I have been booking my Family Photo sessions for the past 3 years with Simply Bliss. And I always love how my photos turn out. They are professional. They have a clean studio and have a quick turn around for the photos. !!!!!Sadly, Our last Photoshoot was postponed because her studio was broken into and the owners were more concerned about her Clients than incident!!!!!I personally cannot imagine trying to continue working during difficult of a time. But, the owners were so strong and professional and emailed everyone on their list to get the Word out of what was happening, while they were handling the police report and figuring out the items in their store that was missing. They were even flexible with me when rebooking ... which I truly appreciated. I applaud them for their strength and I wish them the best for their business.

Chantelle took newborn, 4 month, 8 month, and cake smash sessions for both of my girls, and she also recently took my first grandson's newborn photos. She sends you specific instructions on everything, down to how and when to feed your newborn prior to the session. She also clearly details policies. I read several unhappy reviewed that prompted me to post one of my own. I like Chantelle, she has always been very professional and kind to me and my family as well as always made the session fun. But in the end, I personally don't think that a photographer needs to be that way or overly accommodating, and understanding. This is her business and she is good at what she does, so you can always go to someone else if you don't like her personality. I quite frankly wouldn't care if she wasn't too friendly as long as my pics came out amazing. Which all of my pics have and I will cherish them forever.

Chantelle and staff was awesome to work with for our newborn photos. Her creativity and attention to detail is second to none! We will definitely be back for the one year cake smash photo shoot. You only have one shot to capture your newborn photos, go with Simply Blissful and you will not be disappointed!

She takes the most beautiful pictures! Never disappoints the pictures of my daughters come out amazing! Definitely recommend her for all your photos!!!

Highly recommend!!!My son did his 6 months photo shoot with Chantelle! Pictures turned out soo beautiful!! Chantelle was very patient with my son knew exactly what poses to do with him. Added accessories and props to complete the whole look!!! Knew how to make her clients feel very comfortable and feel welcomed!! Definitely will be going back to her in the future. Such an amazing experience'!!!

While her photos are super cute and her work is beautiful I have to agree with others when they call her out for being unprofessional. I had a schedule shoot for today at 1130am that had to be rescheduled for a very valid reason, her shop was vandalized. While she did send me an email at 830am I unfortunately never read it as I was busy getting my kids ready for their shoot. I didn't know our shoot was cancelled until I got to her shop and called her. Mind you, no phone call was made no follow up email to confirmthat I got her first email. I found that very unprofessional. What kind of person books a shoot and doesn't take down any contact info only email. When I spoke with her about it she was actually very rude and unapologetic. To me, if someone paid for services and was promised those services on a certain day and you can't deliver I would expect you to make every effort to reach out to them. Not only once but multiple times to ensure they know. I responded to her email and all she could do was continue to argue with me via email. I don't have time for this and for someone who wants to be called a professional shouldn't be doing that either.

Simply Blissful has been our family photographer for years. It's always a great experience. I am not someone who particularly enjoys taking photos but Chantelle makes it a very pleasant experience. She is very easy to work with and we are always happy with our photos. The hardest part is choosing which photos to keep because she takes so many good ones.I highly recommend her

Chantelle has done my daughter's portraits since she was a newborn and I have loved every session with her. She uses the best quality backdrops and props and words cannot express how beautiful my daughter's portraits turn out every time. The studio is very clean and feels so comfy, I could stay in there for hours. We have worked with Lily also, who has done my daughter's cake-smash cakes for the past two years. She's fantastic at getting my daughter to smile and her cakes are so pretty! My little one has done over a handful of sessions with Chantelle and Lily and we will continue to see them for years to come. They are truly the best.

SimplyBlissful is the best! Chantelle and her team are easy to work with, professional and so patient with the littles. We took our firstborn's newborn pictures here, also booked a mommy and me session for Mother's Day, and we recently did our second son's newborn pictures the other day. All of the pictures come out so cute and perfect! Every time I look at the pictures we have, I'm so happy we did them. You won't regret how well the photos come out. We will definitely come back for more.

Love Chantelle and team! I started with Simply Blissful Photography as a mother-daughter photoshoot. Now I'm doing grandmother-mother-daughter photos and I'm so grateful to have a wonderful catalog of memories. We did our smash cake photo for our one year old at 10 months and Chantelle and team took great care and great photos! We are happy to go back for many more years.
