't last even two years! Yes, vaping is expensive but it doesn't have to be THAT expensive if you know where to go. And this is as good as it gets!

Super nice staff that were tactful and patient in describing the differences in the various vape pens. They also have a large selection of CBD products and are knowledgeable on their benefits.

Just bought my new mod.....love it and the staff is amazing as always!!!!! I think the parking is fine and it is not to far away from Honolulu. Definitely worth the slight travel to have professional people working on your mod. You will always know your in good hands when you shop here.

I went here to but my first vape/mod and the staff was amazing. They asked questions to find the right fit for me. The staff was friendly and professional. They even let you try different flavors before you buy!

Absolutely amazing. I went in looking for a new mod and they helped me with everything. Everyone i talked to was well knowledged and very helpful. I work at Boujie bar next door so its also conviently located. All and all, excellent customer service, lots of mod options and deals, variety of liquid flavors. Beginner and expert vapers will all enjoy this place.

My husband and I love it here! The customer service is awesome and they have quite a selection of juice. Since there juices don't contain a whole bunch of sugar or water in them, our coils and cotton lasts so much longer! They've introduced CBD gummies, drops and tinctures to both my husband and myself (you can use them in your mod or drop it under your tongue for a minute). Since my husband was injured in Iraq, he suffered multiple headaches and back spasms everyday. Although he takes his medication from time to time, the CBD that they provide helps take off the edge from his pain, without the "stoney" effects. He's still able to do normal day-to-day activities and when he needs to sleep, he'll just up the dose without negative side effects. Definitely recommend this place. No matter where we've gone for mods or juices, this place tops them by far!
