Loved Smilehi Photobooth experience . They were attentive, provided great service and went above and beyond to capture all our moments . Everyone utilize their simple probs and we were provided our photo/digital copies promptly . Can't wait to have them at pour next party .

They are so awesome! Completely patient, understanding & great to work with. They gave me exactly what I wanted & more! Probably gonna be my photo-booth for life. For sure recommended them to every party/person in need i know!

I was offered a deal for a picture booth and videographer package then got no response once I agreed. I had to reach out myself asking how to lock in the date. They finally got back to me and asked for my email which I replied and then NO RESPONSE AGAIN. I Do not recommend this company. It's already hard looking for vendors and a lot of time wasted waiting on them to reply.

First and foremost I want to thank Rylan and his wife, they made everything so smooth and easy with everything. Meetup was so easy, payment was so easy, setup was easy, it was a stress free service with these guys. Everyone enjoyed their props that was provided and service. Rylan was so kind enough to upgrade our back drop to gold and also to even bless us even more with a photo album with no extra charge! Thank you soo much from the bottom of our hearts! If you want a 10/10 star photobooth these are the guys!

This is the best and most efficient videography company on the island My husband and I got married on 01*06*2017 at the Moana Surfrider in Waikiki. The team was punctual incredibly professional. Weeks before the wedding, Rylan was patient and helpful with offering us a package suitable for our needs. We were told turnaround time would be 3-6 weeks however, I was pleased when our wedding video arrived two weeks after!!!! I'll definitely be recommending SmileHI to EVERYONE

Things have finally settled down and able to write a review. There is a reason why they are rated 5 stars!!! Rylan was so amazing, he really works with you and around your budget. He is so fair when it comes to pricing, other vendors were charging over $500 for 2 hours. Rylan and his Son (correct me if I'm wrong) was so very polite and professional to all our Family and Friends during our event! They even felt like family! Everyone had a blast, including the kids! Awesome experience for the Military Ball! The props that were provided for the booth were a blast to use and the photos came out great! The only thing that could make it better is a sharing station so you can send the photos directly to your phone so you can share the photos on social media.

I'm a fail.... it's taken me waaaaay to long to get to this review. From start to finish working with smilehi was a breeze. Prompt and professional with reasonable prices and quality services. We had a special event at the Hawaii School for the Deaf and Blind. So it was a lil complicated and we needed a lil extra care to make sure things went smoothly for the kids. Smilehi made sure they covered all bases and even things we hadn't thought of. We will most definitely be doing business with Smilehi again for our next event.

I made a right choice when I get them to cover for my baby's smash the cake, video presentation for her first birthday, party coverage and Photo booth. A complete package with a great deal. I am very meticulous on the details on how things how it would be, of course I'm a first time mom, for my princess I dream for her 1st birthday to be more special, I haven't organized a party before so I don't know if all things will be ok. But as days pass getting busy and all things end up to rush things for the party, a big thanks for RYLAN, his wife and Harold they really help us a lot, for the preparations and give some ideas that turn out great. Rylan is good on communicating on how you would like to see the edits or output of the project. In the end you'll be happy on the things that he created especially for your special day.. Remarkable pictures and videos... A Great memories to be treasured forever...

Great service. They responded to our request for a videographer for our agency's 10th Anniversary Celebration. They were so wonderful and responsive. I can't wait to see the video when it's completed.
