Sippin Santa is so adorable! I really liked all of their drinks and food options as other holidays bars don't really offer what they do! Although it doesn't throw up Christmas, the seating and decor are super cute and has a very peaceful atmosphere to hangout with friends and have a drink. The waiters are very helpful with their recommendations and friendly! I think the only thing to note is parking... although expected you do have to pay I believe $10 to valet or self park so might as well valet.

As someone who loves visiting festive holiday pop-up bars to get into the holiday spirit, I was excited to return to Sippin' Santa at Prince Waikiki this year after a great experience in 2022--and it did not disappoint! The holiday décor is cute and charming, though a bit minimal, which lets the festive atmosphere shine without feeling overdone. Holiday music played throughout the bar, adding to the ambiance. The highlight was the festive cocktails served in the most adorable holiday-themed glassware! I had the Sippin' Santa, a delicious blend of aged demerara rum, amaro, lemon, orange, and gingerbread mix. It was perfectly crafted, with bold flavors that felt indulgent and festive. Unlike some other holiday bars where drinks can feel overpriced or watered down, the cocktails here are strong, flavorful, and reasonably priced for a seasonal pop-up.I also loved that you could purchase the cute mugs and shot glasses, a fun way to bring the holiday cheer home with you. The service was friendly and efficient.I'm already looking forward to visiting again next year! Thank you, Prince Waikiki, for creating such a cozy and festive holiday experience.

A hidden gem!My friends and I had dinner at the Prince Waikiki. We stumbled across Sippin' Santa on our way to the restaurant. We're so glad that we found it! We made sure we ate dinner at a faster pace so we can have time to enjoy the Christmas pop-up.Sippin' Santa is located on the ground floor of Prince Waikiki (on the opposite end of front desk - next to Honolulu Coffee). They have lots of festive decorations, drinks, and photo ops.I ordered 2 glasses of sparkling wine and a vodka shot. Personally, I'm not a fan of cinnamon so that's why I opted to my usual drinks. My friend ordered the Surfin' Santa drink. He liked it very much. The special mugs, glasses, and drinkware are available to purchase, but imo it's quite expensive. However, it looks like a great collector's item especially those visiting Hawai'i.The decoration were fantastic! You'd think it would be too much, but they made it work! I liked the ideas and collaboration that went behind it. You can tell, they spent some time thinking of how to decorate. The music wasn't too loud, which is a huge plus! The staff were attentive and friendly - always checked in on us and let us know when final call is. I'd come back again! Thanks for your hard work!

Very cute Christmas pop up! Great for friends, ladies night, or just a holiday get together. Arrived a little before six and there was lots of open seating. At about 645 it started to get a little busy will definitely be back before it goes away. Highly recommend drinks were decent, but not anything to die for still recommend.

I love Christmas, who doesn't? So I HAD to check out this Christmas Bar pop up! Sippin Santa is located at the Prince Waikiki Hotel on the lobby floor directly outside. It is a outside bar but does have a ceiling over head to keep you safe and dry from the elements. This bar is so cute with a boho feel and the cutest decorations. We came at 8pm on a Monday (the day after Christmas) there was live music which added that extra delightful touch to the ambiance. I'm a lover of all things tequila so I ordered the Yule Tide which includes tequila, applejack, lime and maple-cranberry syrup. It was really good but a little sweet for me. For pupus I ordered the smoked ahi dip which came with plantain chips. The dip was really good and the portion was big enough to take some home. I'm looking forward to trying it later on some toast. The bar validates parking at the prince waikiki parking structure.

Sippin Santa is located at the Prince Hotel, outside on the first floor. I really like the Prince hotel and have great memories of going to Hakone and Katsumidori and 100 sails. Trying to find parking in their lot with tiny stalls and walking through the lobby is very nostalgic. Anyway! Sippin Santa seems to be a company that offers venues a magical Christmas experience for customers during the holidays. They have cute holiday cups and sell their merch in addition to the holiday drinks. It's like an upscale tiki bar meets classy Christmas. The decor was the perfect amount of Christmas spirit and I liked the palaka details.... Made it feel a little more local. The drinks were expensive, but strong. I got the maitai. My friend got the hot toddy. The service was kind of random, like the waiters didn't have assigned areas, but friendly and consistent. The crowd was full, but not stressful. We waited about 5 minutes for a table and they allowed us to wait in the lobby and look over the menu. It wasn't rowdy or loud at all like I thought the shokudo one was. Just a different vibe. Out of the three Christmas bars available this year, I think this one was my favorite.

Sippin Santa is back for 2022 just off the lobby at the Prince Waikiki. What a fun little pop-up. It has a lot of holiday charm. Very instagrammable. People are in and out relatively quickly, so I was able to get a table right away (6pm on a Friday) but tables had filled quickly after - but were turning over.Okay, I will admit I opted for the Sippin Santa because he was cute - there were other drinks I surely would have enjoyed more, but they were in as cute a mug. There, I said it! Still, it was good for the photo op, but about halfway through, I was really tired of the ginger flavor. It was pretty potent, too, which is good when you're dropping $25 on a cocktail. I didn't get any snacks, but some are available: truffle popcorn, sweet chex mix, a charcuterie tray. None spoke to me, and I was headed to dinner later anyhow. Cute holiday decor with cheeky neon ("he sees you when you're drinking") and nonstop Christmas music. The staff was amazing - everyone was SO FRIENDLY - still lots of holiday cheer early in December, and there were tons of servers walking by to take orders, or get anything you might need. Cheapy cheap parking in the harbor lot behind the Ilikai.

Yenno, we're officially in the Christmas season. Fa-la-la-la-la La-la-la-la. And so Rachie P. and I wanted to check out the Christmas themed bars (since we missed out on the Nightmare bar during Halloween, LOL). So we went early on 12/7/2022. This bar is located along the open patio area on the 1st floor of the Waikiki Prince Luxury Hotel (all suites, bougie). Parking is available along the Ala Wai Boat Harbor. There's an automated machine where you can enter your license plate # and pay by the hour. The lobby area of the hotel is decorated beautifully with arches, trees, angel, giant ornaments and more. Definite photo opportunity here. Through the lobby and out the doors is the "Beachbum Berry Presents: Sippin' Santa Christmas" POP-UP themed bar. Here from 11/25 till 12/31. Hours are from 4pm-10pm daily. No reservations. Apparently it's a chain with pop up locations in multiple states :o Here's the website for more info: https://www.sippinsantapopup.com/I didn't like that it was in an open area/ outdoors as it was super windy that night. I can't imagine how it would be if it was raining or super sunny? We were there from 9pm to 1030pm on a Wednesday. It was super crowded. There were A LOT of tourist looking guest, some loud and rowdy. Service took a bit as it seemed to only be a few servers covering a full house that night. There are some areas for photo opportunities, along the back wall there's a tree with lighted text. And by the bar area there is more lighted text. There were 8 Cocktail drinks offered and 1 shot ranging from $16 to $35 for a meant for 2 people. Kris Kringle Colada (dark Jamaican rum, amaro, allspice liqueur, lime, pineapple, cream of coconut), Sippin' Santa (aged demerara rum, amaro, lemon, orange, gingerbread mix), Holiday on Ice (vodka, dark roast cold brew, condensed milk, ancho chile liquer, cinnamon syrup), Yule Tide (tequila, applejack, lime, maple-cranberry syrup), Island of Misfit Toys (aged jamaican rum, chai tea, cream, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, lemon), Undertow Toddy (served hot; cognac, chartreuse, orange curacao, chocolate hazelnut syrup), Jingle Bird (bourbon, pineapple rum, campari, lime, pineapple, jingle mix), Rudolph's Rum Rhapsody (for two; jamaican and puerto rican rums, lime, orange, pineapple, passion fruit, falernum, honey, ginger, aromatic bitters), and Top Shelf Elf (shot; house spiced rum, falernum, cinnamon). Some Well drinks for $12: ketel one vodka, tanqueray gin, herradura silver tequila, koloa whiterum, bulleit boubon, bulleit rye and dewar's while label scotch. Beers (Kona Brewing Draft, Broken Boundary Brewery) and wines (pinot gris, sauvigon blanc, pinot noir, merlot) from $10 to $14. Along with some snacks: truffle furikake popcorn, chex mix, charcuterie board (feeds 2) and smoked ahi dip. Ranging from $8 to $30. I got the Sippin' Santa on recommendation from the server. For the "Surfing Santa Cup" esthetics. The drink was pretty strong. I waited for the ice to melt a bit to water it down some. The cup was super cute though. Santa was holding a ukelele and a surfboard. They also offered the cute Tiki Santa themed drink ware by Cocktail Kingdom for sale. Ranging from $16 to 60. The bathrooms are located back through the lobby doors on the left handed side. They needed a bit of TLC. As the smell wafted through the air. I'm guessing after use from all the bar guest throughout the night.(All prices in United States Dollar, USD)
