Skybox Taphouse

Found ourselves here while exploring today and could not have been happier! The GOAT pizza and cheese curds were fantastic! The waitstaff was so extremely nice and helpful! I couldn't recommend a better place to stop in and get some good food with some good people!

So I struggle with leaving anything other than a 5 star review on Yelp but just offering a heads up as so many places are closed at international market during the day and you may find yourself here. Heads up and as one should assume very very very limited healthy options. That was my bad. But the stand out is that in my opinion this was the some of the worst service I've received in a very long time. I had to ask for every single little thing, silverware, a plate, get their attention to pay the bill, the list goes on. Asked for a receipt and the waitress was very visibly annoyed. No matter how polite I was I couldn't even get her to respond with words when I spoke to her. Just definitely wouldn't come back here myself but I'm sure there are other servers who are fantastic.

Getting seated, tv viewing for sports, and comfortable temperature are all that is good here. Service is average and staff is ok. The beer selection is beyond basic, and the food is bland and low quality. 23 dollars for a french dip that Arby's does circles around. Not worth eating here at all.

This place has a really cool vibe!!We just came for drinks and to watch college football. The setup here is great for watching sports.We didn't get to stay long unfortunately. Despatched manager trying over and over to get my husband's game on, his system just wouldn't cooperate. No fault of his though. Directv was being difficult.

The outdoor sports bar is awesome. Got there at 8a for the early playoff game and they were already serving breakfast and beer! Lol let's go. Had a good breakfast. Really enjoyed my lunch. Lots of drinks to choose from. Cheerleader waitress was in top of it. Crowed was rowdy and fun. Cool spot and decor.

I've always been curious about Skybox Taphouse when visiting the International Mktplace. This time, we wanted to try a new restaurant and was nearby to Skybox. We perused the menu which is displayed at the front podium outside and with the food pictures, seemed interesting enough to give it a try. We were seated at a large booth next to open windows which overlook out to the courtyard. Our server appeared very quickly and asked if we wanted to order drinks. Instead, we ordered the calamari and mini pizza which is part of the happy hour menu. I like it that they serve iced water in large plastic cups. It was want was presented after that shocked me. The server brought over two large paper plates and silverware wrapped in napkins. For a moment, I reverted back to CoVid days when many eateries were choosing to do disposable vs real serving ware. But the real silver fork and knife negated that. The appetizers came very fast and the calamari was very small pieces of calamari that was probably undersized and sad before they breaded it and fried it. It turned out even sadder with a big sad face : ( Even with the HH price it was still $15 and not worth the price. The pizza was a plain cheese pizza with some pepperoni. Crust was soft and soggy from the heavy cheese. We also had the wagyu burger and chicken pasta. The burger was two meat patties with some small piece of lettuce and fried onions smothered in cheese. Fair burger but with fries and at $22, probably in the same class as other Waikiki eateries. The pasta was a penne type in a fair decent size bowl with two small pieces of toasted bread. This was also fair and it was more quantity than quality. This place is a sports bar/eatery with TV's mounted at every turn of your head. Probably a good place to spend some time watching some games with drinks but the food needs improvement. That paper plates needs to also go.

Stopped for an early dinner after we were told at another place was a 90 minute wait Simple pub grub. We had fish tacos, cheese burger and quesadillas. Most local beers and Dr Pepper were sold out. We were sat right away but took a while before a server made it to the table. Food came out with about a 5 minute delay between each entree. It was a sports bar with the NBA All Star games on. TVs were up loud ... between patrons and TVs you could hardly hear the waitress. Maybe that was the reason for easy seating

The food has changed since we were last here about a year ago. The old veggie pizza was my favorite but this was still good and seemed bigger! Usually the fiesta fries are my favorite but this time out fiesta fries were undercooked and doused in sauce but barely any pico- pretty soggy. Our server spilled drinks and ice all over us and only semi cleaned it up so we took our pizza to-go and went to dry off since the table and chairs were wet. Accidents happen! Pizza was good.

Friendly service, great American ambience, karaoke, and bars. Food was fast and tasty. Particularly liked the veggie pizza and the sampler tray. The pizzas are 16inch, good enough for one or to share.

Good place to watch football. Our bartender Ariana (Ukrainian girl) was fantastic! The bar was very busy but she took great care of us and gave us lots of good drink/food recommendations. Lahaina hazy IPA and jalapeño poppers best combo ever! Definitely will come back again
